    They will not let you stay in your car. False advertising.

    There was nothing "Jiffy" about this experience. Waited nearly 30 minutes before going in for an oil change and then another 35 minutes for the service itself. The service station was free but they wouldn't let us drive in. Finally, when we rolled down the window to ask when we could drive in, they told us to get out of the car. They would not allow us to stay in the car for the oil change service. The sign says, "Relax in your car or wait in our lounge." When we go to Valvoline, we always stay in the car. That's the beauty of quick oil changes. You get to stay in the car while they work. The lounge was unwelcoming, crowded with other pissed off folks waiting around because they were also forced out of their cars . Terrible service, takes way longer than 15 minutes, amateur folks, unprofessional...will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE. I just hope my car doesn't break down today...Who Knows What they did.

    I like this place, because they also do car inspections when you need one. Just have to make sure an advance that the person who does them are therefore the day. The quality and value is pretty on par with what you should expect when getting an oil change.

    I'm normally not the type to write a review so for me to be here writing this is a major deal. On Sunday 3/21 I went there early in the morning to get my car serviced. I had to go pick up my own part for my service because they were out of stock on it and wouldn't have the piece in for another few days. I was annoyed for the inconvenience but it was understandable. My car stated that I needed a tire rotation, engine oil, and oil filter for maintenance. After my service was done, I was given a 15% coupon for my inconvenience which I thought was awesome. But it all went downhill from there. When I was attempting to leave from the facility my car wouldn't move. The associates had no clue why my car wouldn't move. After spending a little time there I reached out to my personal mechanic who then told me it's because of my tires. My tires are staggered (different size in the front and back). The associates at jiffy lube didn't have knowledge in how to revert my tires back and to have my car functional again. It was only after I reached out to my personal mechanic that I was able to drive my car again. My personal mechanic had to guide them through the process. It only gets worse from here... The day prior to my experience at JL, I just got my car wrapped. For those of you who don't know what a wrap is, it's when you change the color of your car by applying a vinyl decal. The night prior, I got my car freshly wrapped! Jiffy Lube ruined my wrap... my freshly done wrap... They left scratches and fingerprints all over the hood of my car. Not only was I annoyed about my experience but now I'm infuriated. It's understandable to experience inconveniences but to have my car damaged in their care? I reached out to customer service and I reviewed an initial call from the District Manager telling me that they received my claim but I haven't heard anything beyond that. It's definitely unfair that my car was ruined in their care.

    I needed a quick oil change and inspection done so I decided to do a google search and did this place .. the wait wasn't long at all., probably 20 mins ... The staff was very professional and made me feel confident that good work would be done to my car . Quick , sufficient I would definitely return . Jahmal, Eduardo, braulio were excellent with me . Very patient and we're able to answer all the questions that I asked . Jiffy lube is lucky to have them . If you any maintenance work done to your car please don't hesitate to stop by .

    Pretty quick, i would recommend grabbing a sandwich before your oil change, and you should be done by the time you finish eating..

The staff explained that the service would take about an hour, which was reasonable, so I stepped out to grab food while I waited. While reviewing my itemized bill, I noticed a $9.99 "maintenance reset fee" and a $10 per tire rotation charge. The tire rotation charge made sense, but I questioned the reset fee since I was already getting a full service. I called a few other Pep Boys locations and checked online (while in waiting room ) and was told that this fee is typically only charged if no service is being performed. I went back to front desk & I spoke with the associate, who was kind and helpful. He checked with the manager, who seemed a bit annoyed and explained that the reset is considered an extra step and not necessarily included. After some discussion, he applied a coupon, which I appreciated, and I left feeling somewhat satisfied. However, once I got my car back, I noticed the rear tires had not been rotated to the front as requested. I knew this based on the tire brand placement. I called back, and after checking with the technician, they admitted the rotation had been missed. Overall, I'm disappointed. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, and while some team members were courteous, the inconsistencies in service and billing left me uneasy.After having to follow up on something as basic as a tire rotation, it also raises concern about the quality of the work being done. I hope they improve their communication, consistency, and attention to detail moving forward.

Fearing being "taken advantage of as a woman", I authorized the team to speak with my husband, Robert Stewart--though I am the owner of the vehicle. This past weekend, I made several attempts to connect with Dana, the office manager, with no replies or return calls. I had my car delivered to Pep Boys in Corona, Queens, on October 5, 2025. After receiving a diagnostic exam, I was told that the bill would be over $3500. This is way more than the car is worth! I was given authorization for mechanic, turned assistant manager, Alfred, to self-source the needed parts--as a means to reduce the hefty price. My husband and purchased the needed parts, not without prior authorization from Alfred. Once the work was seemingly done, I was alerted that the car was cleaned and ready for pick-up. I was issued an itemized bill for $1852.40 and paid it immediately. I was alerted on 11/3/25 that my vehicle is ready for pick up, then suddenly I was told that my car is not "working" and a part that I was previously quoted as costing $800 is now $2200. This is very poor customer service. I need my car, and I need it now. I should not be forced to pay out any more money at this point. My car sits on a lift, seemingly waiting for absolution! This is unbelievable!
