Long time customers of Bergen Tire and I cannot say enough about how great their customer service and pricing is. I come every 5,000 miles for an oil change and they do a quick service, check my tires, and top off any fluids. I have purchased new tires, had my tire plugged, and gotten new brakes from them. They are always able to fit me in for an appointment when needed even if it is last minute. Pricing is extremely reasonable here compared to other shops in the area. We just moved into the neighborhood and had a number of car issues. Luckily, we decided to go to Bergen Tire to help us solve them. At first all we needed were some new tires but then we came up against a seemingly unsolvable issue with one of the old tires. Matt and his buddies took on the challenge and didn't stop until the issue was solved. Understand please - We had been trying to resolve the issue with this tire for over 2 years. Bergen Tire Service were the only ones who got it done. Not only that but they didn't charge us an arm and a leg to do it! I have been a customer since 1981. I've had sports cars, vans, family cars, you name it. I have never had a single problem, not one in over 30 years. One time I brought my car in, I was sure it needed brakes. They cleaned them, told me I had another 10K miles on them. They call with pricing before they do the work. Recently, I walked in and asked them to look at my tires. They told me a higher rebate was coming in 30 days and that I had plenty of tread to last until then. This is a family owned business.
