February or March 2026 (sorry, I forgot the exact date and the names of the employees), I got a flat. The Auto Club was able to re-inflate it enough for me and my passenger to quickly drive to America's Tire. We got there right at closing time, but the manager kindly said they would take care of us. The weather was warm, and while we were waiting, Omar (another employee who was the actual mechanic), brought us yummy ice cream bars on the house. They found a small nail in the tire and quickly patched it, at no charge. They said that's their policy: to patch tires at no charge. But they could easily have ripped me off by claiming I needed a new tire, not to mention they could have refused to help me, since it was closing time. This was outstanding customer service, all the way around. Courteous, kind, efficient, and honest! I have also done business at the America's Tire in SLO and also had a great experience there. Now after having been sold a mismatched tire, a new low hum has appeared while driving...probably wheel bearing issue WHICH WOULNT HAVE HAPPENED HAD I BEEN SOLD THE CORRECT MATCHING TIRE. Thanks allot for (likely) screwing up my car now. All wheel drive cars require matching tires. It was bad enough that I purchased from you becuase you had a "guarantee" on tires, which is no guarantee at all unless you pay more for it in the fine print. Literally I don't understand why they call you move your appt from 2:15 to 9:45 and literally at 10.50 the vehicle is still sitting on the lot!!! I really don't care how good your prices are this is absolutely beyond uncalled for, they made me late for an appt out of town and I absolutely won't be back! Went in the morning to get 4 tires installed and they were busy so they asked my husband to come back at 11:30 AM as of 2:30pm this afternoon, he's still sitting there waiting to get four tires put on his car. We originally had a 3:30pm appointment but he needed to get in earlier due to a work meeting . If they were too busy they should have told my husband to keep the original appointment or reschedule. Absolutely no communication between my husband and the staff! When I called to speak with the manager JR he was extremely rude and acted like he could care less that my husband was losing three hours of work just sitting there. I suggest don't waste your time at America's Tire ....Go next-door to Big Brand tire where they'll take care of you. We were ready to get all new tires on our Tesla Model 3 and price checked a few different spots, but America's Tire had the best value. It was easy to make an appt and the tires we wanted were in stock. The staff working was really helpful in showing us a comparison of different tires to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Emergency tire repair on the morning we were departing for a road trip. Called a bit before they opened and they picked up and the fella on the phone was polite and said come on down. Someone met me in the parking lot before I even reached to door of the business and looked at the nail in my one year old tire and said they would patch and plug it and I'd be done in 45 minutes so we could get going on our trip. Great service, clean waiting area, a window into the bays lets you watch the service people work on your car and also see all the hi tech equipment they have. Simply the best tire store I've ever been to. We were on vacation in our motorhome and had a tire blow out. We luckily ended up at their store by chance and they took exceptional care of our tire needs replacing 4 tires in a timely manner and getting us safely back on the road! Hi guys. I never leave yelp reviews, but if there is any possible way for me to get my word about this spot out there i'm going to take it. IF YOU VALUE QUALITY TIRES, CRAFTSMANSHIP, AND YOUR LIFE DON'T COME HERE. I ordered tires friday morning and was told if i brought the car in by 4pm I could have them installed that day. Got there at 2 came back 15 minutes before closing and they told me there was just two cars in front of me. Just? It was getting late and i had a long drive so i rode with family back into lompoc. Came back on monday and got the car, drove it to work and to class ( less than 10 miles) and one of the tires DEBEADED. it was separating from the wheel and the valve stem fell into the wheel and tire and made an awful noise as i limped off the freeway at 70mph. I called them and calmly explained what happened and asked if they could stay open a little bit longer to keep me in good graces as i was having the car towed back on my own dime! they said they couldn't promise anything, and as i pulled up in the tow i watched them all solemnly avoid eye contact as they walked to their cars. not one person came to talk things out not even the manager. The next day i came in and they got the wheel and tire separated finding my now destroyed tpms sensor and valve stem. the store manager told me that something must have destroyed the valve stem making me lose air and it fall into the wheel and tire. I looked him straight in the eye and told him that's not what happened at all your worker didn't mount my tire correctly and it lost air pressure and the valve stem fell in. whatever he agrees to fix it and i get back in my car and the tpms light is on. i go back and ask them to program them and they wont work. they rip my tires off the wheels again to find lo and behold the sensor on the flat is the only one that isn't responding. probably because it fell into the wheel and got destroyed right? manager says nope it was already malfunctioning and they can't do anything but offer 50% the cost of a new product without install. So i walked away with no tpms and a 1200$ set of tires feeling defeated and by a tire crew that for the most part told me i had no idea what i was talking about and absolutely nothing was their fault. Also my chrome wheels that i spent two grand on have new scratches from their impacts. Also they didn't even put valve stem caps on the first time i left the store. Seriously this place wastes time, endangers lives, and does not take their work with pride or seriousness. Find a mom and pop that will take responsibility and show when you need it. read more

I don't think I've had a better experience at a tire store than I did today. I'm usually pretty anxious to go to any auto shop because I've had several bad experiences of being taken advantage of because I don't know much about a car. But today, I came in to get the free tire check because my tire light popped up. I explained my situation, and Ryan checked each of my tires, and guaranteed that they could check my tires for any flats, and fix the issue for free. They took my car in and had my out of there in less than 20 minutes. I really appreciated how every single employee I spoke with was kind and seemed like they wanted to help me out. Came in for a slow tire leak. The service was initially good upon arrival. Waited for about an hour and told the problem had been fixed. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed and the technicians left the steering wheel grimy from moving the car without wearing gloves or using any sort of cover. They didn't charge for the visit so can't complain too much. read more

When you add it all up (install, lifetime balance, warranty certificates), the cost can be beat but not by much. TEAM I've worked with JR my last two visits and he's been cheery, informative and helpful processing the transaction including helping to get a little money back from warranty. He's a good front man for this place. LOCATION I used to drive to Ventura and Oxnard for tires and although I love a good top down road trip, The Goleta location is easier on the mileage/gas/green impact/etc. Now my trips are quick but if your baby needs a longer visit, there are a few restaurants within walking distance where you can kill time. Usually I stay away from big name corporations in favor of local companies, but in this case I can't deny how great Americas Tire is. The office staff is great, especially Ivan and JR. The boys in the installation bays are equally awesome. I painted a set of custom wheels for my car, and I knew that they were going to need a shop and an installer that has the right equipment and knowledge to not damage them. When I brought the wheels in, Ivan said they would put new guards on their machine to minimize and damage that would arise from contact. Jose was the installer and when I he was done there wasn't a scratch or chip on my wheels. I'm so impressed with Americas Tire I set up a fleet account for my company with them. Decided to try America's Tire, as my former go-to tire spot has become increasingly painful. Our Dodge Durango needed four new SUV tires. I was able to find some perfect Michelins on their website that were in stock, pay for them (at competitive prices) and make an appointment in advance for the same day. How cool is that? When I arrived at 3pm, there was a welcome billboard with my name on it and appointment time. A team of employees came over, explained the process and took the car in. Throughout the installation process, I received texts and personal updates as to how the car was progressing. About 45min in the spacious waiting room and it was done; I was escorted to my car with the paperwork, all prepaid, was explained the flat/warranty coverage, and I was out. How getting your tires changed could be such a joyful experience, I don't know, but I felt like a million bucks after! No dropping the car off, waiting for rides, waiting for tires to be ordered, etc., just solid, efficient and personable service that actually had me looking forward to my next tire change! read more

I had a 12pm appointment scheduled to purchase/install a new set of wheels for my car, however, they did not start working on my car until 12:30pm (I was on my lunch break from 12-1pm). There was a huge line but I felt since I had an appointment they should have taken care of me first. I did not leave the place until 1:05pm but the workers were extremely nice and apologized for the delayed service. They even admitted that two of the wheels came in scratched and they were going to reorder them and replaced them free of charge. I had coincidentally received an automatic tire inflation pump that fits my bicycle and car tires for the Holidays. Who knew it would be put to such good use and so soon! Unfortunately almost all the car repair shops in town are closed on Sundays when this all happened. I need a vehicle for my full-time, traveling job and can't work without it. I easily and painlessly made an appointment at America's Tires for first thing Monday morning through their convenient and user-friendly website. I arrived 15 minutes early on Monday for my appointment figuring I would have paperwork to complete. Nope! Everything I needed was entered online. The technician (Dave, I think) met me in the parking lot with his mask on and a work cell phone. Who knew he would be able to check my tire thread and condition with the swipe of a cell phone?! I was impressed. I showed him that I spotted the culprit of my flat tire: a nail. Thankfully the nail was in a location that the tire wouldn't need to be replaced but simply removed and filled in. They quoted me 25 minutes. I ran to a nearby coffee shop and returned to my car ready to go: ALL FOR FREE! Thank you America's Tires! I'll return when I'm ready for new tires.
