Sooo me and the old lady going out of town on a road trip and need the car at tip top shape, we initially went to the Jiffy Lube closer to the house , but the line was unbelievable, so we went further up the way to another location and the workers there seemed as if they were high and drunk off something, so that was a total turn off, so we drive more up the road and ended here. They workers were clean, had great attitudes and were very attentive to our wants. I will definitely come back to this location! read more

After my truck was done and was pulled out front he spent 15 minutes getting other cars in before he cashed me out. I've been here before but never again. I went in because my cars oil change message came on. The very helpful attendants pulled my car in and realized I didn't need an oil change yet. I feel taken advantage of. Literally just spent 100 bucks on an oil change. AN OIL CHANGE. They said "we upgraded your oil to blah blah blah" without asking me first! The whole thing cost twice as much as an oil change anywhere else, and if they would have said, "Hey, listen... there is this new oil that does better than the old oil, I would love to tell you about it's benefits - would you be interested?" And then let me decide to spend an extra 40 bucks on it, then great. But I didn't get the choice. I would have taken my car somewhere else. Also, they were pressuring me so hard to get new windshield wipers even though I had recently had them changed that I nearly started to cry. I DON'T WANT THEM. Anyway, they put them on there. And that was an additional charge. And then the charged me for some kind of special filter that I knew nothing about. Anyway. I left feeling defeated. I had no power over my own car or my own financial decisions, and honestly, I will never go to Jiffy Lube again. I don't care if they charge so much for a "full service." That kind of treatment is not okay, and charging someone ONE HUNDRED FREAKING DOLLARS for a standard oil change is not okay. Don't go here. read more

I took my (manual) Mazda Miata here for a regular oil change; no big deal right? Wrong! I pulled up to the nearly empty building (there was only one other customer already in the process of whatever). Usually they have you leave your keys and head inside so they can do their work. Nope - not with me they didn't. A big guy came over, taking one look at my stick shift and put both hands up as a show of surrender... explained that (not only would he not fit into my beautiful Matchbox Car) he didn't know how to drive a stick. Wait.... what? He works in a car shop and... can't... drive a stick? That doesn't make any sense at all. But wait - it gets better! Can you believe it? He then proceeds to ask EVERY OTHER EMPLOYEE THERE (including the receptionist girl) and not one of them can drive a stick. So... what happens? Do I say "forget it" and go somewhere else? You would have hoped so, but no. No, not at all. No, I let them talk me into driving MY OWN CAR into the building... over the HUGE GAPING HOLE IN THE GROUND. I'm sure there is some kind of legal liability issue with that... with letting (nay, making) an untrained, uninsured (by the company), customer PAY to drive their OWN CAR over a giant hole, with 6 or 7 feet of open air below it. I must have been on drugs or something... clearly I have no idea what I was thinking. So, then I sit in the waiting room for about 15 minutes while they change my oil, try to hard sell me on a new air filter (even though I know the one I have is still good), and then charge me something like $30. Riiiiight. But WAIT - THERE'S MORE! Then, you guessed it, I had to pull my own car OUT of the bay! Again... there was a HUGE HOLE (maintenance bay) UNDER MY CAR!!! And if THEY drove my car into their hole, their insurance would have paid to fix my shiz... but seriously... if I had messed up my own junk, I don't think they could have been liable. WHAT WAS I THINKING?!?!?! Quite obviously, I will never be going back there again. Not in a million years, and not for a million dollars. Well... maybe the million dollars... but anyways. I'd like to give a great shout out to Yelp. They truly saved me today. I went to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed. When I arrived they had two people being serviced and one truck waiting. I pulled up behind one of the cars being serviced. I get out and tell them I need an oil change. They ask ME do I know what type of oil my car uses? I can't TELL you how many oil changes I have had in my life and I have NEVER had the store performing the oil change ask ME what type of oil my car uses. I say no. The follow up is.. well do you know if it's synthetic? Now my intuition kicked in right there, but I followed her into the lobby and had a seat. I sat next to a man who looked a bit upset. He was on the phone telling someone they were having trouble getting the air filter off his car. Now, that was strike two. I see them move the truck that was behind one of the waiting cars ahead of mine. And I realize that this guy isn't going anywhere and neither am I. Fourty-five minutes in and I decide to Check In on Yelp. I find it on Yelp along with the reviews about the wait and the excessive charges and I decided that I needed to leave right now. Sorry, I thought this would only take an hour and I need to get back to work. They did not want me to leave. She kept asking me to promise I'll be back later today and gave me a 50% off coupon. I came here in the morning to get a quick oil change before work. I was the first person there when they opened and they assured me that it would only take 20-25mins since I told them I had to go to work after. They didn't tell me how much the oil change was until Midway of the oil change. I paid more than $100 for a simple oil change. I drive a Toyota Prius 2015. And what's worse is they didn't know how to turn off my maintenance light after they changed my oil. By then they've been working on my car for about 40 minutes trying to turn off the maintenance required light. I ended up having to tell them if they didn't know how to do it then I'll do it myself since I had to go to work. When I drove off from that business, I noticed the miles per hour had been changed to kilometers per hour?! Smh. Anyways I ended looking up on YouTube and fixed the setting on my car and turned off the maintenance light myself. They don't know what they're doing. They didn't even try to look up instructions on how to turn off the maintenance light. If you want a good oil change to go to that's quick and knows what they're doing and is honest and upfront about the price before the service then go down the street to Castrol Premium Lube Express. They changed my oil for half that price and changed out my filter in half the time jiffy lube took to just change out my oil. And the mechanic at Castrol Premium Lube Express that did my oil change turned off my maintenance light in literally 2mins. Never going to jiffy lube again...... read more

I've been taking my car here to have my oil changed since I moved here a year ago and never had a problem... Until I took my car to a mechanic to have my brakes looked at and ALL my fluids were empty. $1100 worth of work. They always told me my fluids were fine and that they topped everything off when they changed my oil. There were cheaper places around town to get an oil change but I went there BECAUSE they're supposed to check all that stuff for you. Definitely never going there again. read more

I took my '94 Honda Accord in for an emissions check. Jiffy Lube charged me $25 and said that my car failed to pass. They claimed they could retest if I had a variety of work done on the car. I left and immediately took the car to the Honda Dealership on Cobb Pkwy. They charged me $30 and the car passed the test completely. What gives? Makes me think that the tools Jiffy Lube uses are inferior and do not provide accurate testing results. I will not be returning here. read more

i had the oil changed in my Acura RDX on 11-1-2021. I have used Jiffy Lube for years with no problem. This was my first time to use this location. There was a medium sized oil spot on our garage floor yesterday. Since ours is an older vehicle, we took it to the Acura service department for diagnostics ($200). The Jiffy Lube technician had not completely tightened the oil filter nor the oil plug! We won't ever use this particular Jiffy Lube again!! read more

Yesterday was not my first time coming to this location, but it was my first time very disappointed. I'm usually attended by the guy whom I assume is manager or least has been there the longest and service is always great and trusting. Yesterday I stopped by not for my usual oil service but just a tire repair. The lady who checked me in was very kind and helpful, I told her I needed by BACK LEFT tire repaired, she was informative and so on. When I got home, the wheel lock lug on my BACK RIGHT tire, which shouldn't have even been touched was missing. I called, I was assured to pull back up and that they had the lug lock nut. The lady who helped me was also confused as to why my right tire was even touched. Silly me not checking before leaving again, the guy placed a lug, not even the same size as my others onto my tire and it wasn't even the wheel lock. I paid 30 bucks for a plug and now I've had to replace my wheel lock on a tire that wasn't even in for service. Sketchy. I really did trust service from the guy who usually helps me, but I don't think I can return unless I stay on the working floor to watch every move which sucks. read more

I have been a Jiffy Lube customer in various states for nearly 10 years. I use their service for quick, full and record retention services. Generally, wherever I use their service, not only their service, but their customer service was very professional and the store was clean and very organized, which I don't find this in many other autoshop. However, I found that is not all true when I came to this location in Tucker, GA. The store was filthy, and their customer service was ignorant. I thought I give one more chance to see them. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCKATION!! Usually I do my own oil change but this time around I didn't have the time to do it so my wife took it in for an oil change then we went to Walmart. In the parking lot I decided to check the oil and whatnot . Well the oil was over the max line and the oil looked like it was halfway changed, Like they half a** drained the old oil. So then I proceeded to inspect the oil drain plug and oil filter .the oil filter was never changed it was the same one I had put on not too long ago and the drain plug had a minor leak coming from it. I then returned the next day after work and confronted them and they tried to say that they did everything right when I showed them the filter which still had dirt and water stains on it. They said that that will happen from driving. Not from driving for 20mins total in dry weather since it was changed. Then another employee says hat they don't carry that filter so it it was confirmed that they did not change it. They had no explanation and just stood there with a dumb looking face. When I asked for a refund they got all defensive and rude. I will surely call corporate on this location. Oh yeah and the day when it was supposedly changed there was a wait of about 15 mins while two employees just stood there talking in the parking lot. I have been coming to this location for nearly 10 years. Because I see mostly negative reviews here, I felt compelled to offer a positive one. A lot of places are prone to push services on you that you didn't come in for. I have never had a high pressure situation here. If that matters to you, this is a great place. You don't need an appointment, so that's a plus. I showed up on a busy Saturday for an oil change and emissions test and I was in and out in less than an hour. That would never happen at Firestone (you'd be waiting all day if you were able to get in at all). Give this place a try. It's my go to. read more

I never Yelp jiffy lubes because I expect the service to be universal, that's why one pays a little more for a chain, so one is not surprised. I am a contractor and have a 2014 F150 with zero leaks, I have the truck because I can't ever have leaks on new driveways. Lo and behold, I got my oil change today, went to a brand new house, left after 30 min and there is a giant oil puddle stain on the new concrete. I drove back to jiffy lube, and was immediately told "yeah we ran out of break cleaner when you were here". Which means 1. They knew they left oil all over my truck. 2. They did nothing to clean up. 3. Didn't warn me. He then just poured water on it and said I am good to go. So now I have to explain to my customer and apologize AND pay one of my guys to try to get the stain out. read more

If there are oil changes in Hell, this Jiffy Lube would be a model store. Overpriced and run by poorly supervised mechanics, this location could not complete all of the services paid for without managing to cover the inside of my car in dirt and oil, having to take the car back again after forgetting to do something, and somehow making it smell like a barrel of moldy fish died in here. After promising service in 10-15 minutes, we got out of there after more than 2 hours, and immediately had to take the car home to reservice it. I was polite and tried to stay calm during the parade of horribles they inflicted on my defenseless car. For my patience, I was rewarded with an attempt by the unapologetic manager to overcharge me. One new employee, apparently not yet trained on the level of rudeness and disdain this place expects of its employees, apologized to us on the way out - shocked that his manager was so cavalier about losing a customer. read more

Everyone just stands around and when they actually have to do work, they move in slow motion. No one even knows anything about cars. I seriously think my 4 year old could have done a better and faster job. I am scared my car is going to fall apart when I drive out of here. Excellent Service! What a great group of guys in that shop. They all seemed to work extremely hard and very courteous. I went in for an emission. They noticed an oil leak and said they would have a look underneath to see if they could identify it. A free service. The young man, Richard I think, de-greased and cleaned of the bottom of car to try and identify the leak. They went above and beyond and seemed to work as a team very well. I will be going back and highly recommend this place. I was surprised to see bad reviews, unless was just a bad day. Then again and understandably, most people review things when they have a bad experience but few review with good ones. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, this has been the worst experience I have ever had at a Jiffy Lube. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smart-ass attitude and sluggish work. I left after I got everything set up for them to complete my wife's car. After 3 hours of waiting, I'm currently sitting in their shop...still waiting. When I frustratingly asked how much longer it would be, their "associate" asked if I already had a problem with someone else and that was the reason for my tone. My reason was I asked this same guy 3 hours ago if he could get it done and I'm still waiting. And they just notified me they could only do half the work promised. This was one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I came as a walk-in for an oil change and they said they could take me because it was not busy. I waited 45 minutes and no one had started working on my car and no asked what services I wanted. The lady who was supposed to be working the desk was outside picking her nails and she refused to check out another customer. When he asked one of the mechanics they refused and he was left waiting. I left, without them working on my car when I saw one of the mechanics smoking what looked like a joint. It seemed like the manager wasn't there that day. I wish I couldn't give them no stars but my husband sent me to this jiffy lube and we spent any 300 dollars there. We had the highest oil change you can get I believe it was was something like the platinum. We also had air filters and cabin filtered changed too. Come to find out. We paid $300 for nothing because That's not What they did for us at all. Now we drive a Cadillac. So this was a last min thing before I went into work. They changed the cabin filter and gave us a used one that didn't even fit the car. And they gave us regular oil. These men robbed us blind. I'M sorry to say but my husband coworkers introduced him to a former jiffy lube employee and he told us horrific story's that he was forced by management to do underhanded stuff to people . Like putting recycled oil in their vehicles and not giving them exactly What they asked for. My husband went back you there and they said Oh we ran out of the correct cabin filter for your car then and the manager isn't here to assist you with this situation. Since my husband said well if you guys ran out Why did you charge me full price for What you did not have. Why wasn't this said to me. When I was in here spending $300. And again the young man said he didnt know and he had to speak to a manager. So please I wouldn't advice anyone to go to this particular jiffy lube. They will rob you and cause damage to your car. There needs to be an investigation at that location. In the end we went to the dealership and they put in the correct cabin filter and gave us a proper oil change. I had to go out to the bay to ask someone to check me out, after I'd seen my car get pulled out 15 minutes prior. They started working on more cars instead of checking out the people inside. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! If I could give this place no stars I would. When my husband and I took my truck to get a oil change when I first pulled in I sat in my vehicle for about 2-3 minuets for the gentleman to finish their conversation for them to greet me with their services. Once they started working on my vehicle I noticed that they didn't change oil filter, so I had my husband double check since he did my last oil change and he usually do my oil change.And to find out that I was correct they didn't change it, so my husband went up their to let them know that they didn't change it but my husband asked what kind of oil filters do they carry and they only told him one name and once he mentioned the kind of oil filter that i have they said oh yeah we have that too! Not only did they lie about them having my oil filter that they claim to have there. What would you do with $900? That's the question you must ask yourself before getting any work done at this place. I went in for a simple oil change. And they talked me into the $127 oil change( yeah, I know, call me a sucker and I also read another view of a woman getting the same treatment, hmm pattern?) I told them that in two days I would be moving and in turn driving from Atlanta to Seattle. When I got my car back, The breaks( which they say they don't even touch in an oil change) where NOT working. I take it to the dealership the next day for the service manager to tell me " I would have not allowed you to leave this car is so dangerous" (in reference to the breaks). And then they inform me the break booster is broken and it's gonna be $760 in repairs. Two days before I'm supposed to move across the country. And after filing what Jiffy Lube calls their customer complaint forms and faxing the work order( which is what I was told was their policy) what has happened? NOTHING. So in conclusion, what would I do with $900? Hmm lets see, I would love to buy a bed or turn on my cable and internet but alas I can't do that because I have made the mistake of going to Jiffy Lube. read more
