The food was beyond amazing. My husband had the debris po'boy, and I had a half Cobb salad and a half debris po'boy. As someone from South Louisiana, I know good food, and the flavor of the roast beef was indescribable. I make a delicious roast beef myself, but it doesn't even compare! I was met by the new owner (just purchased it a week ago) and he explained that he only had a temp lunch menu. I asked if the club sandwich was on the temp menu and he indicated it wasn't but he had all the ingredients for it and would happily make it for me. While he was preparing we had a chat about the place and he said he wanted to experiment with the layout of the sandwich. It turned out great. Plenty of meat, right amount of cheese and toppings. The ONLY thing I'd change is the bread appears to be toasted on a buttered grill. I'm a little old school and would have preferred standard toasted bread, but that alone would not stop me from going again. Best of luck to the new owner and if you're in town, the extra 3 minute drive away from the main part of town is well worth it!

It's the most opportune time to get food from there. So it's delicious when you can get it.
