We discussed if the tire could leave with a patch-plug, safe driving speed, and more. His crew was good! Found the culprit - screw. Tire off, patched, back on the rim, and back on the car. The tech was good! Glad to see younger guys putting in hard work. Before we left, Sam explained their company's affiliations and found a place near my home. Great team and service! I blew my front tire the night before. Car didn't come with a spare. Called here 8 am and they had exact tire I needed. Ordered a flat bed tow truck and I was there within an hour. First come first serve service. I waited for 45 mins, they took my car. Swapped the tire. This place was a nightmare. I got a flat tire from a medium sized nail and came here for help. I was told on the phone that this could be done for about $15 in one hour. When I got there, my car was taken away, and I sat around for 2-3 hours before I got worried what was going on. I was informed that my tire now needed to be replaced with an entirely new one, for $150 dollars. I waited another 4-5 hours before I got my car back on the road again. The tire turned out to be of much lower quality and caused my car to drag in speed and err to the side until I got it replaced back home. I hate this predatory place and hope it goes under-- or better yet, continues to be a living hell for the people who run it. Buyer beware and stay away. read more

I arrived right before closing after working later than anticipated. I knew it was a long shot that they'd be able to fix my tire, but I figured it was worth a try. Not only did they squeeze me in and fix my tire incredibly quickly, but they also gave me some delicious plums to have as a snack while I waited. Jason was wonderful and made the experience a 10/10. I have had my tire and sensors wired on and replaced a couple of times, elsewhere. I was able to get in the next day and they tested everything and it turned out to be the valve stem. Big Brand went above and beyond for me. I had gotten a routine oil change and started leaking oil about 3 weeks later. Took the car back to make sure that it wasn't a loose bolt on the oil tray. They replaced a rusty washer. The car continued to leak oil, so I took it back a third time and had also set up an appt with a mechanic for the following Monday just in case. Big Brand detected a small crack in my oil pad, replaced it free of charge, filled up my tires with air, and finished the job earlier than expected on a very busy day. 10 out of 10 would recommend! read more

I've been going to Big Brand for 35 plus years. I want to thank them for the motivation to shop elsewhere in the future! I've been unhappy with my experiences for years, so thanks! Dropped off my tire to get a flat fixed today. 2020 Jeep. It's "free" to have a flat repaired there... However, they do not work on tries over 6 years old, apparently. Not a damaged tire or a worn tire. Apparently, my tires are older than my car... This would have been nice to know when I dropped it off instead of hours later. They DID offer to sell me a NEW tire! I'm quite sure that's the "free flat repair" marketing scheme. I will be buying 4 new tires next year, and they WON'T be from them for the first time since I was 18. Or for my other cars, all my kids' cars, ect.. BYE!!! read more
