    Autumn soup is chef's kiss!

Just tried their smoothie again hoping it was just a fluke last time. Their smoothies are HORRIBLE! I just lost $7!!! The frozen hot chocolate is amazing when they prepare it correctly but it's a no on the smoothies. Eeeeyuck!

Seems to be clean, quiet, came in for breakfast sandwich and they noted stopping at 10 so I purchased a garden sandwich instead. It ok and filling because I was hungry. They seemed to not have a lot of bagel or pastry selections like they were closing or something and this was 11am.

Room temp Flat bread pizza made hours ago. Cheese was hard

Drive through tonight got home and 3 things of Mack and cheese were missing. Called and they told me to come back to pick it up. On the way out the door my daughter and I each grabbed a slice of the flat bread pizza to eat in the car...... seriously was made hours ago, MAYBE room temp(each didn't take more than one bite) When I got to the store she had to audacity to challenge me. She claimed that we got 1 of the 3 missing Mack and cheese. Questioned why I didn't bring back the pizza. Like I wasn't supposed to let the rest of the house hold eat while I went back? 34 min for the round trip drive and waiting for the rest of my order. And they feel like they fixed they fixed the situation with a free stale cookie.

The food is on par with other locations--it's good but a little pricey. I got a Turkey Avocado BLT, and though I asked for apples and got chips, I still was satisfied with my meal. However, the customer service is just awful. The cashier is rude, and the kitchen is slow even though they're not busy. This Panera feels nothing like the ones I remember growing up. But, hey, my $13 meal was good. So alright.

Still on Covid restrictions so they offer picking up, which they bring to your car or you can go through the drive-through. I placed my order online and went by to pick it up. If you choose rapid pick up, the site tells you that the order will be ready in 5-10 minutes. I will say that I sat there for a while before I thought to pull up my email. I thought they would keep an eye out since they ask you for your car description when you place the order. Checked the email and sure enough it gave the exact time. It also gives you a link to click once you get there so they know when to bring your food out. My order came out within a couple of minutes of me letting them know I was there. I ordered the chicken Baja bowl. They prepped it perfectly. The last couple of times I ordered this dish at a different location, they seem to always an ingredient off. I also got a Greek salad and iced coffee. For the ice coffee, I do wish there was a way to add cream and milk on the site. It was just a black iced coffee but maybe what I wanted was called something else. I don't mind, but wasn't what I wanted. Overall, great experience.

Thanks Panera for making my Friday morning!!! This location is at the neighbor of Lowes at the east west connector! I placed my order at the drive thru and it was a quick process. I needed a redemption from yesterday's disaster at another establishment(check my activity log). So I went for an Asiago cheese bagel and walnut spread cream cheese, I love that sweet and savory taste!! After scanning the menu, I saw they had my fav soup back summer corn chowder and HAD to get it!!! And you should try it too. HAPPY EATING!! Thanks again PANERA!

Food quality was great. The driveway moved quickly which was surprising because when I got to the line there were 6 cars ahead of me. Only had to wait about 8 minutes.

ZERO turkey on the turkey avocado BLT..

Ordering through their website was easy and the food arrived surprisingly fast, which immediately lowered my blood pressure. We ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl and the beef MeatBowl. Portions were generous, especially the protein. One came over steamed-fried rice, the other over noodles, and both were flavorful and satisfying without feeling heavy. Thanks to them I managed to practice yoga, eat a proper meal, and still show up to my client session as a functioning human being instead of a travel zombie. My friend and I both ordered the shrimp and grits and they were overly good. I've never had shrimp and grits with an Alfredo-style sauce, but now I get it... I don't want it any other way. They stayed attentive and that made the whole experience even better. My only gripe was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte. The flavor was there, but having actual cereal in the drink wasn't my favorite once it got soggy. The texture through the straw was a little off. I think a cinnamon sugar version would've been perfect instead. But honestly, that's minor. I would definitely go back again and again and again. Such a gem!

We decided to stop by for lunch and we were the only customers there. The restaurant seems to have taken on some Caribbean flair, with a photo area adorned with fake flowers, a bar that was barely stocked, a DJ area without a real dance floor and ViP area that if you have a mobile disability you probably won't be able to get to. The manager on duty was Cassandra and she was very nice and the music playing was very tropical. The ambiance was nice, then we were given the menus. The word Havana implies that it would have traditional Cuban foods, not sure if they consulted a Cuban or even competent Caribbean chef. Perhaps the drinks are good but I will the food left much to be desired. My husband ordered the nachos and the chips were store bought and extremely salty, combine with the canned cheese and the unseasoned meat it was not very good at all. In fact my husband took three bites and he couldn't eat anymore. It was beyond salty and inedible. My daughter ordered the empanadas. On the menu pictured it says empanadas, hence leading one to believe that it would be more than one. However, the empanadas meant one and somehow or another, you the customer are left to figure this out when one empanada arrives on a bed of Lettuce. She also ordered the steak tostones cups which were overpowered with the guacamole. My daughter loves guacamole but the ratio guacamole to steak was too much and the two half strips of steak were not enough to balance out the flavor. I had the hibachi, the steak arrived so badly burnt that it curled up and the charred pieces of steak were inedible. The vegetables surrounding the little bowl of burnt rice were ok so I happily ate that. My husband who never complains asked our very sweet waitress if she could get the manager. After he went through the issues with the food, she was extremely open to the issues and explained they are in the process of tweaking some things. I expressed I would happily pay for the veggies that I ate and the empanada that my daughter ate and the tostones as she ate two of the three sharing the second. The manager then took our full plates away. We were a little taken aback to get the bill of 50% off when we hadn't taken three full bites of the inedible food. I wish this business success however, maybe the chef is new as well. We will not be returning to eat, perhaps the drinks are good because the ambiance seems nice and the music was amazing.

Just like my previous review, I'm going to TRY to be brief just in case my review gets filtered…read more (When I create a business entry AND I'm the first to review, Yelp tends to filter my review.) Interior / Exterior They're located in Powder Springs on that street I call 'restaurant row' right before you get to downtown Powder Springs proper. They're in the space formerly occupied by Los Portales Mexican Restaurant, and more recently SAC Burger. The interior space open and clean, but very dark (appropriate for a lounge - lol). The parking lot is big, but it's a bit tight. Customer Service The server / bartender was SOOO friendly. I love that she welcomed me the moment I crossed the threshold and thanked me for coming in. She hit me with a big, beautiful smile during her welcome and she was pleasant and upbeat during our entire interaction. Note to all bar and lounge owners: Beautiful bartenders area easy to find. But beautiful bartenders who are pleasant and engaging (versus the ones who act irritated and snarky with guests) should be cherished. They can make or break your business. Lol. I also loved that she knew the menu and was able to answer all my questions and provide recommendations. I checked my receipt later and it says her name was Michaela. Price Value I thought the prices were fair. Everything is so expensive nowadays, but these guys had some burger combos for $12 and under. Food I decided to play it safe and ordered the chicken sandwich. They didn't have a grilled chicken option, so I went with the fried, non-spicy filet. It comes with fries. I deliberately didn't take a photo because they do that 'new' thing where they put the lettuce and tomato BELOW the protein, which traps the heat, so by the time I got home with my food, my lettuce and tomato looked pretty sad. Note to all kitchens - when you put hot meat on top of any produce, it pretty much cooks the produce. Produce is best just placed off to the side. And if it's a sandwich with hot melted cheese, put the top bun and the produce to the side. I did not want to do them a disservice by posting a photo like that (limp, droopy wilted lettuce and mushy hot tomatoes). The chicken filet on my sandwich was tasty. It was seasoned well, pounded thin and hand-breaded. I tried a few of my fries before I left and they were very greasy, as though they were dropped before the oil reached the correct temperature. The fries are not plain, they're slightly battered, so I wasn't to heart-broken because I don't really dig battered fries anyway. They have a pretty diverse menu. The website doesn't show the full menu. I didn't have my phone with me, so I wasn't able to snap a photo of the menu. Also - they don't have take-away menus. They use eco-friendly, sani-friendly QRC's instead. The server explained that it's a Cuban American fusion vibe. They have sandwiches, burgers (including a Salmon burger and the Impossible burger), but they also have wings, tostones, panins, nachos, tacos, hibachi bowls and pasta. They even have soup! I checked out their website and I will DEFINITELY go back to try the hibachi bowl and a margarita. I like the fact that they have options like garden burgers and sides like steamed broccoli. Other Right now, they're only open Thu - Sun from 11am to midnight. Kitchen closes at 11pm. And they're open until 2am on Fri and Sat. Kitchen closes at 1am. They are a no smoking facility. Yay. And they will have karaoke in upcoming months. Definitely think everyone should check them out.

There was one sign that said open and another that said closed. Now given, this was 6:30pm in prime dinner service time on a Saturday. I got back in my car preparing to leave and an employee came and unlocked the door. (?) So I came to this area to eat here and went in warily. I was the only customer but within 10 minutes a group of three also came in. I had the Basil "Egg Rolls" which came with a sweet and spicy sauce. They were so fresh and good but I was a little taken aback by the texture of the roll that was a rice noodle type wrap. It was very sticky, clear and a little hard to eat. As I said, the flavors were excellent and very fresh. For the main course I had the Yellow Curry with chicken (side of jasmine rice). Excellent curry. My waitress was fine, but far from enthusiastic. A person at the table next to me ordered something off the menu (sticky rice dish) and the cooking staff said they did not know how to make it (even though it was in the menu). They reached some type of compromise and were seemingly satisfied. The music was a slow jazz type that did help the atmosphere. It's a small restaurant in a strip mall next to a Wing Stop. The food I had was great and this is what matters most to me. They do have better customer service than the nearby "Thai Mango" but do not match the other local Thai food and service of "Imperial Palace". It has tons of restaurant competition right in the same parking lot. It would be a great choice for an affordable lunch (5 specials) but there are maybe better choices for dinner.
