I took my truck into Jim Glover Chevrolet because I had a window that was stuck in the down position. I dropped my truck off in the late afternoon and by early the next morning they had already diagnosed the problem that a window regulator had went bad. I gave them the ok to fix the problem and by early afternoon they had already fixed the problem and called me to come pick up my truck. The window works great now! As usual, they did excellent, professional service work for a reasonable price. The staff is always very friendly and eager to help you. Jim Glover Chevrolet has the best automobile service department in the entire Tulsa area. I would never take my truck anywhere else to be worked on. read more

Meet salesman for appointment waited for 15 -20 minutes to find keys for test drive salesman told us Jeep had been sent to auction. We walked out very disappointed. They sold us a 2020 Chevy silverado and 2 years in the truck malfunctions the brakes go out we almost wreck it won't go over 45mph all the lights are on the dash so we take it in they work on it they then call us saying it's ready we ask how much it will be they say nothing there is no cost so we get there and they tell us it's $200+ tax we ask the manager to listen to the recorded call from the service department he admits they say no cost but still doesn't honer their word. That is bad new to not honor what you tell your customers he didn't try to fix it in anyway just said he messed up but you have to pay that's all there was to it. This has been THE WORST car buying experience I've ever had. Walking into a car dealership alone as a woman is extremely intimidating already, I thought this place had a good reputation and that's why I chose it, but I'm starting to find out from other people that I was absolutely incorrect. The first vehicle I purchased was a 2021 Nissan Kicks and my dealer was Rocky. A couple days after driving it home the transmission started slipping in low gears. I brought the car back and looked at a few other cars. One of the Kia's I looked at smelled like straight dog piss and was filthy. I couldn't believe they had that car out on the lot and let me look at it. I settled on a 2020 Ford Ecosport. There was a recall listed on the carfax and I was told by Jordan (Rocky was sick that day) that the carfax just hadn't been updated yet. 2 days of driving the Ford and the engine light started flashing driving down the highway. I was told to bring it back and that they'd get me into a loaner. My loaner was a 2023 GMC Acadia. After a month and a half of no contact, Christian called me wanting me to bring the Acadia back because someone wanted to buy it and that they'd get me into another loaner. I should also mention that the Saturday before bringing the car back on Monday, the engine light on the Acadia came on. Christian also informed me that Rocky no longer works there and that he has no idea the status of my Ford. When I get to the dealership to swap loaners I was then informed that my Ford was ready... Nobody could tell me how long it had been ready. I also asked for an itemized list of what was done to the vehicle which could not be provided I was told due to the service center being closed. I was told to contact them the next day. The next day I got a text stating "They did it in our used vehicle inspection area and do not have any paperwork for it." To which I replied "I don't understand, anytime you take a vehicle anywhere to be serviced, they tell you what they did to your car. How do they not have record of the work that was done? Does that mean that it sat there for a month and a half and had nothing done?" And Jason Coe's text back was "Could have been I am not in charge of that department but that's also why we put you in a loaner." So basically F you, we already got your money. The Jim Glover "family" is a crock and the 16 point inspection that Kristen Glover claims they do on every vehicle is false. I should also mention that every step of the way I have been emailing Mazen the gm not only for his help but also so that someone else is informed about what has been going on. My wife, daughter, and I drove from Ozark, Missouri yesterday to purchase and trade in a vehicle for my daughter at another dealership in Tulsa. I spoke with salesman in the morning and asked him to inspect a vehicle for any damage since I lived 3 hours away. I told him we don't want any bad surprises when arriving. He communicated quickly that there were no signs of damage and that the car was in great condition. The car was a 2024 service loaner that was now being sold and had 6600 miles on it. We came to terms on a price with the sales manager and made the trip to buy the car. When we arrived after the 3 hour drive we found that the car had about a 6' long scratch down one side. The salesman said don't worry, I'll get it buffed right out before you go. We trusted him on this and went inside and began paperwork. We found that the numbers discussed were not what was on the paperwork. After a couple of trips back to the sales manager and me proving with a text message what was agreed to they finally got it right. We waited a bit longer to go back to finance to sign papers. The salesman came to us and told us the scratch won't buff out. They were not willing to even entertain a resolution despite us making the long trip on the salesman's word that there was not damage. We left very disappointed and frustrated at the waste of a day, waste of a credit check, and a long trip that could have easily been prevented. This experience was what everyone hates about car dealerships. On our way out of town we decided to swing by Jim Glover as we saw a new Trax listed online that seemed like it might work in my daughter's budget. We were kindly greeted by Jordan who informed us that the only Trax on the lot at this time was a green Activ that was right outside of the front entrance. We were not considering an Activ trim because the goal was to save my daughter money on her payments. We decided to go ahead and check it out anyways as my daughter loved the color. After a little negotiation with Jordan and Chris we came to terms on a deal that got my daughter into a nicer, brand new vehicle that she loves and she is still saving a little bit on her payment. Jordan and Chris were both so kind. They were awesome with my daughter and helped her feel comfortable understanding everything and without any pressure or rush despite it approaching closing time. We were also very impressed with Kevin in finance. He understood our situation and did not treat us any different after we declined the extra coverages, which is all too often the case. Scheduled an appointment online for oil change, bad tire pressure sensor that needs to be replaced, a passenger airbag light that's been on since the airbag recall was done, & gear shift lever that's hard to move from Park, 31 Jan 2024. Took the truck in at the appointed time & intended to wait a couple of hours. At drop off I was told they would need 24 hrs to run diagnostics to identify the issues, so I left with my truck & made an appointment for 2 Feb & arranged for a friend to pick me up. 5 Feb I called to check on the progress, was transferred to service department, but no answer. Tried again later that day, again no answer, so left a message. No return call. 6 February I called again, talked to a service representative & was told my truck was not in their system. Went to the service department & saw my truck sitting in the drop off area. Tracked down the service representative who told me they hadn't started on my truck until the previous evening, so no answers, but should know something that afternoon. Called back that afternoon &, after several unanswered calls to the service department, called again & asked to speak with a manager. No answer there either, so I left a message. Just before closing the manager called back to say the service representative would call with an update. Right at closing time I did get a call to inform me they still had no idea what the issues were with my truck, but we're continuing to do diagnostic testing. I was assured they would have an update by the following morning & would receive a call by noon. It's now 2:15 pm, 7 Feb & still no call to update me on the status of my truck. Now I'm concerned that they will charge me an exorbitant fee for all the diagnostic testing & man hours over these 60-some business hours it's been in their shop, with no results. Called Jom Glover Chevrolet Tulsa and spoke to one of their salespersons about a car on their website. He gave us a story about the car and where it came from that we later found untrue by pulling up the carfax. We asked him if he had seen the car and he said he was looking at it. He said it was on the lot there and to let him know when we were on the way and he would have it by the front door. We drove from out of town without calling to just look at the car with no pressure. Anyway we couldnt find it and talked to another salesperson there who went and checked with his sales manager and came back and said it was on their lot in Owasso Ok. A second sales manager came out and of course they were all apologetic over been mislead. The sales mgr said he would make it right and said come in and we will look over the numbers. We followed him in and as soon as we sat down he apologized again and said they sold the car. I told him there was no need to look at the numbers if they didnt have it. He started the switch and we told him we werent interested in a completely different brand and we left. The baited us on the lot and we drove a hour each way to get nothing but with lies about the cars history and lies about the car being on the lot. Barry in service is worthless. Tried to charge me 170.00 to clear a code. No work involved but typing my vin number. I was from out of town and he would get to it tomorrow. That didn't bother me. What did though was I waited to see him and when other people came in after he was talking to me. He didn't pay any attention to me and stopped and joked with them. After he told me the price I informed him I know how long it takes (30 seconds) and he said his people have to eat. He was going to charge me and hour rate. Horrible service! Brought same vehicle here to get serviced which was/is an absolutely terrible experience, very rarely can I get the service advisor on the phone, always away from his desk when I call, hardly returns calls when it does happen it takes all day. Have had to drive up there to speak with him in person about vehicle..surprisingly he has been at his desk every single time I've walked in. Had to call Allstate myself to ask about the claim through my extended warranty. Service advisors are the first and normally only point of contact for a service shop, if this is how advisors treat customers it's enough of a reason to take your vehicle elsewhere. 8/21 Brought truck in for oil change, 50K inspection, squeaky suspension, and exhaust leak on right side during cold starts 8/25 picked truck up once oil change, inspection, diagnostic was finished and truck had been sitting in parking lot for almost two days with no phone call. Cody told me it was upper control arms and exhaust manifold, had to order parts, I told him I needed the truck that weekend and would bring back on 8/29. He tried charging me a $199 diagnostic fee even though he knew I have an extended warranty and said he was late for a meeting and didn't have time to call Allstate and also that no other employee could call either (several employees sitting at their desk, one asked Cody if he needed help with anything) Cody eventually let me pay for oil change and didn't charge for diagnostic fee. Dropped truck back off on 8/29 8/30 claim authorization approved by Allstate for upper control arms, right side exhaust manifold No inspection was done or needed by Allstate No reason for any slowdown on repair once the claim was approved on 8/30 per Allstate 9/4-9/15 Tried calling Cody multiple times, showed up in person to speak with him. Was told an inspection had to be done then after he waited for approval to order parts. the parts were not in yet and he had no idea where they were, blamed it on new computer system 9/7 Cody entered truck into online customer portal and sent link for me to view. Shows truck was dropped off today. 9/9 day truck should be completed based on link Cody sent 9/15 Called Cody, was told tech broke exhaust manifold bolts have to get approval from Allstate to remove head and send to machine shop 9/19 Allstate called or emailed Cody to ask for invoice to send payment (called it a check in, hadn't heard anything from Cody) 9/22 called Cody, was told still waiting on approval from Allstate 9/25 called Cody at 9:45am, he returned my call at end of day. Was told he just got approval to pull head and send to machine shop, pulling Wednesday 9/27 will be at the shop all day. Good chance will be able to pull it on Tuesday 9/26. Cody called Allstate on 9/26 to add sublet for pulling head to send to machine shop ------ Duel Dash camera has showed very little work done on truck, pulled into service building two times over almost a months time for no longer than one day each time, has been sitting in parking lot for the rest. Asked if I could drive it till parts came in was told it wasn't an option, not having my truck for a month is very challenging, to find out this could have been much shorter is even worse. I have nothing nice to say about this dealership. We encountered everything from delays and excuses to down right lies about the car we bought. There is not enough room on this page to list all that we went through with this place so I'll try to sum it up. We bought a vehicle that OBVIOUSLY had not had any kind of inspection as they claimed it had. First the battery on the car was dead. Dead! Not able to be charged. We got the car home, drove it less than 25 miles and the check engine light came on. They figured out it was the catalytic converter went bad. The car was sent to Hyundai to get fixed. Then we had to hound them everyday for any kind of progress that was being made. Finally we over two weeks later we get the car back and the headlights (both) were completely pointing in the wrong direction so my daughter got caught in the dark driving with basically no lights. Then we go to register the car they hadn't given us all the paperwork so my daughter had to go back to the dealership to get that. I purchased a brand new 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer from this dealership on July 22, 2022. I called and spoke to a guy named Marty before I drove up there to see the car. He confirmed with me over the phone that the car was priced at $29,000. I went there and test drove the car, and he confirmed again that the car was $29,000 and then showed me to price sticker on the vehicle to confirm it as well. After being at the dealership for a couple of hours, Marty brought me a form to sing stating that it was the offer form, and that I needed to sign it, and then I would be able to go do the financing. I signed the paper as requested. After signing it, I noticed that the price of the car was no longer $29,000 as I was told, but was now priced at $35,000. I asked Marty about this, and he said that Jim Glover himself has them do that as a way to help reduce people coming from out of state to purchase the vehicles due to the global shortage of cars. I've talked to a few car salesmen that I know, and have been told that this is not a thing that is done, and that he was more than likely trying to get extra money since the vehicle I was trading in was priced higher then the car I was buying. I contacted the BBB to help, and this dealership responded saying that they could have sold it to a different dealership for that price due to the shortage of new vehicles. If that is the case, then the window sticker should have reflected that. It's very dishonest to change the price of a vehicle without telling the customer that you are planning to do so. Furthermore, I would never have purchased a vehicle that was $6,000 over the MSRP. Who wants to start a car payment being upside down by $6,000 over the asking price? I purchased my very first car at Jim Glover Chevrolet just 4 days after moving from California to the state of Oklahoma. I didn't have a previous car, just the rental that I moved with. I had planned to purchase a car with Carvana, and set a delivery date for July 21,2021. On July 20th, I received a call saying that the delivery would be delayed by one week. Not having a car to drive, i couldn't wait one week. I looked online for other Chevy Trax's in the area and found one I liked at Jim Glover. I called to make sure they had it-- they did. So i immediately went down to the dealership to look at it. It took a full 30 min for Shawn the manager to locate the car for me bc they had JUST got it in and it hadn't been cleaned yet. I test drove it, liked it, & decided to purchase. Before signing anything, I told Antonio that I NEEDED to have the car ASAP. I couldn't wait a week. He informed me that it would only take a day or two to clean, and then I could take it home. Two days passed, I called them and their reply was "well, it USUALLY takes only two days. But it'll probably be ready sometime next week". It was not ready. Antonio blatantly lied to me to get the sale. Fast forward past multiple phone calls and more excuses as to why my car wasn't ready-- I finally was able to take my car on august 4th after I was told it would be ready July 22. I was given a loaner car, but it's not the same.). Now, I'm trying to transfer the title to my name and the car still has a lien on it. I was not given a lien release form and unable to transfer the title until I receive it. On my way to the dealership to pick up the form, I got a ticket because MY PLATES WERE EXPIRED!!! The plates have the sale date listed.. NOT the date that i received the car & received all the paperwork needed to transfer the title. Moral of the story-- I wouldn't recommend buying from Jim Glover. Don't use Antonio as your salesperson. He knew literally nothing about the car I purchased every time I asked a question. He came up with excuse after excuse about why my car wasn't ready. This was the WORST experience I could have ever had for buying my first ever car. CASS the manager was AMAZING. Seriously the sweetest, most professional man at this place. He was such a pleasure to work with apart from every other person in the building. A LEARNING EXPERIENCE: Two salesmen went back and forth with me while talking trash about each other behind their backs because they're cousins. The one that is a grown man with Pokémon tattooed on his forearm told me I would receive two free oil changes and two free tanks of gas. I received the first tank of gas when I left that day. I returned yesterday and had the first oil change done but was denied the second tank of gas because I did not give the sales people a good review on the online customer service satisfaction form. So the second tank of gas is nothing more than a bribe for the sales people to act as unprofessional and immature as they truly are at their core. Beyond that, the website displayed the car I bought at a different price and I was told whatever I wanted to hear just to get me to drive in from Bartlesville. Friday May 21 I visited Jim Glover on the River in Tulsa and after an all afternoon ordeal signed the contract Let me say the salesmen are professional used car salesmen! I had to ask several times for my keys before the manager told them it was okay. I was thinking of leaving. Finally the finance guy finished the deal. I couldn.t drive the van home because they had to service and detail the van. Okay. Wednesday May 26 I called Jim Clover on the River at approximately 11:00 and was informed my van would be ready in 2 to 3 hours. We arrived approximately 1:00 and was informed my van wasn't ready. They had to get a tail-light bulb. We asked around 5:30 and the pro used car salesman informed us my van just entered detailing. My frazzled patience couldn't believe the pros at Jim Glover couldn't service a vehicle that was sold 5 days ago. I admittedly said I will clean my van. The manager said they contracted out the detailing so had no say to how they do the work. He said he would call and have them stop what they were doing. My van was delivered with the same plastic bag in the back. The manager suggested to my wife to return next week for detailing. She called Monday and the pro salesman suggested next week due to rainy weather. He said he would call. Jim Glover salesman didn't call. My wife called several times over the week without any return calls. Her last call she was informed the particular pro had a family issue and was out. Friday June 19 Fort Sill Credit Union finally called to verify contract. Monday my wife contacted Jim Glover to ask about resolving the problem of the thirty day tag expiring. During this conversation the detailing issue came up. The business manager promised to check into it, The pro used car salesman called, told my wife she was supposed to call. Then stated because you said you had to wait 5 hours you will have to wait when you bring the van in! This review is for the service department. I had a small insurance claim on my Isuzu box truck. Since Jim Glover Chevrolet is the only Isuzu dealer in Tulsa, I called and they said they could take care of everything. There was some minor damage (headlight, grill, and marker light) and the kingpins needed to be replaced. I would estimate about 1 1/2 - 2 days for labor plus the time it takes to get the estimate together and get the approval from the insurance company. I just received my truck today after 78 days. It sat there for an entire month before they even looked at it. It took another 3 weeks for them to get approval from the insurance company because they don't use technology and couldn't upload pictures. It was still another 4 weeks waiting on repairs after the insurance company approved it because they had to take it to another shop to fix it correctly because Jim Glover didn't know what they were doing and didn't fix it right. This is a truck that I use for my business and I was without it for 78 days. To top it all off, someone was able to get in the back of my truck and they stole 2 delivery carts I had stored back there. The back door was wide open when I went to pick it up and I guess Jim Glover never noticed. That is an additional $500 out of my pocket to replace them. If you need service, please use anyone except Jim Glover Chevrolet. The clearly do not care about their customers. read more

Was going to sell them my car but they said I would need to renew the tag which is completely false. I was honest with them through the whole process and they were trying to get me to pay for something neither of us would benefit from for no reason. Tag agency even called the state to verify that I didn't need to update the tag to sell it. If they are this dishonest before the sale I can't even imagine how much they would have tried to take me for if I brought them the car. read more

Drove 2 hours after talking to the salesman all day making sure it would be there he said it was and waiting for us since we had already gotten pre approved we got there and he didn't know where the car was so we wait hours and hours for him to finally track it down at someone's house who didn't bring it back so we asked them to knock off some for all the trouble and Blake the sales manager laughed in our faces and said "that isn't how this works that isn't happening" he was so rude the whole time wouldn't work with us at all only gave me $200 for my trade in and only gave me one set of keys which are cracked to my new 2016 suv and won't return my calls for the other set, love my vehicle but the staff is horrible won't be back and I've warned all friends and family stay away! read more

- [ ] We bought our 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Shortly after purchasing the Jeep the check engine light came on. They said it was the gas cap and it was cheaper to just replace the gas capon ourselves. We did but it didn't go off. So it was check engine light, gas cap and tire pressure all on. Took it in to Jim Glover Jeep in Owasso Kraig said it's usually an easy fix. They said they had a loaner for us. But when we got there they didn't so they had to drive us home. We got our Jeep back and shortly all the warning lights were back on. Took it back. They loaned us a Jeep. Kept our Jeep about 2 1/2 months. Because Kraig said some of his mechanics had Covid and he was short staffed. We believed him. Besides we had a Jeep loaner. Then they came and got the Jeep a few weeks later and gave us a work truck. We finally got it back. Drove it a short while...lights came back on. Check engine, tire pressure and gas cap. We took it back. In between all times they have had our Jeep my husband repeatedly spoke to Kraig. When Kraig started not answering calls he tried talking to TJ who also started dodging calls or just never returned our calls after leaving a message. So my husband went up there because this business isn't professional enough to return a call to a customer. Kraig was right there. My husband said were you ever going to call me back? So he asked to speak with Kraig and TJ together to try and get our Jeep fixed. Kraig went to get TJ. My husband noticed Jared Glover talking with someone. Kraig came back and said TJ was busy/unavailable. So my husband said let's talk to Jared. Spoke to Jared. We really expected to get our Jeep back fixed. Nope. They sent us a picture of it on the lift. But another month without our Jeep. Again yes we have another work truck. But we are paying to have a Jeep. Not a bare basic truck. And Kraig said he was waiting on a "special tool" (his words he even wrote this on our paperwork) to try and fix our Jeep. Told us they repeatedly drove the Jeep to make sure the warning lights were off. Went to pick it up Wednesday. Kraig said the lights never came back on for them. Started it...tire pressure light was on!! My husband went inside. Kraig asked what did you do to it. My husband said I started it. As I am sitting there in our Jeep the check engine light comes back on. Kraig said he now has another mechanic looking at it. The sad part is that this is the 3rd car my family has bought from Jim Glover Auto Family. We have really tried to be understanding. Worst dealership ever, My wife drove around for 3 months in one of their used cars without getting financed, she always had to call, they NEVER called her or kept in touch. She had to get 2 paper tags because they were taking so long to get her financed. Finally, after 3 months, they call her and tell her to bring the car back!
