We started our wedding planning the convenient way - wedding shows! We went to quite a few in the area and my priority was securing a make-up/hair artist and a photographer because they were the most important to me as one would make me pretty on the day of and the latter would capture the special moments for us to enjoy after the wedding and years after. I was looking for a photographer that has the creative side to have some fun with our photos. I was attracted to Jill's booth because of the work she displayed. Then I realized I wasn't looking for a photographer, I was looking for Jill! :) Professionalism: Jill is passionate about wedding photography, she listened to our needs and wishes and our ideas and truly tried to make our day special. She respected our budget and didn't nickel and dime us like other photographers tried to do. Jill is full of photography knowledge and creativity. What else can someone asks for in a wedding photographer! Communication: We had one phone conversation with Jill before we signed the contract and another right before the wedding. In between those conversations we communicated via email and Jill was amazingly responsive despite her busy schedule and traveling. Trust me, when you are planning a wedding the last thing you need is someone flaky. I liked the fact that she gave us "homework" a bit at a time, not bombard us with a 40-page questionnaire. We know she read everything we wrote because she GETS us and knew what we wanted on the big day and she just ran with it. Big Day: Everyone at my wedding loved Jill! She was personable and friendly and fit right in like she was a friend! You barely noticed she was there unless we were doing portraits. She knows what the guests like and don't like; she knows when it's a good time to do certain things or ask certain questions. THAT is experience that you want in a photographer on your most special (and potentially the most chaotic) day of your life. Jill is so calm and chill that it really helped ME to relax. She gave me, the stressed-out bride who was stuck in the bridal suite, the much-needed assurance; Jill should also be titled "wedding day therapist." :D Quality: We were provided so many quality pictures. We loved so many of them that a 100-page album couldn't fit all our favorites. We had to pick and choose which pic go into the album and that was the hardest part of our photography experience with Jill. LOL! My absolute favorite part is the pictures Jill took completely captured our special day, it's like we are re-living our wedding day every time when we look through our wedding album. You know that smile that comes from your heart? Yea that's how I feel every time when I look through the pictures. After-Production Support: Jill's responsiveness doesn't just stop after she handed over the pictures. She is truly there every. step. of. the. way. She wants you, the bride and groom, to be happy with the pictures and would do what is needed to make sure that is the case. 5 stars is honestly not enough! Jill Most is by far the only photographer you will ever need. From the moment I met Jill, I knew I was in good hands. Jill took the time to get to know my husband and I, which made working with her so incredibly easy. You can feel her warmth from behind the camera. She was able to capture our wedding so beautifully that every time I look at my photos I feel like I am back at the wedding. The after market part of this business is not so good for communicating to the bride. My daughter tried several times to get a photo book and never got a reply, it's been almost two years. The wedding was fantastic. Photos were beautiful and all communication before and during was great. We even recommended her to others. The problem came after when we have tried several times to get in touch with her to put together other photos for printing and to have some put into s book for my daughter. Great until after the wedding is over and the first posting of photos for you to go through. I want to give 3.5 stars but cannot so I did jump this to a 4. Communication after is also key and she has missed the mark on this one. read more

I LOVED having Jill as my wedding photographer earlier this month! I found her by chance through thumbtack.com (which I'd never used before and just happened to click on through a facebook ad, which led me to Jill!) She has an amazing eye for detail, gives good direction and has such great ideas for poses/artsy shots! She also provided a photo booth at a really affordable cost. I highly recommend Jill! She makes herself very available through email or phone even though she's a mom with a busy life. I appreciated all of her timely responses to my many emails leading up to my wedding. She calmed all my worries and answered any question I had for her, guiding me through the process (I planned my own wedding having never been in a wedding before, so I was treading through unknown waters, she helped me so much!) Her and her husband were both there for me the whole day taking pictures and managing the photo booth! They came to the hotel room where I was getting ready and did getting ready photos, went to the venue early to take shots of the venue, had great ideas for posed pictures and took any suggestions we had for pose ideas. You won't regret hiring her! Her turn around time for getting the pictures back to me was ridiculously amazing, really. I've got friends who've had to wait 1-2 months for wedding pictures to be given to them, Jill had them for me in under three weeks. She's really amazing, hire her!!! read more

Wow, I just had a photo shoot with Jill. She is Awesome!! As a guy, I'm not good with knowing exactly how to stand/pose/smile for photos, but Jill made it SO easy for me. She was fun/funny/friendly/professional and Very comfortable to work with. She always knew exactly what to say to get me to smile/laugh and get into some real fun poses. Jill is absolutely amazing. I booked Jill about 8 months before my wedding. She is extremely organized and easy to communicate with. We discussed that I would not be hiring a wedding planner, so when we sat down to go over the plan for photography, she helped me with so much more. She recommended other vendors she has worked with, brought up day of logistics I had not thought of, and overall helped plan the day. Fast forward to day of. While other vendors stressed me out by running late because of "traffic", Jill and her husband/second shooter were there at 10am (nothing was scheduled until 2pm). This completely eased my mind. She has done so many weddings, so she knows all the shots that are important to get (no need for brides to direct her or worry about missing pictures with family members). Just listen and do what she says and the photos will be beautiful and your day will be stress free! As the night progressed, she continued to take photos as well as essentially running the wedding! She instructed us how to fill out the marriage paperwork, suggested the order of speeches (I had no idea), and made other suggestions about timing of announcements that my DJ wasn't exactly on top of. She was there for every big moment snapping away. Jill went completely above and beyond to make my wedding day perfect, and for that I will be forever grateful.
