We arrived at about 4:30pm (shop closes at 5pm). They advised we needed a new radiator. They scheduled us for first am the next morning. They patched us up so we could drive to a nearby hotel (walking distance). They made recommendations for hotels and restaurants. We were able to drop the vehicle off first thing in the morning. We walked back to the hotel until check out. There was a dog park about 3-4 blocks from the shop... and a starbucks. They had us back on the road that afternoon. While it's quite easy to get frustrated because of the unexpected cost of a repair and a hotel, they were great. The crew kept us updated on the timeline. Their fee's are in-line with what shops charge. They did not price gouge. When you are at the mercy of car repairs it is a fear. I set-up an appointment, showed a little early, and by my appointment time the car was on the rack and the tires were mounted, balanced and back on my Outback in no time. They noticed my brake pads were close to needing a replacement and pointed that out to me. I had already set that up and was just waiting on new pads, but it showed that they're on the ball and observant, which I appreciate. They weren't pushy about it, I'm sure they would have given me a great price for the work, but I already had it set-up with my mechanic. Tires and brakes are important, it's where the rubber literally meets the road, and stopping your car is more important than making it go! I appreciated them looking out for my safety.
