They live up to their saying...sandwiches are delivered 'freaky fast' No matter if you go often or not become a member (for free) because you get earn each time you buy a sandwhich towards a free sandwich. I really enjoyed the vegetarian sandwich option. I love to customize it. They have a box lunch deal that includes drinks and a chips. The chocolate chip cookies are super delicious. It was unexpected. I had to run back and get three more for my kids. They do tend to have a lunch time rush, so be aware to get there early if you are in a rush. They do have indoor seating, although it was not socially distanced. If you are cognizant about social space, I would just be aware. read more

The past couple times coming here were really off the mark.. I waited in line with two cars ahead of me for 15 minutes. Not freaky fast. I decided to order the new little John. Thankfully I got two because they are so little! Like almost no food. The picture of them in my hand make them look bigger than they actually are. 3 bites and you're done. For the price you pay, it really seemed like a scam. They were put together terribly too. The second time that was bad I got the usual Italian night club sandwich. I love this one but this time the bread was soaked through and did not taste good. Very sloppy sandwich. I'd say I get a good sandwich consistently about 70% of the time. It's sucks when you get that 30%. I will continue coming here but I've just been a little disappointed in my recent trips. read more

I like Jimmy Johns. I always get the same thing, Italian Nightclub. This location is maybe not as fast as some of the other locations I go to. The tomatoes were pretty hard as well. But the people were friendly and the sandwich was good after I de-tomatoed it. It is nice that they found a way to do a drive through in this location as it is in a strip mall. This location is the closest to me so I will be back. read more

Love Jimmy John's! I'm trying out a little lower carb, so I had the unwich, which is wrapped in lettuce. It was tasty, filling, and I bought a couple loaves of bread to go for the kids to make sandwiches later on. The unwich is better than the "protein style" burger in my opinion. read more

I suggest not going to any of the Jimmy John's all of them are stuffy and their employees and managers are so rude and unprofessional they're always arguing and yelling at each other over everything it's pathetic. I didn't believe their cute slogan "freaky fast delivery" until my last visit. They successfully delivered me my sandwich before delivering my soda. I was in the drive-thru and typically you're given your drink order first, you know, to hold you over while you wait for your actual food. Well when I pulled up to the window my sandwich was already ready - and there was absolutely no one else in line! I was amazed and pleased. Jimmy Johns... Just saying the name makes my mouth water! My premier experience with a Jimmy Johns was in Midland, Michigan and since I have made it a point to stop in whenever I find one. They're mostly found in the Midwest and usually around colleges and universities... Which makes sense when you go in as the decor is focused on that demographic. Neon, trendy posters, signs saying such things as "Free Smells" and "Bread so French it must be liberated!" Having just transferred to SoCal from NYC I have wished long and hard for Jimmy Johns to always be less than a plane flight away. Why they aren't in the 2 largest markets in the US (NYC and SoCal) is beyond me! As it stands currently the closest shop to me is in Las Vegas, which is still a pretty fair drive but doable... *grin* Nonetheless, imagine my joy when I found out they were expanding to Utah and even better, would be less than 5 miles from where I grew up! Now I have no excuse not to visit my parents!! Their French bread rolls are quite possibly the softest, tastiest bread you'll ever find, at a chain or otherwise. They make Subway's look and taste like cardboard. The meat is freshly sliced and veggies are perfect and you can't beat the price. I suggest the Billy Club; medium rare roast beef, cheese and all the "freebies". Their chips are house-brand, make sure to give the Jalapeno flavored ones a go but my favorite is the Salt and Vinegar but the BBQ are a very close second!! What I really get a kick of is how fast your order is prepared. You barely have time to tuck your change into your pocket before they call your name! Another clever thing they offer is free delivery. I've never given it a try, but can imagine that it's a nice alternative to Pizza when you're sitting at home or in the dorm 'altered' and shouldn't be on the road yet the munchie god's are demanding satisfaction. This is the speediest place to get a sandwich I've ever been. If you're in a hurry or not a little time definitely get a sandwich. The quality is in between Subway and Quiznos. I'm wife loves to get the turkey Tom, and I love to get the bootlegger. The slims are pretty good for kids. My five-year-old can you only eat about a half of one. I think the length of the sandwiches the same length as a adult small. If you needed a sidekick your sandwich get a pickle. I tried the cookies a couple times but never been impressed. Honestly, their food was always pretty good when we went there. We use to go here 2 or 3 times a week. Here's the story as to why we give it only 1 star... We live a bit south right off 1200 N exit Lehi... About a mile or 2 up the road from Jimmy Johns. We decided to order delivery from these guys. Our house is ON main street as well, so its pretty simple to find. We got about 4 or 5 calls from the driver, who was lost and was having a really hard time finding it. So we gave him the directions multiple times, which wasn't anything bad. It happens from time to time, so no big deal. After we got our food about an hour and half later (Long wait, but I didn't mind much) the Manager of the store called screaming that we will never be able to order delivery from them again, and they are taking us off their delivery route. We were to far away, and never should have been on the delivery route, and we wasted the drivers time. He was literally screaming at me over the phone. We were nothing but pleasant, even after waiting over an hour for the food. I understand if a driver gets lost, or cant find the house. First of all though, why was that the customers fault? We are ON State ST, its really not difficult to find. Second, why are you calling me and yelling at us about it? Well, long story short, we have never ordered from these guys again, nor have we tried ordering their delivery. Not to mention every friend that asks me about this place, this is the story I reply with. I will never order food from this place ever again. Surprisingly, this is my first time every eating at a JJs. Was out running errands, and stopped in for a sandwich. The prices were pretty good, and the service was great. The staff was eager to answer questions and take my order. It looked like they were putting together a larger order, and they apologized for the delay... Was inly a few minutes. The food was good, service was too, though i would not say it was over top amazing as some say. I do online deliveries to my work from this location. We get 30 minutes and because they are "freaky" fast. If I order it a little before my lunch break it gets there just in time. Out of all of the tons and tons of orders my store has placed there they forgot 1 item, 1 time. Happened not to be a huge thing. It was a cookie. At the time it seemed like a huge thing, being of the female persuasion and needing a sugar fix. I contacted Jimmy John's. They went waaay above and beyond to make things right, along with the manager personally calling me, and dropping off forgotten cookie, with some additional cookies. When they advertise their speed, I expected this to be a little bit of an exaggeration. 90% of the time, they have my food ready before I am even done paying. It still surprises me every time. The food is excellent and fresh. No other Jimmy Johns in the area compares to this one, and I highly recommend it if you are in the area. read more
