I spoke to the manager who tried to help but there is no way he could fix the fact that I waited over 2 hours for a horrible cold pizza. I am sure it would have been great hot. We ordered a large order for our work lunch. They are 10 minutes away from us. After an hour the driver called and said they couldn't find it. We're easy to find a big building with huge green letters and we have the address and the name of the business. After an hour and a half called to see where our food was. The person that answered said they didn't know where their driver was, and they were going to call them. A little more than a half hour later we called them back because we didn't hear from them. I have to admit that we have become regulars of Jimano's (which is saying a lot because my boyfriend is an Illinois native pizza snob.) Our favorite night is Wednesday because it's 50% off (you read that right- FIFTY PERCENT OFF) any build-your-own pizza. This is not a dine-in place (not sure about other locations), but you can order it via phone or online for delivery or take-out. There is always plenty of parking in the chain mall parking lot and it's alway a very easy pick up experience. While our go-to is their signature thin crust, we also enjoy doing their "stuffed" (basically Chicago Deep Dish) pizza every once and awhile. If you're doing the stuffed, you really don't need more than the 10" because it is a super dense and heavy pizza pie! We usually keep it classic with the toppings but they do have fun options including roast beef and giardiniera. read more

My sauce cover was opened and spilled at the bottom of the box and they give you a great amount of sticks with very little sauce ‍ My total with tip was a little over $40 and just not worth the money. Wow... we have spent good money and enjoyed a lot of meals from here in last 8 years but last few times they have slipped up when ordering grilled chicken breast salad they started putting the cold chopped prepped chicken that they use for pizza and it is not how they use to serve it. Very disappointing so I asked the manager about this he said the cooks are not supposed to but try cutting corners, so he said when you order make sure to specify the chicken breast is whole not cut up.. ok so we did that the chicken breast came raw with pink juices flowing out of it and was so disappointing then called to tell them manager said they can give credit they were sorry. We ordered delivery and they got lost - which I'm seeing in other reviews.. might want to invest in a GPS Jimano's. Our delivery person called, was very nice, and it ended up not being a big deal. The pizza was delicious. My mom and I split a pie, my side had an ample portion of pepperoni and perfectly cooked green peppers. I was super impressed with the spiciness of the sauce (not too much for all you wimps out there) but just enough to balance the cheese, toppings, and crust. Speaking of crust, we ordered it thin- they also offer other varieties including deep dish. It was good, not too crackery thin or thick - soft but crisp, they pretty much nailed it. 2 medium pies + delivery was $40, that's pretty steep. Jimano's Pizza is far and away the Best Pizza money can buy in Pleasant Prairie, and Kenosha Wisconsin. At lunch they offer a slice of Pizza for roughly 5 dollars. Their slice of Pizza is bigger than most 12 inch Pizza's. I tried their Italian Beef topped Pizza. It was phenomenal! Try it with green peppers and hot Giardiniera (they also have mild). We've ordered from Jimano's 3 times, once for pizza, twice for sandwiches but both sandwich orders were incorrect: 1st time the driver forgot the salad that was included in the order, 2nd time they completely screwed up a Jimano's Beef, which "comes with" cheese, giardiniera & au jus, and the sandwich came plain with no au jus - other sandwich was an Italian beef which I chose to add cheese and red sauce, and paid for, and it came correct. All three times that we ordered, we chose delivery and supposedly through GrubHub through the Yelp site, so not sure if it's an issue with GrubHub, Yelp, or the kitchen staff, but clearly there is an issue. read more

We ordered a large supreme pizza and breadsticks for delivery while staying at a nearby motel. The woman who took our order on the phone was courteous and efficient. The delivery man came right to our motel room door, on time, and was polite and friendly. The pizza was excellent! We ordered pizza delivery to our hotel. The pizza arrived pretty fast. However, the pizza crust was horrible. All 4 of us did not like the crust. The best way to describe it was is like it was old pita bread. It was kind of hard and chewy. We were able to scrap the toppings off and those were good. Next year when we go back to Kenosha we will find a different pizza place. The managment saw my review and contacted me offering to let them fix this and give me a free pizza. Usually order from this Jimanos and it is usually pretty good. However, the last two times we have ordered has been a nightmare. The first time the pizza they delivered looks as if it was dropped! I called and I was obviously bothering them! That kinda irritated me so we didn't order for awhile. So just tonight I am sitting on the couch with my wife and I say "wanna give Jimanos another shot?" Needless to say we ordered a pizza and once again I was clearly bothering the girl who answered the phone and abruptly put me on hold and then the young man who answered phone to take my order made it clear I was a nuisance and not a valued guest by the way he was huffing puffing every time I would add on to my order. As native New Yorkers transplanted to Kenosha, it can be difficult for myself and my fiance to find pizza prepared in a manner that we are more accustomed to. I am not knocking deep dish, but for us, if you can't eat it with just your hands, it's just not pizza. Jimano's is really nice. They are happy to slice our pizza into triangles instead of squares, and the sauce has a fuller body than you would expect from a chain restaurant. I love that they deliver (yes, their drivers WILL get lost, but they always call you, you don't have to track them down), and that they offer so many toppings. The cheese is a very decent quality, none of the weird, mystery cheese that masquerades as mozzarella. Their bread sticks are probably the best thing on their menu. It's like your very own bread stick extravaganza! The portion is HUGE, and reheats well. It can be a bit pricey, but they always bring coupons on the box, and you can sign up to get texts for special flash sales. Also, they do daily specials, so that's a great way to save. They get 4 stars because their desserts are not the best. Teeny portions, always still frozen (had them 3 times), and a bit too costly for what they are. Do yourself a favor, if you are picking up your pizza, swing by Olive Garden for tiramisu, or drive down to Cold Stone for ice cream. On a side note, it is super impressive that a fellow reviewer got more than 2 people, let alone 10 into this place. It is definitely meant to be just carryout. read more
