Thankfully, I take my cats to a neighbors house while cleaning is happening so I was able to catch this when we returned before the cats got in the bathroom. I am now cleaning my bathroom AGAIN and airing out the house. In addition to having cats, I have breathing issues - hence the reason I ALWAYS have requested GREEN CLEANING. Will not be rebooking. It's totally unacceptable to ignore these preferences and put people and animals at risk. Find another company to book through.

They were efficient in their cleaning and tackled more than I expected: cleaning the stove grates, inside the oven, inside kitchen cabinets, dining room light fixture, and even some of the waist level trim in our dining room. Some fine detailing (base trims, electrical outlets, walls) were not done, but that is something i would categorized as a deep clean so that was fine by me. Halfway through (when they were done with the finished basement) they asked me to inspect their work and to tell them if they missed anything. I really appreciated that offer! Happy I was going to get some food and noticed the license plate number when I walked by. When I advised him to move, he said, uh, right now? Yes right now. Hello. That's someone's designated spot and you're in it. Then, as I'm doing a walk through when they advised they were done, my bed wasn't made, the bathroom floor mats and shower curtains were still in exactly the same place I left them (I washed in the morning), there was debris from my cats litter still everywhere... at this point, I swear my blood pressure was rising because it was a half ass job. He made my bed in that moment and I couldn't believe how ugly and ghetto he made it look. Then, they have the audacity to advise it was a $160 flat rate over yelp messages, but when he asked for payment, they advised it was actually going to be $190 for an initial cleaning and afterwards it's $150. WHAAAAAAT?! Do not use them. I'm shocked right now. I swear, I had a wonderful day, and now, I'm in a nasty mood. Update 9/1/2026: I was trying to clean my cabinets with my Bona pet cleaners and noticed they were all stolen from my cabinet. I'm shocked. I reached out to the team and advised I would be filing a police report. 2nd update 9/1/2026: Text received "we found the bottle in our cleaning supplies. My helper accidentally packed it with our products while we were gathering everything after the cleaning. It was an honest mistake and was not intentionally taken. We apologize for the mix-up. We will return it to you today. Please let us know where you would like us to leave it." I do not believe them for a second... Hire at your own risk.
