They had us in and out with top notch customer service in 15 mins, note it was end of day and no wait so I imagine it can't always be like this but they were quick, knowleadgeable and really nice. Went in for an oil change that cost $119, and left with all of my display settings changed and air let out of my tires. I had to take nearly an hour out of my busy schedule to undo what this shop did without notifying me. I will never use their services again! read more

First time at this location . . . came here because the auto shop that someone recommended to me recommended work on the car I didn't need . . . Done with them! Was outside of the Jiffy Lube at 7:50 (get 'er done early!) and they pulled before 8, out the door at 8:16. They did the standard checks for the vehicle, which I do appreciate. It ran about 15 dollars more than my old car, but that engine displacement makes a difference on amount of oil. Good job, guys! read more

These guys lost all of the records in their system of the work I had them do on my vehicle. I called them and they told me they had no record of me ever having work done there even though I'd been there at least 4 times. So in went to their shop and brought an invoice from their store to show them they were wrong. They couldn't even find that one. The issue is, I needed some copies of my last 3 oil changes for a warrantee claim. (Yes I should've done a better job at keeping my invoices but still....). Now I can't remember what services have been complete and what needs to be done!) Their systems obviously are messed up. They said they'd have the district manager call me but I didn't hear back. Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to Tire Rama. WAY better service and they keep great records! read more

Came to get an oil change on a Sunday around noon--they team got me in and out in a half hour or less. Surprising for a last minute weekend oil change! Incomplete service, dishonesty, and attitude. Just had an oil change there. Typical experience for the most part. A little slow but not bad, typical upwelling attempts. However I'm tempted to give 1 star as they did not actually check my tire pressure. I came in with one tire low. After service, still low. Drive around and tech argued that he filled all of them so it's my tires sensors fault. None of them were filled to the pressure he indicated and what he told me did not match what the paperwork said he filled them to. I tested with a gauge just after leaving and my sensors are dead on. I could not drive away from this Jiffy Lube fast enough. I arrived and went inside while they pulled my car into a bay. The counter person went over the options with me as the crew was getting set to change the oil. I stated that I wanted just the basic 4 qt standard oil change. She said it would be $56 and change. I thought she heard me incorrectly - I restated just the cheapest service. That WAS the cheapest service... I was stunned, said forget it and left. The $29 basic oil change is really $35 before tax. They have a very shady vibe. It's weird that my door ajar dash light came on immediately after they "serviced" my vehicle. This was me giving them a second chance. NEVER again! There are much better options out there. read more

This place is AWESOME!! I have a 2008 Toyota sequoia and went in for a simple oil change. immediately they told me they couldn't get the oil filter off. Apparently the last oil change (not from Jiffy Lube) a cheaper brand oil filter was used and was over-tightened and stripped and they weren't able to remove it, to replace it. They had all staff trying to work on this filter tirelessly. Tiffany (who was amazing, with unbelievable customer service) finally came to tell me, they couldn't do it. However, one last ditch effort she said "I can call my guy from the north store, if anyone is going to get this to work, he can, but it will be about 30 minutes before he can even get here" I said " I could leave my car and you could just call me when its done" they called me about 2 hours later to say my car was ready. When I go to the store they gave me the full story about how they got if off. Not only did they complete all the work they promised, they gave me a discount because of MY frustration..... how truly amazing Tiffany and her staff were. I thought customer service in America was dead but certainly not Jiffy Lube on the southhill. I will be a dedicated customer to them and tell everyone I know that they are AWESOME!! read more
