I found one tire at 51 pounds and 3 others at different different pressures. While checking the tire pressure I noticed each and ever wheel had damage in the same spot. The machine that holds the tire down to remove and put the new tire on damaged each wheel on the same spot. I called and spoke to Barbara and she said she would relay the message to the boss who was supposedly sleeping. I called and spoke to her again and she said the boss wanted me to get an estimate for the repairs. I got two estimates and emailed the to him. I've called numerous times and asked Barbara if I could speak ho him. About the 6th time calling she said he did not want to speak to me. I have to add while I was waiting to get my tires on the car behind me a car was being jacked up to take his tire off. The employee was rushing so much that the car almost fell off the jack. I don't recommend anyone patronize this place. I would not recommend tire giants to even an enemy of mine. Pay retail because it will end up costing you more than you bargained for. I would have settled for just the money back for the tires that I purchased. The owner would not speak to me. They have been reported to the district attorneys office as well as a tv station. BUYER BE WARE. They are not reputable.

I dropped my car off at night and the had it fixed the next day. My car was shaking ferociously when i hit my brakes after a certain speed. They told me to leave my car in the lot(because i needed my car and by time i was done with errands they were closed), put my key in the drop box with a note of what i was experiencing. The next day at work they called me and told me what was wrong and asked if i was ok with the charges i said yes and my car was ready before i was even done with work. After work i went to get my car and OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so happy. but aside from that. their prices, bruh you are NOT gonna find prces better than this with NO appointment and that does work THIS fast. It just wont happen. everywhere else wants to make you wait weeks for an appointment then hold onto your car for days. Not Quality Tire. they understand people have lives to get back to and they get you back on track, they move with a sense of urgency and they could have DEFINITELY milked me on prices especially because its the holiday season and people want that money but nope, they kept it fair and as inexpensive as they possibly could. Im not taking my car anywhere else...it just doesnt make sense to. take my word. Quality work, sense of urgency, ridiculously friendly staff, higly professional, i mean you'd be a fool to go elsewhere honestly.

    Incompetent AND dishonest…read more I ordered a couple of tires for my wife's car and scheduled an appointment. Got an email/text a few days later saying my tires had come in and they were ready to install. I drove half an hour to get there at the scheduled time and was told I was next up, and the tire change wouldn't take long. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half when I received a text saying my car was ready, so I went up to the counter, where I was told by the same guy who told me it would be a "quick" appointment that the tires actually hadn't been delivered, and that my appointment would be delayed by several days. I asked if they could mount other tires of comparable price (I'd ordered them on special), and the guy told me that I'd have to go online and cancel my other appointment/order that I'd already paid for (I wouldn't be refunded for up to 10 business days), and pay again for the new tires and installation. I didn't want to waste any more time, so I asked to see what they had. There were some that were of similar specs but that cost about 10 bucks more a tire. It wasn't a huge difference in price, but I was pretty frustrated at this point and was already standing to lose close to 3 hours of my time pointlessly, so I asked him very clearly if they'd be willing to discount the price to what I paid for the original tires I ordered. His response "absolutely, no problem" Fast forward to 45 minutes later when they'd gotten them on, and the same guy rings them up not at the discounted price, but at the original, higher price. I point it out to them, and he lies right to my face and says I never asked for a discount and that he had shown me the price and I had approved it, which NEVER happened. What's even more mystifying is that this guy works at WALMART, not some shady mom and pop where such behavior might be more expected. There was absolutely no skin off this guy's back whether I used their services or not. In fact, it simply would have meant less work he had to do that day! I told him he was a liar and a crook, and that I wanted to speak to his manager. He pointed to the guy sitting at the terminal next to him and said "that's him." I turn and look the manager in the face, and he gets an embarrassed look on his face, then turns to the first guy and glares at him for putting him in that position, and just says "give him the discount." In the end, I got the tires at the price I wanted, but it was a MAJOR headache, and I completely lost confidence in this location due to the Keystone Kops way this it is apparently run, their disregard for the value of their customers' time, and the casual way in which their employee engaged in behavior that at the end of the day constitutes fraud. Never again will I even be tempted to use them, or likely any other Walmart Auto location. Way too untrustworthy.

I get up extremely early to be the 1st one to be seen. I arrived before 7am and when 7 rolled around you think the doors would be open no I had to call customer service and tell them that I'm waiting around at the auto center waiting for someone to open up. Finally someone open I was the 1st one in and I get to the front counter and there no employee there to service me after waiting close to 15-20 mins for someone to help me 8 finally got checked in handed over my keys to get my 2 front tires replaced. After waiting almost 4 hours my car was done and I left out there around 12. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy please pay the extra money and go elsewhere. I called up to the auto center recently to get info about my warranty and no one ever answers the phone. I got so upset that I was calling all day trying to speak to someone in the auto center department. I called back got the general customer service desk and I requested a supervisor to complain about no one answer in the auto department and they put me on hold so long I had to hang up. The staff at Walmart is very unprofessional and ghetto and lazy. I wonder if the owner know these type of people are representing the company. I rather shop at Target it more upscale and the staff are very professional polite and always there if you need help. Walmart needs to retrain there entire staff on better customer service and enhancing overall a better customer experience.

    For 2009 Acura tl Ordered Hankook tires and tpms sensor…read morereplacement for all 4 wheels. Spoke to a customer representative to confirm the order. Just before the scheduled appointment, Mavis called and said tire shipping delayed by 1 day. No big deal. Dropped car off next day at noon for service. I was told it would be 60-90 minutes. I did not get car back until 5pm. Took 5 hours. Service person called around 1:30 to tell me that battery in tpms sensor was bad in 3 tires. I told her I know and that's why I scheduled all 4 to be replaced. Got the car back and noticed 3 new rubber valve stems plus 1 metal(original one) that was not replaced. I requested all 4 to be replaced. Now I have 3 sensors/batteries that I know are good for several years and 1 with who knows how long the battery will last. I don't want to have to go back anytime soon to have the 4th sensor replaced. They only charged for the 3 sensors. But there was an additional charge on invoice for 4 rubber valve stems even though the sensors come with valve stems. HUGE MARKUP ON TPMS SENSORS They charged me.$130.00 for each TPMS sensor. The exact sensor i.e AUTEL MX can be bought at many retailers for $30.00 - $40.00 each. I went back to the store and they refunded me the money for the 4 additional rubber valve stems that I did not need or receive. Bad communication. Requested for all tpms sensors to be replaced and ony replaced 4. Bad service estimates . 5 hours instead of 1.5. Huge markup on tpms sensors $130.00 each vs $30.00 each at retail stores.
