Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, I was told that I should have brought the burrito back. I'm honestly confused by that expectation--why would anyone keep a day-old burrito waiting in case the restaurant finally answers the phone? After explaining that I had already thrown it away because it was no longer edible, the only solution I was offered was a refund for half the price of one burrito. I ordered huevos rancheros with eggs over very easy. I got tortillas with one egg that was over- cooked. The eggs were full of bacon. If I had wanted eggs and bacon, I would have ordered eggs and bacon but I wanted a Mexican breakfast and huevos rancheros do not have bacon on them. Accessibility: there is no accessible parking in this lot. The only nearby accessible parking is technically part of the parking lot shared with the drive-thru Starbucks. Other than this, there should be more accessible parking made and more ramps up to the sidewalk. This parking lot is very busy on the weekends so parking might be a challenge if you need extra space. The door to enter the building is a pull door but was left propped open on a Saturday night. They do also have a bathroom inside. Experience: wow! This place is amazing. We were so hungry and literally just ate the meat off the fries and that was horrible! The meat was very dry and hard like beef Jerky. The rolled tacos barely had meat and were stale. The guacamole was old and dark. I think it looks like someone must have ordered the same thing and they were returned and left on the counter then sold it to me. Located in the same strip mall as the movie theater, this a good place to get some food before or after a movie. Their is plenty of parking and the service is friendly and quick. There are not as many tablets inside considering how spacious the space looks. The food is ok.
