The father and son started the business because they wanted to provide better service to customers. I've sent three of my friends here because I know that they will be treated right. When I ask questions, they explain things to me. I think they treat men, women and people who don't know anything about cars, equally and fairly. I'm super-skeptical of car repair places in general. Your Dealer, MIGHT do a good job, but they will sure as heck try and rip you off. I don't want to name the dealer, but for years, items that should have been covered by my extended warranty were not. When I went to another dealership location out of town, they actually searched for my vehicle in the manufacturer's warranty system. At a later time, I asked for a full history of my service. That's when I learned that the dealership in Tucson never even tried to use my warranty because they would earn a lot more if I pay cash out of pocket than what they would receive from the company for warranty work. I used to think that Dealers will do quality work the right way even if they charge a premium for it. Now my perspective about dealership service is tainted. I trust Priority Auto And Tire Center, especially the father and son, to take care of my car, the cars for my family members and I have no hesitations to send my friends there. Trust is hard to earn and take a lot to keep. These guys stake their reputation on doing the best job every time, treating the customer right and giving accurate and fair quotes. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. They offer free WiFi, water and they have vending machines if you need a snack or beverage. I don't think it was too loud. I hope the business for these guys is going well. I'd like to see them become a long term business in Tucson! Highly Recommended!

Car was returned to me one month later filthy and slapped together half hazardly. They stripped out a thread in my belt tensioner and didn't tighten it down. They also reused a stretch belt causing a failure. It also leaks oil now and my alternator is malfunctioning. Over 6k in repairs for them to leave me with a broken down vehicle. Now they won't answer my phone calls. Amateurs at best.​

This was her message to me: "No news on car at all.i will call this afternoon. I am so mad that we didnt send it to chrysler .."
