They never reset my Change Oil light. The workers seemed ok, but the guy taking the info has no personality whatsoever. The receipt said they washed my windows but the front was so streaky and they never washed the back window. Never went over anything they did to the car. I think the whole place has new owners. Last Time I got my car washed, it was still dirty. I tried to go back to get it washed again but the line was out to the street and I didn't feel like waiting Not going back there. read more

Pretty good instant oil change and car wash place. Even though prices went up recently, they're still a fairly good deal, especially if you combine an oil change with a car wash. They're quick, professional, and provide solid service. read more

Went for a oil change the guy was super nice and helpful. He ask if I wanted a wash also I figure okay I'm here. Worst car wash ever they didn't vacuum I had to ask them twice to wipe the door was still dirty the wheels weren't clean well either. I mean for all that I could've done it at home save myself the $28 or $23 that it cost me. This is the second time I been here for wash and it hasn't gotten any better. read more

here's currently waiting for my car to be done & trying to hold my tongue / not be a huge bitch. but the guys who move the cars do not change their gloves after servicing the engines. i can see their blue gloves have turned black and as they're in my car moving it TOUCHING EVERYTHING. why're you resting your dirty ass hand on my passenger seat head rest? oh you just touched the drivers seat head rest too. i'm not returning. i am very angry and will be sitting in the parking lot wiping down and lysoling my car looking for oil stains before i pull away. read more

This Jiffy Lube is at Urban Spa. More expensive than the Audi dealer for my car, and Audi gives free car wash. Total rip off. And, they claimed my dip stick was broken. Last time I used it, it was fine, so they probably broke it. Unless I have piranhas in my oil tank. When I complained about price they wouldn't do anything. Don't go here unless you like over paying. read more

My daughter took her car to Jiffy lube today 11/18/2017. When she got in the car and tried to start it the car SHOCK violently. She jumped out crying HELP. The car was taken into the back and when they brought it back she was told. The mechanic accidently spilled oil in the spark plugs. But not to worry they cleaned it all up? REALLY. Charged $125 for a oil change which included $60 labor charge . Are you kidding that is a rate $240 a hour since it only took 15 minutes. Never been charge a labor since they already mark up the oil and oil filter and don`t forget the disposal fee. The worst was the car was dripping antifreeze down to the frame and either did not see it or just did not say anything. My dealer charges almost half of that. read more

I have saved my first review for the fine gentlemen that work at this establishment. I brought my car in for a simple oil change, but experience a problem while waiting for the car. Something accidentally broke while working to service the vehicle - GET THIS - they close at 6:00pm which is right when they brought me back to explain what was going on - the guys found the part over 30 minutes away, so they dropped me off at home, drove to get the part, and worked late to fix my car. When I came with my wife to pick it up, they informed me that EVERYTHING was free, the oil change, filter, new part, labor - everything. I was in shock at the kindness, and how they were unwilling to leave me hanging or stranded. Who wants to stay or work late - ever? They have gained a customer for life!! Thanks again! read more

Worst Jiffy Lube ever. First their coordinates on Google map is incorrect and they are listed on the north side of 17 rather than the south side. This may not be their issue but just a heads up. it is clear that car wash is the key point of this place and the signage is small and then once you pull in even smaller so be careful to not get in the car wash line. And if you do the staff will laugh at you and shrug their shoulders rather than giving you instructions on how to get the oil change. I must say the oil change was the quickest I have ever had (about 10 minutes) which leads me to believe they did not do the full service. but supposedly they did? If anything is wrong with your car, they will not tell you about it nor make a notification that it is on your print out. I appreciate not having the up-sell pressure however if there is something loose they can fix it would be nice to know. I informed the manager / owner of the rude staff and she apologized but did not ask what happened or showed that she even cared. Memorial Day weekend and needed the oil change in a pinch - hope my car doesn't breakdown! Unprofessional, shady and highly suggest going anywhere but here. read more
