After 30 min Bartlesville store tried to help me. I'm 68 and use a walker. Sapulpa store told me since it was a Bartlesville car they couldn't help me. Car was in limp mode so we limped 60 miles back home. Sapulpa store was not helpful at all. Very frustrating and ruined day.

I wish that was all that had been wrong with it but it also had damaged tires the starter was failing the turn signal was broken the reverse lights and tail lights were burned out and the sun roof motor was useless. I went in told them off these problems they looked at it. (barely) said they wouldn't do a thing about it but would find cheap replacements so I would be paying four or five hundred dollars more for something they were to lazy to have fixed and ready to legitimately be sold to the public.

At most dealers, if you don't haggle, you pay extra. The sales process went smoothly. Edward was new but knew what he was doing and managers helped him. They got the paperwork done quickly and brought our car out with a big green bow on it and we were off to lunch.
