Picked up our car today Thursday 9-8-22. we had Jimbo do a complete 5 year Graphene Ceramic detail for our Lexus Pearl color car, after first familiarizing ourselves with ceramic protection coatings, and Jimbo & his business. It will take some time yet to know how the protection coating performs. what we can say is the paint looks shiny and feels very smooth. the car looks great. It's unfortunate to have to provide this review based on never receiving a callback. I was told "I will check out the photos and get back to you in a bit" now it's been 2 days and not so much as a call or a text apologizing. I'm glad he's getting such good ratings, but when you forget to touch base with a customer, who by chance had three cars to do, that's a huge mistake. I certainly wish him well....but if you call him and you really if want his service I suggest you text him back or shop somewhere else. It's your call!!! read more

Never used Jimbo's before. I called another Seal Beach based service and they never showed. But this guy was right on time. In just a few hours he made my 10 year old Subaru Forester, see photos, look like new. Not only on the outside, but also did a good job with the interior. I thought the inside didn't need any work, but after he was done I realized I was wrong. Very satisfied. Price was not cheap. But I didn't want a cheap job. It looked like he had all the right equipment for each step in the process. I think I got my money's worth and would hire Jimbo again. read more

Since Jimbo washes our cars at work, I asked him to fix any issues with my car from the gasoline. I rinsed it off at home and he worked his schedule around to come the next day. I was really surprised how well he was able to condition my paint job and restore any issues it might have. He went above and beyond what I expected and was super stoked on how great my car looked. Jimbo came out and washed our 2005 Corolla and got it looking about as good as a 2005 Corolla can get - he spent about two hours on it and was extremely detailed and thorough. The interior especially looked brand new and he brought a color out of our gray fabric seats that I didn't think was possible. He's also a very nice and laid back guy that was easy to deal with. I have had Jimbo detail two cars now over the years that I've been preparing to sell. My first regret was not having him detail them before I was planning to sell, because holy sh*t, he makes them look better than I thought was possible. I was almost sad that I couldn't drive them a little longer. His work is first class. His prices are fair. He takes his time to get all those annoying little things you'd think would be there forever. I paid $175 for my SUV. And if for some reason you think you can find a lower price...it isn't worth it.
