Not only did it take 8-10 minutes to redeem a reward through the Jimmy John's app, but I was also limited to specific menu items even though that wasn't mentioned anywhere in the reward details. To make matters worse, the sandwich was made with thick, slimy, dark meat turkey that looked nothing like the turkey I've ever had from Jimmy John's before. I'm not sure what went wrong today, but between my improperly made sandwich being thrown at me, the rude employees, and having to go home and essentially remake the entire sandwich using only their bread, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. For $22 you can order the Beach Club sandwich (turkey, provolone cheese and avocado) with just 2 super thin slices of turkey (the important protein) and get the entire sandwich full of just bread and sliced lettuce. Check your order before you go. We were missing some items. The sandies were made okay. Not the best, but bread was fresh and so were the toppings. They didn't really add extra lettuce and tomato as requested and the other toppings were pretty scant. But it was just one person doing it all, it seemed. I've eaten here three times in the last two weeks after not eating it for maybe 2 or 3 years. I'm not a big sandwich person but I tried the Italian night club unwhich, and it has been delicious every time! They don't put too much vinaigrette for being wrapped in lettuce, the lettuce is fresh and crispy, they add plenty of meat, cheese and veggies. I will continue to eat here for sure. read more

And I've eaten them all over Colorado and even other states. The service was relatively quick even though it was lunch rush. I ordered online and when I arrived it had just been made. Grabbed it and left to find a quiet spot to eat it. The bread was burned and hard. It wasn't cut as requested. And only had tuna on one half of it. The other half was just lettuce/tomato/cucumber. Apparently there is a new GM and they're having staffing issues. I asked the delivery driver to pass on some feedback (that they at least call when they know it will take longer than 45 min to deliver, so that I can just go pick it up myself). Usually very pleased with the fast and fresh service unfortunately my gargantuan wasn't so fresh this time. When I opened my sandwich wrapper I was surprised by the already soggy bread although I ordered sauce on side & even more surprised to find the cucumbers in my sandwich were visibly rotten. As well as placed in between probably in Hope's the customer wouldn't notice, not too happy about this. I never write reviews, but I had to write a review about the Castle Rock location. First off, we were first in line and it took us almost 20 min for them to make our sandwiches-we ordered 3 giant. While we were waiting for one guy to make our sandwiches, I heard the other employee on the phone telling someone they needed more bread. When we finally got our sandwiches, only one was giant and the other two, regular. I had to wait even longer for them to make what we ordered. When I got home, I partially ate probably the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. Clearly, they gave us old bread because it was very dry, not the usual bread we get when we've gone there in the past. Also, there was barely any lettuce, tomato, mayo, cucumbers on all of the sandwiches. They also forgot my spicy peppers. If my family wasn't starving, I would have packed up the sandwiches, returned them to the store, and asked for a full refund. If you are going to give people bread from the previous day, you should not be charging full price. I will NEVER go back. read more

I placed an order for delivery over the phone and they told me it would take 25 min which I was fine with. After 35 min I called back and they said it is made and the driver just left to take it to me. I said no problem, I live ten min away. After 25 more min I call back and the gentleman said the sandwich hadn't been delivered yet and that the driver would get it to me soon. I asked how much time it might take and he said another 25 min and then I verified that they had the right address written down and said that would be fine. After another 30 min I called back and asked to speak to a manager. The lady on the phone said she is one of them. I told her I have been waiting for over an hour for my order and I keep getting reassured it's coming, but I still haven't received it. She told me they are short staffed and only have one driver, but that they would get it out to me now. I told her she should have told me that when I ordered instead keep telling me it'll only be 25 more minutes and they failing to deliver it. She apologized and was going to leave it at that, but I asked if she would at least comp the food and she did. When the food finally arrived 30 min later the order was incorrect, but I was so fed up with them that I let it be. I'm never going there again. read more
