J Choo Beauty, shine, and sparkle are what attracted my attention as one passes. The lights from the store caught the corner of my eye and some magnetic force pulled me over. As I walk pass the store and through the glass doors the sales clerk waves to me. She flashes me a smile that conveys; come in and please look around. It is a warm welcome as one shops, after tuning out the world a small handbag that has golden latches pulls me. All my attention falls to the handbag now. As the outside world falls away from my perception, the excitement inside starts to build. How can we get so excited over a new handbag? Do I really need another handbag? I'm already in the store for whatever sort of magical timing, indeed a new bag is in my future. The staff here let the customer experience and explore. Sure they want a sale, but as a customer when I'm rushed and followed it makes me nervous. I can browse and look over yonder and back again, their is no pressure from the staff. Since it is a high end boutique one can feel the eyes in a way to ensure my maximum happiness level to high. The quality of a Choo bag is on the level with a Louis Vuitton or Dior but the sheer stunning beauty of their handbags is beyond that high end arm candy. In fact it's "true arm candy." The newest bag that I bought was a shimmering clutch with an outside flower on the corner of the bag that screams see me. Usually the high end bags get only used for special occasions; nowadays one has to invent these new outings since the night life here and every where is non existent. When the club scenes and shows come back I'll have the right bag for the nights events. Due to COVID, better to be safe than sorry. "Give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world." The right pair of heels make an individual feel special and sexy. As I walk in my Choo's, my confidence can be felt in every stride that I take. A girl can never have so many pairs of heels. The quality of the heels for a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes is superior. Even after wearing my heels so many times they still feel just like the day I brought them home. The satin pink color of my heels is very feminine and demur making my silhouette stunning from head to toe. In the post COVID world of Vegas, this shop is open with shorter hours for shopping. If needed please call and ask for a special day and time to have a private shopping day where the staff can attend to all your needs . The individuals that are employed here are truly genuine and will make sure that you are truly happy with whatever need you seek; either shoe or some nice arm candy. Tru style is in the eye of the beholder. One must hold their head high; and with the right pair of stilettos the world can be yours. The right attitude begins with the perfect shoes. Many wonder how us ladies can wear heels for hour after hour and still go. Don't those stilettos hurt? My Choo's never hurt, indeed they make me smile and want to go discover some happy where ever. The manager here is so unprofessional, totally lied to my face about their policy. I got a pair of pumps as a gift and after just three times a wearing it (literally 3 times only) I got an indent at the toes. These were very expensive shoes and it shouldn't have happened after such little wear so I knew they were a defect because my other Jimmy Choo shoes never had a problem. When I told him he said it's the way I walk... which is so rude. Then he looked up my item and said "because it was purchased at an outlet he could not repair them because the outlet shoes are specifically made styles for the outlet only". Given that I used to work in retail, so i thought that sounded pretty odd but he kept arguing that. I eventually walked away believing it. His evergy was bad so I also wanted to leave because he made me feel uncomfortable. WELL... I went to another Jimmy Choo that same week a "regular" Jimmy Choo store (not outlet) got it fully repaired it and with smile too! I did not get priority in a turn around time but that was no problem. They didn't charge me for it and that store manager that accepted the repair said the following statement that what I was told about "outlet shoes' was absolutely false. I was so upset that I believed that guy at the Venetian location but grateful that the other store took care of it. Anyway, stay away from this location at the Ventetion!!! The sales staff are professional and full of Grace but thier manager is horrid and stands as a terrible reflection for this high end brand. The store next door had a sales person who sells suits and he said he had a bad experience with him too... No lie. Such a shame for Jimmy Choose brand standards. SMH read more

I'm hoping this is the store in the Venetian. Salesguy was really nice. Went to the back to find me a shoe that he thought I might like. Not really my style, but I appreciate the effort. Here's the problem. Me: "Do you have any bridal-ish shoes?" Him: "No, actually, we're not expecting too many new styles. Jimmy Choo is sort of phasing out that line throughout. They're not selling that well." Me: (thinking, hmm. ok.) Literally 2 hours later, I receive an email from Jimmy Choo headquarters, ALERTING ME TO THEIR LATEST LINE OF BRIDAL SHOES. omfg. Ok....so this is probably not the nicest store to display beautiful shoes but everytime I come here just to browse, the salesfolk have always been really nice and helpful. So the other day, I decided to make the investment and purchase a pair of khaki patent leather open toed heels. A perfect pair to go with almost everything and it was even more perfect that they had my size (fyi sizes tend to run small so get a 1/2 size up) and it was 50% off! woohoo!
