He likes this place for sandwiches. When faced with a choice between two places be always picks this one. I tag along because I need to eat too. Love the hand sanitizer for those who want it. The servers are friendly and made our sandwiches quickly. I couldn't decide between the tuna and BLT sandwich until I was asked at the counter. I chose the BLT because always choose bacon. When in doubt choose bacon. They made my sandwich really well. Crunchy bacon and not too much mayo or tomatoes and lettuce. Biggest pet peeve is lots of lettuce that you can't even taste the tomatoes. Good meal. Clean place. Would recommend.

We visited the Castle Rock store. It was empty with 6 staff hanging around in the back. The store had trash all over, the trash cans were overflowing, the bathrooms were dirty and there was so much debris in the food prep area (floors and counters) that I'm pretty sure there was a health code violation happening.

Sandwich with hair. (I have blond hair it can't be mine)

Usually love jersey Mikes, but I recently went in and had a not so great experience. The costumer service was not great, but this wouldn't have been much of an issue. I'm not one to complain, but when I got back to my job with my sandwich there was a huge hair wrapped in it that can't be mine. I called asking for a refund because I didn't want to eat it, and I was told nothing could be done because I used a gift card to pay. That's understandable, but I was offered no further solution. Not even to come grab another sandwich. Guess I'm out $13.

We have loved jersey mikes for years but my last two experiences at this location have been enough to make me not want to come back. Last time they charged my card twice for the already pretty over priced sandwiches. Fine, I called them they credited my account the extra charge. But today, at 7 weeks pregnant, I CANNOT eat undercooked anything or deli meats because of the risk of neural tube deficiency in my growing baby, so I ordered a hot chipotle chicken sub. Well after a few bites I knew it was off. Sure enough, the sandwich is full of raw chicken. So not sure if it will be morning sickness or food poisoning that I'll be throwing up from tomorrow. I have tried to call them (23 times) and their phone is off the hook. It is unsafe to be serving customers not just undercooked but completely raw chicken. Ironically, the same employee who charged me twice last time was the one on the griddle. I am incredibly unhappy and at the very least, I want a refund on our $30 sandwiches.

Unexpectedly good! The husband is a Philly cheesesteak fan, or I frankly wouldn't have tried yet another sandwich shop. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and cool inside, gave fast and friendly service, and offered sandwich options a little out of the ordinary. Great place if you're thinking "not another burger" or "please no more ham sandwiches." I'm looking forward to trying some of their interesting sounding cold sandwiches. Who puts pepperoni with roast beef? I'll try it. We went with the hot sandwiches this time. I tried the chipotle chicken sandwich. Husband had regular cheesesteak. They were both quite tasty, melty-cheesy, somewhat sloppy, and utterly good. Perfect for a heartily straightforward weekend lunch when we tired of running around the outlet mall. I couldn't finish my "regular" size sandwich, but the husband did! Their side dish is a small bag of chips, like Subway. They have cookies for dessert and a few more options like brownies - kids would love them. If they had another menu option or two as a side, that would bump this review up even more -- but heck, I already couldn't finish the regular sized sandwich by myself and left pretty full. Tip: they have online coupons sometimes (check out couponsherpa.com - we got a BOGO sandwich coupon there a few days ago, and today they have a promo for free chips and drink). If you sign up for their rewards club, you get a free sandwich. We plan to come back. Nicely done, Jersey Mike's!

Service made it even better. If you like it fresh, you'll love Heidi's Brooklyn Deli. Bread and bagels freshly made. Cannolis (yep, had to have one after my breakfast) was the best I have ever had... and in Boston, we have "world famous" cannolis in the North End... that don't even come close to the deliciousness you will find at Heidi's. Needless to say, we will be in the area for 3 days and will return tomorrow for more. We would also go on Sunday but they are closed. By the way, thanks for the free loaf of freshly made bread. It came very handy during our hike of Garden Of The Gods trails. Yep.. one day later, we returned. Left with 4 cannolis this morning. And the Chicken Salad sandwich was so good!!

When we first arrived, they made us wait for a full 10 minutes before even taking our order. While waiting, I was watching the employees make the sandwiches, and staring at the orders like they were written in a different language. It was taking them a full 10 minutes to complete one sandwich order at a time and the line was getting frustrated. All the poor guy wanted in front of us was mayo and mustard on his sandwich and they had to remake it twice! Once we ordered, I asked for avocado on my sandwich and she informed me that it would be a three dollar up charge so I agreed. My husband ordered a sandwich that was $18, and when he received it not only was there hardly any meat on it, but the meat that was on it was mostly fat and he proceeded to pull a very long female hair out of the middle of his sandwich. Then when I opened my sandwich, there wasn't any avocado on it at all. Yet she had still charged me. When I showed the hair to the employee, she asked me if I wanted her to remake the sandwich and I refused because I had already waited for a full 30 minutes. I had to request a refund on my sandwich (which she tried to nickel and dime me on, and wasn't about to give me the $3 back for the avocado) and my husband left hungry. Super bummed because I love Heidi's and hadn't had it in awhile so I was really looking forward to it.

Added a New York style cheesecake for dessert. When I arrived, there was a line of people but there were two sides. One side for people who had pre-paid and had a specific color to scan. I didn't look at the email I received regarding the pick up. Just printed out my order. But everything went well. The associate packed up my order into three bags and I was set. The pre-paid line was short so it didn't take long at all. The warming instructions were not accurate for me as the ham didn't warm up. Had to put it into the microwave as he was hungry. The loaded smash potatoes were a hit. And the cheesecake so delicious. The ham I like as usual. Not a fan of turkey myself but they liked it. The stuffing and soufflé were nice additions. It was convenient to heat and eat. I prefer that to cooking for the holidays as the years go by. Will order again next year for the holidays.

My problem- I preordered and paid for everything and received a QR code. I picked it up on Monday the week of Thanksgiving. When I get there they made me go to the same line no matter if it's a walk-in or not prepaid. How does that make sense? The only reason why I got to go to the side to grab my order is because one of the employees overheard and came up to me and helped me. That's disappointing that you all didn't have two lines like you normally do. I was there around noontime and no there were not two lines. The line was going out the door in one line. The young lady with the sling on her arm was very nice and helpful. If it wasn't for her I would be still sitting in the long line.

Just found out there's another Heidi's in Douglas County! I've been going to the original Lone Tree…read morelocation for years, my company actually financed and built that one out; so I had to check out this new spot on Mainstreet in Parker. This one's got a cozy, small-town vibe, tucked between other shops with plenty of seating both inside and outside. From the second I walked in, I was greeted with big smiles and a friendly "Welcome in!" The staff here are genuinely nice and make you feel at home. Of course, I had to get my go-to: The Bronx Bomber: pastrami, egg salad, spicy mustard, Cajun sauce(my add on always) on both sides, pumpernickel bread, lettuce, tomato, and thin-sliced red onion. Absolute perfection. This sandwich always slaps. My coworkers saw it and immediately asked, "Where did you get that?" Told them straight up -- Mainstreet Parker, Heidi's got another location. Every bite takes me back to the NYC delis I grew up with and miss dearly. If you're craving a legit New York-style deli sandwich with flavor that hits every time (and comes with potato salad or chips), this is the spot. A must-try; and trust me, once you do, you'll keep coming back!

The order would be ready quickly, in 5-10 minutes. First disappointment was that they were out of the chicken salad I craved. I ordered egg salad instead, with bacon, on a hoagy roll with sesame seeds on top, pickle spear, and potato salad for my side. The egg salad was very good (lettuce and tomato added), bacon was a short piece on each half of the sandwich, so not worth the $2.50 up charge, I'd say. The hoagy roll was fresh and generously sized. (I saved 1/2 my sandwich for later.) The potato salad was meh, but luckily there was very little of it. Should've have selected the Lay's potato chips, or one of the other chip options available with an up charge. Hubby was very disappointed with his corned beef Reuben. The marble rye bread was chewy (is that normal?), and the only condiment he requested, mustard, was missing from his sandwich. The sandwich itself was smaller than expected. Again, the potato salad side was astonishingly tiny. We decided it was a 3-bite portion. We were able to park out front in the street to pick up our order. There are a few tables inside, but they unoccupied at 6:30 pm on a weeknight. No plans to visit again.
