I stopped in and ordered a Giant Gargantuan sub, a BLT sub, a spicy Italian sub, an Italian sub, and a pickle on my way home from work. Samuel rang up my order. I didn't check the receipt or open every sandwich to make sure they were made correctly. I just assumed the order would be correct, the gentleman taking the order asked if I wanted the Gargantuan cut in half, and I said yes. Sandwich was gut in half, but only had lettuce some mayo and the oregano sauce. No pickle! It wasn't on the receipt, but I didn't get a receipt when I paid, so I couldn't check it because it is placed in the bag with the sandwiches. Italian sub had one onion strip and a slice and a half of tomato, BLT was correct in regards to having all of the menu listed ingredients. The Giant Gargantuan is significantly smaller than it has been in the past, nothing Giant about it. The spicy Italian was all hot peppers and meat, a smidge of lettuce, and Mayo. For $51.02 I am disappointed. I did not feel like driving an hour round trip to return the sandwich and get a new one. According to Logan, as long as there is bread and the meat is present, the sandwich is made correctly. JJ's makes out, consumer gets to absorb the cost for their mistake and I am expected to be a return customer. No apology, just a bring it back and I get a replacement, and a policy quote. It is a losing proposition no matter what I choose, I waste money on a sandwich no one wants to eat because it's not what we ordered, I can waste time and gas driving to get a replacement, or I can just suck it up and eat a sandwich I don't want to eat. read more

None of their managers know anything can provide accurate information or solve a basic issue. it's been over a month and I can't get a refund on an order they canceled because of their own staffing issues. but the biggest issue is their GM Logan. This review is the the ladies... It use to be affordable. Aside from paying $2.05 for a medium soda plus a sandwich and cheese ($0.85) and chips ($1.40), I payed about $11 with tax. Ok. Now that is ridiculous. I could get chipotle for cheaper than that. I hadn't been to a JJ in a while and I was caught off guard. Probably not the employees fault since it's a chain. But then I use the ladies room. Clean, Normal bathroom. It doesn't lock properly. I quickly do my business cause I had to go bad. Wife and I have had a really good experience at this Jimmy Johns location a couple times over the last few weeks. The guys there were very polite. I am a really picky eater and they have got my order right both times perfectly. Last night actually I swung in there with a friend of mine and I tried there wheat bread Italian night club and it was freaking awesome. Buddy got a tuna sandwich and dug it as well. They lost a star do the them not having toasted subs. In case you didn't know, its all cold subs over there. Really good and filling food... I say give it a shot! read more

Definitely not fast service. My work is about 5 minutes from their restaurant and because of my workload, I thought, I can just order from them and have my food in minutes while working... 1 hour later I get my sandwich. To top it off, I asked for mustard packets and didn't get them. First visit post Covid and all was good until "Michael" came out to help make our sandwiches with no mask on . All other employees were wearing masks. When we asked Michael if he was required to wear a mask while preparing food he said that he had been in back cutting onions and couldn't wear his mask???? Never answered the question. In uncertain times like these were living in I would feel much more comfortable ordering from this location if I was certain that the people preparing my food were practicing safe guidelines recommended by the CDC. I haven't ordered delivery from this location, so I can't speak on that. However, the in-restaurant experience was wonderful. The two employees behind the counter were awesomely friendly, from walking in the door and throughout the entire experience. We dined in and they were friendly the whole time. Our subs were also made within literally two minutes. I highly recommend this spot! read more

This will be my last time visiting a Jimmy John's. I really liked their unwich because it was a great low carb- high protein option for people. Yet they nickel and dime you for everything! Can't put any sauce on the slims so they'll charge you a 1.25 more to make it another sandwich. Charged extra for sauce?? Ridiculous. I have never had a good experience with Jimmy John's. The orders are incorrect every time and the customer service is horrible. I am less than a mile away and have very sick children, so I can't pick up. I called 20 minutes before finally figuring out what 2 picky boys would eat. I was told they definitely deliver to me. I called back and the manager (Rude and condescending kid) told me I am a couple houses outside their delivery area. Less than a mile away. When they drew up the lines for delivery these houses weren't here. He pretty much laughed at the fact that I was just told they would deliver to me. The fact that they let this kid actually be a manager is ridiculous. I will never eat at a Jimmy John's now because of his bad attitude. This location has poor reviews and this shows why. If you don't know how to handle customers then find a new career. Those in charge will fine the restaurant $500 to deliver 1 house past their delivery line. That is ludacris. I didn't even realize this location was so close. We order out all the time. We are very social people and will be sure to tell everyone we know not to go here. Maybe upper management should worry about customer service and hiring adequate management, rather than fining their stores for delivering 1 house past the delivery line. They deliver miles down Gender Road, but can't make the call to think outside the box and please the customer. Now my sick boys are crying because they were excited for a sub. Hopefully you fire this Manager working at 7 PM on 06/15/18. I am sure there are other complaints about this guy. I would normally pick up; being so close. Any jimmy john that delivers you one 5 dollar sub with no delivery fee is a fucking champ. Who cares if it is not toasted. The entire concept is badass. So tip your driver! I didn't feel well and ordered online for my son and myself, delivery was extremely fast and the driver was pleasant. He forgot our drink (it happens to the best of us, as I forget stuff all the time). He apologized several times and said he'd bring it back. I then opened the back and my sons cookies was not in there, therefore I called the store. The employee that answered was the one that made up our bag, he apologized several times as well. The driver brought us our drink and cookie and a couple extra's for their mistake. I wasn't expecting anything extra and them just being sincere was more than enough. I have ordered from here before with no issues and didn't think to give a review until now. We all have our "off days" and things happen but the way the handled everything was amazing. Jimmy John's is a great franchise with great sandwiches and bread made fresh daily, except not the one in Canal Winchester. I have given them two chances and both times the bread is hard as a rock. Jimmy John's sells their day old bread, but it tastes like the Canal Winchester franchise uses the bread long past its prime. I also ask for no onions but the sandwich was loaded with them when I got it home. Maybe they are owned by the same company or person that owns the Pickerington Ohio location as they always have stale bread as well. Guess I will have to drive to the Grandview or the Reynoldsburg location to get a fresh sandwich. read more
