I normally don't do too many reviews on quick service chain places, but this place treated me well enough to warrant a review! I popped in here early on a Sunday morning, around 11:00 AM for a tasty #26 (Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak) before hitting the neighboring Walmart for some groceries. Upon entry, I was promptly greeted by two employees that were behind the counter. They were nice all the way through the process from entry to making my sandwich to check out and even wished me a "good day" as I walked out. In addition to the service, the sandwich was hot, fresh and tasty from the fresh baked bread to the hot meat and melty cheese. Lastly, the store itself was clean and well put together. I know it was early in the day, but it was still impressive! Overall, I am a big fan of Jersey Mike's and will certainly swing back through this location when I am cruising while hungry down the East West Connector! read more

What's the point in placing an order to pick up if I have to sit there and make sure the order is made correctly? It's literally printed out on a ticket for the staff to see what ever necessary add ons was needed for the specific sandwich. I understand it's fast food however they shouldn't be rushing so quickly that they miss certain things about the order. I only ever have this issue with THIS specific location. Please pay more attention this is ridiculous. read more

First let me start by saying I gave this location 2 stars because I REALLY LOVE Jersey Mike's.... This location has been open 8 days, I go in order my sandwich as I ALWAYS do at all Jersey Mike's. After the young lady makes my sandwich the guy name (John my receipt says Jeff but when I asked his name I was told John, I assume he's a manager or trainer), comes up and say "You could have just said Mikes way, with extra mayo because we are also trying to train our customers as well". And his tone was NOT pleasant at all. So I proceeded to tell John/Jeff, I don't want Mike's way". Now the ISSUE I have with John/Jeff is that I'm 40 years old YOU CAN'T train me on how to order my sandwich. I ALWAYS order my sandwich with heavy onions, heavy oil & vinegar, heavy oregano and add banana peppers... Sorry John/Jeff that's NOT MIKE's WAY! Needless to say there's a Jimmy John's in the plaza right next to this new Jersey Mike's and because of John/Jeff and his attitude I will not patronize this establishment again. John/Jeff attitude is not pleasant and AGAIN I CAN NOT be trained on how to make a sandwich that I pay for. read more

According to the hours of operation listed on the door, they are open 9am-9pm. however Quint and Andrea refused to make my sandwich because I entered the store at 8:51pm. According to Quint it would take my sandwich longer than 10 minutes to prepare which is past their hours of operation. I guess Quint grew tired of me and the other customer and myself waiting for our order to be taken that he felt the need to threaten us with calling the cops. The other guest who entered the store at the same time as me asked to speak with a manager and the two then called a "Ms Yvonne" who recommended that we be patient due to lack of staff. Our issue wasn't with wait time it was the fact that business hours read 9pm yet doors our locked prior to. Yvonne then ordered the two workers to take our orders however Andrea and Quint were not thrilled about that. They completely disregarded the other customer and myself, no apology yet they felt the need to make comments about us under their breath. If they would've taken our order when we arrived rather than go back and forth I'm sure they would've had us out the store no later than 9:05. This was by far my worst experience with Jersey Mikes and as a frequent customer I expected better service than this. read more

I went into Jersey Mikes last night at about 5pm. I asked the young lady behind the counter if the roast beef was rare. She replied No. then she surged her shoulders and said, " I don't know". I go to jersey mikes weekly but never been to this one before. One guy behind the counter working a double and he had people not showing up for work to help him. He was still the nicest guy and great attitude. The store was clean and he got me in and out quickly. Best location iv been to. Wish I would have gotten the man's name he needs a raise read more

First time actually visiting and having Jersey Mike's Subs but I have heard of them before on the radio and on TV, so I was familiar with them. I must say that the selection of edibles on the sandwich and the actual bread choices were pretty disappointing but it was not overwhelming at the same time. I placed an online order for two sandwiches. When I got home, I realized that they completely screwed up both sandwiches. Ingredients requested on one were placed on the other, and vice versa. My last experience was horrible.... I just contacted the owner via the store website so we will see how they handle my situation. The shorter version is I purchased a giant sub and told the young lady how I wanted it prepared ( TWICE ) once I got home my sandwich wasn't prepared the way I asked it was super dry almost no mayo and I asked twice e for extra!!!!... immediately called the store to speak with the manager who wasn't there. I asked if I could leave my info and the manager call me back.... two days later I called the store and the manager Yvonne was out again. The guy said hold on I'll call her for you. He called me back and she Yvonne said" if mayo was the only issue with my sub she wasn't replacing it and I would have to deal with it"!!!! I found her response to my sandwich being made improperly very unprofessional and very rude. I am hoping once the owner gets my email they will try to fix it!!!! I guess we will see??? read more

These have been my favorite subs for many years & still are! However, the service is terrible at this location. Thankfully the staff is nice but the service is extremely slow, orders placed online are incorrect, staff doesn't seem to know operations, and the store seems to be understaffed. I was excited to see another sub alternative come to the area. They were fast. The workers need to put some parchment paper down on the counters before they put the subs directly onto the counters with residue from tomatoes, onions, etc from other subs on there or lightly wet from them using a wet towel and no barrier. well, if you prefer to get a free or cheap water with your meal, this is not the place to do so. Was told that I would have to pay full price for a fountain drink, even for ice water. I find that ridiculous, and suggest taking a massive deuce in their bathroom, while the water runs so nobody hears your explosive diarrhea, then flushing at least twice. IF you still want to eat at an establishment that finds it appropriate to charge 2 plus dollars for an icewater when you have already spent 10 plus on a subpar sandwich. read more

The super unprofessional manager that said his name was Harold , but his coworkers called him Jay was the worst manager I've ever seen at any establishment ever. His so called girlfriend.... Nikki, gave me a ripped off piece of Jersey Mike's sub paper offering me 2 free hot sandwiches. This was 3 weeks ago to the date. The ghetto manager asked me what the girl looked like and I described her , but because I didn't say anything about her dreadlocks I was making up my signed sub paper offer. The location says that they're open 10:30 to 9:00 pm 7 days a week. I went on a Sunday and Nikki the manager said that they close at 8:00 on Sunday. They were cleaning the grill so they didn't want to contaminate my food. Nikki wrote on a ripped piece of sub paper, 2 free hot sandwiches. I'm not a guy trying to be a bum and get free food, but honor your hours on the door and what you say. The establishment still has that they are open till 9:00 pm seven days a week. I'm a huge fan of Jersey Mike's and know a few owners, but this is the worst franchise I've ever been to!
