I have proof of everything. Please shut these jokers down. The old address for the MD on his medical license was linked to a warehouse in Dallas. Shady operation. Avoid at all cost!! Please see pictures below- the doctor on file overseeing clinic is NOT a Psychiatrists and does not even operate his home office in Texas. He is a family practice doctor. See pictures below for his license. He over see's 5-7 NP's per state accross multiple states. I was told by Aura they had a Psychiatrists on file over seeing care. They lied. The state of Texas allows brand new PMHNP fresh out of school to practice without oversite from actual Psychiatrists. They don't even allow DOCTORS to practice that way. I filed a complaint with medical board and had care terminated next day rather then them transferring care to someone more qualified. I was in the middle of a crisis with immune system attacking itself as a result of a drug the NP refused to adjust. I was given a medication that I had a horrible immune reaction to- and because of the inexperience of the NP and lack of quality oversight a severe reaction was missed that sent me to hospital 5x in a period of two months. Prior to the incident the NP insisted I stay on meds for 2 months even though I was struggling to tolerate drug and had requested more time to adjust and lower doses. After my immune system crashed I ran from Doctor to Doctor (roughly 15 in total) trying to understand why I was so sick. Not only did the NP not believe I was Ill they essentially blamed me and made snarky comments about me not actually being sick. I am in the process of getting let go from job because they did not facilitate a transfer to another physician to facilitate leave prior to terminating care. They delayed releases of medical records several times, insisted I take medication under duress of ending care if I didn't listen, and required I go for drug testing (which I passed) in the middle of running from doctor to doctor getting ill. I have 100's of messages telling them I was getting ill and going to ER- none of which is in my records. I've never felt so gas lit. The NP deserves to lose her job. New or not she should have caught reaction. I came to her so many times telling her how sick I was and she never told me my drug could cause this. She just sat there and watched me get ill then tried to cover it up. I wouldn't trust them. I am in process of taking legal action.

He treats you like an adult who is responsible for their own body and doesn't talk down to you. I highly recommend him to all of my family and friends. Every year, I make sure he in my insurance network so I don't lose him as a doctor. That is how much I love this doctor. Yes, his office staff leaves something to be desired. But I can overlook dealing with them when I have a rock star of a doctor!

Some of the offices overlook the Quarry golf course, which is scenic. There's also an emergency room right next door if things go south in a hurry at your medical exam. I just wish they'd get some magazines for the waiting room. What kind of doctor's office doesn't have anything to read in the waiting rooms? Bring your own if you want something to read.
