By far one of the worst JJ's I've seen in terms of cleanliness and employee engagement. I stopped by towards the end of the day and should have probably taken the overflowing garbage near the entrance as a sign to go somewhere else, but decided to go in anyway. Every employee was taking up space in the lobby enjoying various drinks (soda, coffee, etc..) which would be fine if the place didn't need any attention. The food prep area was not wiped down, wet floor signs were placed strategically near areas absent of any water whatsoever, and the restrooms appeared to be completely neglected altogether. Aside from a dirty toilet (all around), the clogged sink was so full of water that it was impossible to wash my hands and the lack of any napkins would have made that impractical either way. Once I placed my order, one of the employees proceeded to complain to the cashier about how much he hated making the specific items I ordered, so I am sitting here debating if I actually want to risk eating my food or just throw it away instead. Really, as fast as the commercials! I am a fan. I'm a little worried they put crack or something like it in my Guacamole spread but the sandwiches are fantastic and the service is through the roof! My only beef would be that if you don't say something they throw 1/2 a bag of lettuce on your sandwich and they are a little thin on the things like tomatoes and the better things but hey, that's not horrible. Was sending a "THANK YOU" lunch to the guys across the street at the mechanic shop and the new guy took my order. He got the whole order set up and took my card over the phone. I got a thank you note from the guys at the shop for sending lunch their way. I would say, mission accomplished. Absolutely pathetic. Walk in, I wait. 11am, no response, no hello, no nothing. After a couple minutes a guy walks up and says "what do you need?". I order, he doesn't say a word. I pay with cash. He counts out the change and lays it towards the back of the counter. Doesn't hand it to me, just walks off. I'm like "is this my change", he responds "ya". They make my slim sandwiches on the counter he's been slapping sandwiches on. Bun is wet, mayo on it, I wanted plain slim. Takes 5 minutes, the same cashier then hands my sandwiches to me. No thank you, no enjoy, nothing. I say "your welcome" and he laughs at me. There is no way I will ever be back. This is my third time in, same service, same poor customer care and communication. I order #13 - Gourmet Veggie w/hot peppers (xtra $.75) After swallowing 1st bite, something isn't right. Upon inspection (looked exactly like a #13) - notice it is 1 layer of provolone and 1 layer of TURKEY! YUK. FYI - If someone orders a VEGGIE sandwich, there is a 80% chance they DONT EAT MEAT!!! While my blood pressure rises (while turning around 2 blocks from store), my stomach begins to rumble....i feel like i may vomit.... FYI - If your stomach has not digested meat in 15 years, the accidental consumption of meat will feel like a kick in the gut....stomach churning..... I return, state the sandwich is incorrect and get a dumb look from the guy.I drive away (for a 2nd time) and open the sandwich to find NO HOT PEPPERS. ***NOTE**** I literally just had walked out 2 min ago...and the inattentive teen didn't remember to put hot peppers on it! By now, I'm pissed and I've lost my appetite and feel sick. I ask for my money back and politely explain to the 'manager' the situation. I also clue him in that this same JJs did the same thing this summer (they gave me a tuna club instead of veggie gourmet) #14 not #13...... double check your sandwhich before you leave!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Very SLOW delivery time!!! This is the 3rd time within the last two weeks and every delivery has been over 40min wait. "Freaky Fast" is completely false from this location! Even at off times this location has a horrible wait to get your order out. We live 1.2 miles away so to wait 45min is ridiculous! (We would drive but at -10°F it's too cold to leave) As I talked to the manager, she said there is nothing they could do about it. We're just disappointed in their poor service. read more

Dear Mr. John's, What the heck is going on over there? I work at the Target Building in Brooklyn Center and every time I order from your location, the order is wrong. For example: I hate tomatoes. My body hates tomatoes. If I eat tomatoes I will vomit violently and then have to go home. Every time I order from you, and I specifically say "No tomatoes", I get tomatoes. Are you trying to make me ill? (and I don't' mean it in the hip hop way) Do you hate me? What did I ever do to you? All I want is a delicious sandwich that won't make me sick. Can you do that for me? Also, I don't like to just cram the sandwich in my face, I am not that kind of girl. I always ask to have my sandwich cut in half so I can take my time to enjoy it, and guess what? It never happens. Placed an online order only to get a call 5 minutes later. The guy on the phone fed me some bs about his car not working so they can't deliver food. Okay, fine. I ask for a refund and they state it will take 5 business days. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Why are they taking online orders for delivery if they can't deliver the food? I ask to speak to a manager and he is less than apologetic and doesn't care. I then ask for another number to call and he states he doesn't have corporates number. Horrible service. I work at a local business near this Jimmy Johns and we order daily. I was just told my order will take 45 minutes and if I don't like it I can just cancel and not order from there anymore. No stars would be better than one. If you want your order to be wrong and delivered an hour and a half later, then this is your place! We are about 2 minutes away from this location and this is the second time our order has been wrong and took over an hour and a half to receive the entire order. Terrible. When you call for details on your order, they have no idea where the driver is or when he will arrive with your food. How is that even possible - everyone has a cell phone.
