I have used Jiffy Lube in the past and have had mostly good results. This location, however, was way below standards. First, I waited for 15 minutes outside although the car in front of me was finished but no effort was made to move it out of the way. Finally inside, no one came to take my order although there were 5 or 6 employees with only 1 other car in the bay. The shop was dirty an disorganized. After an additional 15 minutes wait, I became disgusted and drove out. This store i ver conveniently located for me, but I will not be returning. read more

This is the second time I have come to this location. I didn't want to go to the dealership since their rates are super expensive. Both times I've come here they have been super pleasant and helpful. I have appreciated the quickness of getting my services done here. They also have really good coupons and stuff that really help with the pricing. They also get everything done within a timely manner and I don't have to wait too long. I may also vacuum the inside of my car. Which was super nice of them to do I was honestly not expecting it. I definitely will be coming back whenever I need my oil change anything like that. I definitely think this place is very superb and with it being closer to my house it makes things a lot easier when I need an oil change. read more

We came in around 4:00PM on a Wed afternoon and we're told it would be a 45 min wait because they had only 2 guys on duty. We went ahead and waited and it ended up being only 30 min wait, plus about 15 min for the oil change. We got a full synthetic change and paid $89.46, after a $15 discount coupon we got online. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. We would return to this location again. read more

We always use jiffy lube for our oil changes...but do not go to the one at 17 Ajo way..they suck..they only had 1 tech working we waited for at least 30 min with only 1 car waiting..finally got fed up and left..this was the second time they did this to us...NEVER again will we go there...we went down the street to 1301 Ajo and got our oil change..the guys there are awesome..great customer service and we were finished in 10 min..no wait That is our new oil change place... I got an oil change here when I was passing through on a road trip. They helped me pick the right options to fit my budget, were very attentive, and explained everything they were doing. Seems like the team communicates well and is also having fun. They got my service done very quickly. Jiffy Lubes are generally reliable, but I'd say this is one of the best ones I've been to! I will say that I've had a couple experiences at other Jiffy Lubes where additional charges/services are added without asking, and I appreciated that the people helping me out here didn't do that. Everything seems to be running smoothly in my vehicle since the oil change. Only piece of constructive criticism is that the windshield sticker they gave me noting the date/mileage for my next oil change fell off within a few days, and I've never had that happen before. Only a very minor inconvenience but maybe they should check on their stickers. Regardless, I will definitely come back to this shop if I am in the area. Thanks guys! read more

Oil change was so quick, less than 20 minutes, let us use the coupon, and everyone was so nice. They asked us multiple times if we wanted any water and they let us sit in the car while they did the oil change! I've never been given that option before! Took my car as for an oil change and a Lube job did not get a you done they also broke my check engine light and could not make it come off and had three crew members go to lunch had only one guy left to work I will not bring my car back here ever again and I'll tell my family also. read more

They messed up my Audi 2011 a4! DO NOT GO HERE! They added 5.9 quarts instead of 4.9 quarts and caused damaged towards my spark plugs and coil packs with over flow of oil! They had to go to my house re drain it but if I wanted them to fix the damages in my car they would investigate if it was actually the case and if they aren't "liable" they will send me the hill for them towing my car to fix it and the diagnostic. I spent 250$ on damages and had to fix my car in my own. I feel like suing them but they wasted so much of my time already. Please for the love of god do not go here! read more

They suck ass always have I hate taking my car there but I had a emergency and had to change my oil in Tucson out of all places right... did a horrible job on my oil change they changed my plug as well and put the wrong one on and had a oil leak the next day and had to end up to re do the oil change and re change the oil filter myself. They still charged me $200 asked for a refund and still haven't gotten it. This was on the beginning of December 2020. read more

I returned a second time to these guys and had another outstanding visit! Juan & Carlos took excellent care of me and my vehicle. I'm a female and I work in the auto business. It's nice coming to a place where the technicians treat you like an equal and don't try to sell you on stuff you don't need. Service was quick as usual. I immediately noticed a difference as soon as I fired my engine back up. Speaking of - I had a service engine light & they went the extra step to pull the code for me. I would rather give this place a zero if I could! I took my truck in for an oil change and a transmission flush. The truck was working perfectly fine before the services but it was a service that was due. The same night of the service my transmission gave out. I took my truck to my mechanic that night since he lived on my way home and he said that there were no fluids! Turns out jiffy lube forgot to fill it with fluids and completely messed up my transmission. I took it back in in the morning, they claimed that there were fluids in it, but only because I purchased the fluids the night before to get me home and to jiffy lube in the morning. They refused to take fault and made me pay for a new transmission which ended up costing me over 3,000!!!! Beware of this place!!!! read more

Arrived at 8:30, third car in line. I did notice that even though they claimed they opened at 8:00 NO ONE was working on either of the two cars parked in the bays. After a 15 minute wait an employee finally acknowledged me and told me that the wait was going to be at least one hour - and it's already 102 degrees out there! I sure won't recommend this location (I tried it because it's close to work) but you can rest assured that I will be using a different Jiffy Lube where I get waited on in a timely manner and it generally only takes 30 minutes to get the entire job done. read more

My first visit to this business as I live out of town where no Jiffy Lube is available. The business is very near a very busy intersection so use caution when trying to get into the place! Once there it was easy peasy! A gal directed me to the right bay, asked what I wanted and set it up. I was then escorted into the waiting room and advised about drinks etc. The service person called me back out to tell me about added services I might need or want and then I was out of there in under 45 minutes! read more

Greatest service ever received at a jiffy lube. I have been to several in the Bay area and in socal but this one tops them all. I took in my gf's car for an oil change and was helped by Rebecca, the manager. She was friendly and kindly took in the car. As I expected, there were several other things wrong with the car. Rebecca was kind enough to offer the various services at a discounted price. Radiator service, A/T oil and air filters were all taken care of. Rebecca demonstrated proper customer care and knowledge of her work. I recommend this jiffy lube for anything from an oil change to the other car services offered. read more
