Not really an update, because I'll probably never order their tea again. I'm just hoping this makes it to the Franchisee - what's up for asking for tips in the drive thru? The first 4-5 times, I was kind and gave the in store employees 20%. After that, I decline everytime (I get JJ for luck once a week). The midday employee running the drive thru has never smiled, said you're welcome, etc. - he's not rude, but not kind either. I will not be returning to this Jimmy John's. More than once, I was charged to cheese and it was placed on my sandwich without asking- I am allergic to cheese. When I shared this with the cashier on the window at 12:30 today she stated she couldn't hear my order, but made the correct sandwich and chip order. She also declined confirming when I reached the window. When remaking my sandwich, she did not wash hands when moving from the register and only put on gloves. I was under the impression there was new management at this location. But they continue to gave poor service and attempt to upsell with each order. read more

Arrived around 10:41 to the drive through and nobody responded - waited a couple minutes, sometimes it requires it, but eventually went inside instead. Clearly not fully opened which is fine, but then order a sandwich and it took 15 minutes before I asked how long it would be and they tell me the oven hadn't preheated yet (I ordered a hot sandwich for the first time ever because it was advertised) and they end up putting it in early so I can leave. Came for the "freaky fast" I've come to know as I have a tight schedule, but wasted time I could've been eating sitting waiting for something that seems like should've been done while opening before 10:30 open time. Situated in the shopping center that is anchored by LA Fitness sitting across from Lowe's is this location of Jimmy John's. While I have never gotten delivery from this spot, they were freaky fast with my order once I placed it! I opted to swing in instead of hitting the drive thru. I was greeted by the counter staff and quickly got to my order which is the Club Lulu with a side of Jimmy Chips and a Sweet Tea. The sandwich was exactly as I expected with soft bread, cold turkey, bacon, the perfect amount of mayo and topped with a little shredded lettuce...I nixed the tomato from the sub. The location was clean and well taken care of. Really no complaints with this location of JJ. If in the area again and get the craving for a sub, JJ will be in the running! read more

So I had the viral pickle sandwich and It wasn't at all what the hype was about. The pickle wasn't carved out in the middle so the meat kept sliding out. While 2 employees were making sandwiches, one employee was just scrolling their phone while me and multiple people who ordered after me were waiting. Can I just say delicious. Went through the drive up and questioned the deliciousness of the tuna. The gentleman said he doesn't eat it but he makes it fresh every day and others love it. He suggested that I drive up to the window and taste it. It was delicious. We offered to drive back around to look at the menu, he said he could just give us one. Absolutely ridiculous!! I went to the drive thru and placed my order at 1257pm. Pulled around and sat in the window until 110 pm. The worker at the window completely seem to be ignoring that she has now created a long line wrapped around the building. She never actually gave me my order and I had to pull off as this was supposed to be Jimmy John speedy service. This is now the third time did this is happened and they need to either get rid of this manager or hire more people. There was no reason for me to wait that long considering there was no one in front of me when I ordered but they were at least five cars behind me waiting just as long as I had to wait because they never came to the window for a drive-through service. read more

Such a disappointing customer service experience at this location. Came through the Drive Thru around 1:30pm and the Male that responded was extremely rude. Pulled up and all he said was Jimmy Johns in a rude tone. So I was not sure if I could order... I asked may I place my order... Then he Responded "Go Head" in an extremely rude tone. Came to this Jimmy John's on my way back home from work. I ordered their roast beef, ham, and cheese sandwich which I believe was the #8 on their menu. Everything started to go wrong after I got my sandwich. First I ordered a giant sub to split with my dad and they don't even cut your sandwich for you. So I went up asking for then to cut it into fourths and then the worker ends up cutting herself (which is not the reason why I was upset, mistakes can happen). Then I believe her boss or manager(an Indian woman) comes up and begins cutting the sandwich for me and says next time we don't cut the sandwich into fourths only into halves with the rudest tone as if I have requested something utterly ridiculous. I was like wth this is a sandwich shop and I ordered a giant ass sub so if I want it cut into god damn fourths it shouldn't be a deal. Don't displace your anger out on me because your employee can't cut a sub with a knife. Next I get the food and the flavors are horrible. WAYY too much mayo and mustard where the sandwich takes sour and the taste is overly complicated. Most of the time with food, less is better to get a perfect balance of each different items in your food. Couldn't finish the sub and just threw it away. Jimmy Johns has decent bread and that's about it. This store in particular has horrible customer service and will not be returning. The ratings are justified and avoid this location as there are plenty. If for some reason you are stuck eating here, bring your own KITCHEN KNIFE to cut your sandwich because you wouldn't want to dare ask them to do it for you without feeling crappy. As for the employee who cut her finger, I genuinely hope you are okay. However that cut on your finger was in vain, because the sandwich tasted horrible. This is probably one of my least favorite sub shops. I wanted something warm but they don't sell ANY hot subs. I really did not know that. Who knew?? I ordered the Smoked Ham Club which is your basic ham and cheese sub with a smear of mayo, lettuce and tomato (I don't like tomatoes so I ordered it without this yucky delicacy). I came home and had to add extra mayo to my sub and some delicious mustard because otherwise it would have been very bland sub without it. It's been a while since I last visited this location. I had an unfavorable experience a few years ago, and gave up on it. I figured things may have improved since last time. I was wrong. Same attitudes, but with a twist. This location now charges it's customers EXTRA for the cheese that comes STANDARD on the sandwich. They tried to add an additional $3.00 charge for two sandwiches, the Bootlegger and the roast beef, that come with cheese as a part of the original menu recipe that is clearly advertised on the sign. When I inquired about the extra charges they said that's standard policy. That's the first time I had ever heard ANY sandwich shop do such a thing. It makes sense to pay for EXTRA cheese, but when cheese comes on the item standard that cost has already been accounted for in the base price of the sandwich. Then they told me that cheese only comes standard on the VEGGIE! LOL! That makes since because vegans and vegetarians love cheese on their subs! Anyway, don't get hustled by their dairy scam. I went over to Jersey Mike's right next door and the cheese came with the sandwich at no additional cost just like their menu said. Instead of Jimmy, go to Mike instead. read more

Instead of just waiting for me to complete saying my order they kept making my sandwiches ahead of time and then had to remake all 3. JJ's use to be my go-to, but with the limited toppings and focus trending to push you out the door, I've begun to go elsewhere.
