Visited this location for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I was extremely impressed. I walked in, was greeted by a very friendly cashier, and was asked if I had been to Jimmy John's before. I said that I hadn't, and the cashier concisely explained the menu. I asked him for a recommendation, and he gave me a few and explained them. I ordered, paid, and grabbed my cup for my drink, and by the time I walked over to the soda fountain my order was completed. The service was jaw-droppingly fast, and the sandwich tasted great, not sloppily made at all. The ingredients were fresher than Subway's, and the restaurant was nicer looking and cleaner than the average Subway as well. Would definitely recommend. read more

A bit disappointed... I hadn't had a sandwich here since I was 7. I go and it's a big disappointment, there was way too much mayo on the sub it was covered I couldn't taste the meat, cheese, or veggies. Very fast but not my favorite. I'm a vegetarian now so I couldn't eat anything here anymore. read more

Agree with bland sandwiches, even something like the loaded beach club wasn't anything to write home about. Delivery being "Freaky Fast" is a misleading remark, since their delivery range is only within a 2 mile radius of their store, took me 7 mins to drive there and they don't deliver to my house? That's just lazy, and they're missing a HUGE neighborhood of possible customers for their delivery. Terrible business model, staff is not managed well at this location. Over-priced for sure. If all you need is a sandwich, this is good enough. If you want a Great sandwich, there are other locations cheaper and tastier than Jimmy John's. read more

The food is mediocre and they do not deliver to two of the largest neighborhoods in town. I mean if I'm on the East side of Castle Rock and a pizza place in Castle Pines can deliver, why can't you? I'd much rather head to Firehouse Subs on the complete opposite side of town, better food and much better service. read more

I took my daughters to the Jimmy Johns on Allen Way in Castle Rock. I spent twenty four dollars there and was very disappointed. I ordered a #12 which was supposed to have sprouts and avocados (which is listed on the menu) I did not get any sprouts-they "didn't have any" and the avocados turned out to be an avocado spread uck!! My daughters ordered the tuna sandwich. When she picked the sandwich up, it was dripping with tuna liquid onto the table. I informed the employee there that the menu is deceiving. Listing items when they actually did not have those particular ingredients for the sandwiches. I will NEVER go back there again! read more

Ordering from this jimmy johns has always been a hassle. I am extremely frustrated by the way i was just treated by the "manager on duty". I asked for salt and pepper on the side of my order. i also asked for the pickle to be sliced in fours. I ordered our dinner online 1) there was no salt and pepper. when i called and tried to resolve this i was told they dont carry salt and pepper. So why didnt you call the number i gave to inform me of that? 2) i am staying in a hotel right now with no utensils and the pickle was hardly cut at all! 3) i got one napkin in my bag. for two huge sandwiches!!! so the attitude i got from the "manager" was "we don't carry salt and pepper. and its corporate policy we only give one napkin, per sandwich." And my response was "Well, i suppose i will be taking my business elsewhere because you're unwilling to resolve the issue here because i have had the same problems multiple times." MEANWHILE he was talking to someone else in the background!!! how rude!!! word from the wise... customer service goes a long way. I will be contacting corporate to also talk to someone who doesnt give me an attitude and listens to me like im important. read more

Although the food is typical of any Jimmy Johns, they always get something wrong. Like labeling the sandwichs, or cutting them in half, giving extra mayo, etc. Great drivers, and fast, but could use more attention to detail to the online orders I submit. read more

the bread is really good, i have been in there a few times. Such nice service and you can tell the produce is prepped every morning.

I used to come here all the time...but the last few times they have messed up our order and this time I had a lunch there and now I am sick as a dog. We have eaten JJ's #9 at least twice a month for over a year. Love the bread! I stopped in Saturday on my way home from the gun show to pick up two sandwiches and a beverage. The "music/noise crap" was so LOUD it took three tries for me and the cashier to get the order straight and verified. It's a good thing I was heading for home, because no way could I have eaten in. This place is simply awful. Terrible service and the sandwiches taste terrible. It is difficult to fully convey just how bad it is. We went there with our granddaughter who is a young toddler. Seating is mainly highboys.....bad for small toddler. There was one booth but the table was filthy. I asked for a cloth to clean it. No cloth and no human to clean it. We eventually found a low table by the door. These are not gourmet sandwiches. These are sandwiches made with cheap tasteless ingredients. Jail food. Worst Jimmy Johns ever. Here was my experience: As I was helping my grandma out of the car and heading to the door of the restaurant, an employee busts through the door nearly knocking us over, yelling and throwing trash at his friend in the parking lot. Then trying to go through the door again he pushes by us and goes back behind the counter. Inside all the young employees are monkeying around, blasting loud music and being totally disrespectful to me and other customers. I'm never coming back here and neither should you. read more

Sandwiches are awesome, cashier very nice, but guys at the end for pickup horrible customer service skills. They didn't even look up after standing there for 7 min waiting to tell them I was picking up a mobile order. I ended up going to the back of the order line, and another woman that was waiting next to me at the pickup area stood waiting like I did for many minutes with no eye contact from these guys. I never have been to a Jimmy Johns before. Decided to try it while I was on that side of town. Basically it is a bread sandwich, since that is all I could taste. Wanted extra mayo didn't get it and if I did get it would hate to see how much more dry the sandwich would have been with out it.
