Adrian and Phillip took care of me today (July 2024) Phillip was informative about services and product availability. Phillip gained consent for products to be used for my request. (Oil change.) He went over price points before proceeding with the services. Adrian helped changed the oil out and the job took about 15 minutes. Both were cheerful and professional. I was offered a discount since I was a new customer and paid almost 20 dollars less than I expected. ( went in on the quote of 100.. ended up leaving out with a receipt for 85$) my receipt is also good for a discount on my return. Side note- might wanna check the big boy in the lobby. Dude was sprawled out looking sick as heck. While I did feel bad for him obviously not feeling well.. being layed out on the counter in front of customers is kinda tacky bro. I'll start by prefacing my requested service, which was a simple and quick oil change. The price was low compared to other places and from arrival to departure only took 30 minutes, making the value in my opinion rather high. The initial service however was not the only bonus, the workers were professional and kind, and they even did our wiper fluid for us as well as aired our tires without us having to ask or even pay! Marc and Garrett took great care of me today! Came in for an oil change and got in immediately, as they were not busy. I was in and out in 30 minutes, and they let me know any time they found something they thought needed my attention. At no point did I feel that they were just trying to squeeze money out of me -- they showed genuine concern for making sure I was taken care of and that my vehicle was safe to drive. I hadn't been able to find a coupon for my service but they were able to apply one anyway, and every little bit helps. I will definitely be returning the next time I need an oil change! read more

It's my fault for going to a place I don't already know and trust, but I was in town for a doctor's appointment and was overdue on an oil change. First thing, I'm told that I need synthetic oil in my truck, counter to what my dealership recommends, as well as my normal oil change place in Manhattan. The guy really laid it on-- insisting repeatedly the manufacturer wants me to have synthetic $30-40 more expensive than what I asked for. From that point on, they weren't getting a cent more from me than a bare basics oil change. When I explain twice to him that I'll take the recommendation of my dealer and get a regular oil change, he refers to me in the third person loudly, "noting customer isn't listening to manufacturer recommendations". Excuse me? I needed a new air filter, normally I'd let the place replace that, but not this place. I told him I'd get it next time, and the third person weirdness again. I hope this isn't how they treat all their female customers, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more

I can't imagine how difficult these times are for businesses. I went to Jiffy Lube and saw the sign that indicated that they were short staffed and thought this will take forever! Laderrick came to my car and informed me that there would be a little wait. He was so kind, personable, and reassuring that I immediately was grateful for his taking the time to update us. In watching the guys, they were thorough and at the same time were working hard to make the wait not so long. Laderrick was so nice the entire time. I know there are other places to go, but Jiffy Lube on Wannamaker has never disappointed. In these uncertain times, this team steps up and gets the job done. I highly recommend these guys. read more

I was directed behind the only car in the shop and sat there for 30 minutes waiting with no contact with what appeared to be the only employee in the facility. Terrible service. The gentleman working inside today called to tell me I needed to select a type of oil. I asked him how much high mileage oil would be for my f-250 that takes 15 quarts.... He couldn't tell me and wouldn't look it up. I told him to just do a regular oil change and that I would find a more service oriented and competent service center moving forward. Went to pick the truck up and he was super rude to me... one star for the shop guys who actually did my oil change. They seemed nice and hopefully did an ok job. read more

I'm not a fan of the pricing. I wanted a standard oil change along with a new air filter. I ended up paying over $100 dollars for services that should have been way less than that. They didn't even have the oil I needed for my car's high mileage, which I found strange. I'm not experienced at all with car maintenance or anything of the like, but I know now to research before picking the first thing that I think of. I just hope the service was worth the price. read more

I now take all of my cars to Jiffy Lube, they do good service and are pretty fast. They tell you what services are recommended, but they do not pressure you to buy extra service. They are not the cheapest in town, but I like the large windows and that I can watch them work in my car. They are first come first serve, so if there is a line of cars come back later read more

Took my car about 2 weeks ago now. Since that time my MPG have gone from 53 to 46. Researching the issue, the wrong viscosity of oil was used but I cant tell-the receipt doesnt say and they didnt ask. I have tried calling and calling but it rings until someone picks it up and hangs up. This is HORRIBLE if they don't provide their customers with the right product and it causes vehicle issues. 30 minute wait was no big deal but the final bill of $80 plus dollars for an oil change was. I don't think that it took ten minutes for them to do the oil change. Tried to get me to take care of something else and hadn't even taken a look at the car yet to see if it actually needed to be replaced. This was my second time servicing my car around here, two different places and both times I was taken to the cleaners. I have never been charged more than half that for a full service oil change and I will keep looking for something more to my liking. Very disappointed and I will not be going back. read more

Had one of the worst days with jiffy lube. They broke a hose on my air filter. That added an hour then two hours then six hours then overnight. I had to call a family member to get a ride for a day. The best part was they wanted me to pay full price after a 27 hour oil change. Don't go. read more

Horrible service... I took my car in for an oil change over lunch, I drove back to my office and my car was smoking and a trail of oil was in the parking lot. Oil was dripping from the bottom of the car. I called the manager and told him what happened, he said they were busy and could I drive it back to the shop. I again explained that all the oil had leaked out and he sent someone over. I never received an apology and today my new car smells like burnt oil. read more

They now charge for a vacuum and to wash your window. They did not check my wiper blades. They charge to top off the coolant now as well, $4. No thanks! What happened to the "top of for free?" It's not like I didnt pay an arm and a leg already for the service. Each time they walked by the window they looked at me. Made me wonder what they were up to. I have been trying to get my money refunded for an oil and filter change and radiator flush done on my vehicle on 12/29/16 since January 6th, 2017. This is just trying to get them to honor the refund for the oil and filter change and radiator flush. Not to mention, they did over $ 200 worth of damage to my vehicle. As they have said in writing, "If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please inform one of our store managers. If our manager cannot correct the problem to your complete satisfaction, we will cheerfully refund your money. Since January 6th, Jiffy Lube has been saying this a corporate matter and Jiffy World has been saying this is a local matter. So far, NO REFUND. P.S. The gentleman that towed my vehicle let me know he towed someone else recently from the same station. They forgot to put the oil plug back in after the oil change. The vehicle only made it a few blocks...I wonder if he was refunded. I would like to know their name. read more

Never again! I went in for a basic oil change, they wanted to charge me $49 for a cabin air filter that costs $15 at an auto parts store, and is relatively easy to replace even for non-mechanics. In the process they screwed up my glove compartment, and broke my emergency flashlight. They didn't bother to tell me about any of this, and they didn't fix the problem either.
