do not go to these con artists. My regular mech. was on vacation and I needed an Inspection. I took my car to them and they wouldn't pass the inspection because of a small crack in the windshield. I waited the week for my mech. to get back mot only did he pass the inspection but also told me that I needed new rear tires soon which the guys at jiffy lube didn't say anything about which tells me that they just saw the crack in the window and didn't even do an inspection but they charged me for one. I work out of state in Rhode Island but had to come back to PA to get my car inspected and this place was the closest (4 and a half hours). After I found out my car wouldn't pass inspection and needed new brake pads I started to panic a little bit. I did not expect to spend a lot of money and didn't have much as my father just passed and I am paying for funeral expenses/other related expenses at the moment. These guys here helped me out anyway they could without a second thought. Very knowledgeable, they showed me what was wrong with my vehicle and what was needed to pass inspection. But most of all, they provided great service and they were extremely kind to me and helped lower the price as much as they could. Beyond grateful for their kindness. I especially liked they didn't try to upswell me as in the past when I got lured into synthetic oil & my Honda was not happy. 4/12/2010 I went there, my car was not even looked at& I was charged $62! I called corporate to complain, and they told me...this isn't even a real Jiffy Lube! They are using the signs left form the old establishment. They are pretty crafty, because they even have Jiffy Lube stationary! read more

Took my car in for an oil change ended up spending over $300.00 and I`ve had nothing but trouble since then with it leaking something. Took it to my mechanic he thought it was the power steering so he thought he fixed it, another 300.00. That wasn`t it, back it went he had to order a part, another 300.00. Still leaking. Today I find out that transmission plug was stripped. I had the transmission fluid changed when I was at Jiffy Lube. I`ll never let Jiffy Lube work on my car again. If they have these people working on cars they should know what they are doing and do it right! I feel ripped off!! read more
