First time trying this location and I was disappointed. It was almost empty inside and the 2 male workers looked bored. I ordered a regular Italian #9 sandwich and took it to go. The meat was good, but the bread was hard (old, possibly left out all day?!). And surprisingly there was very little shred lettuce on my sandwich and I couldn't taste the oil and vinegar! The guy made it way too quickly and barely said anything to me as I got my sandwich. I definitely expected better customer service and a better sandwich. read more

Update 3 years later - this location still sucks. I waited 20 minutes for this sandwich (nope, that's not an exaggeration ) and literally had to throw it away. See last two pics of my post now that I have it updated - first pic is from my update 3 years ago. I will say that the people were nice... however, how do you knowingly make this terrible sandwich on bread that's so hard it could break a tooth, and then serve it to someone KNOWING it sucks?? Service was also incredibly slow as mentioned above, and the fact I had to throw this away and just eat the chips and toast myself a bagel at home was so annoying. I had waited two hours and decided to call the store. My order was STILL at the store. The employee did not care and I decided to cancel my order over the phone. The food was fresh and amazing. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with Good Morning's and hello's! I was asked how my day was, and my order was patiently taken. There was a gentleman diligently cleaning the lobby getting ready for the Friday rush. I noticed the lobby tables were clean and the chairs were in orderly fashion. I failed to order another sandwich for my colleague, and they quickly rang me up and made it. When I got to my destination with my sandwiches, I noticed there were napkins, mustard and Mayo as I asked. Come on man!!! I made that order online at 2.30pm yesterday, called to follow up right before 4 pm and all it did was ring. No answering machine and no live persons to pick up. It says they close at 4 pm and I called right before but It just rang rang and rang. Never received a call, text or an email canceling the order. My son worked at this JJ's location last year and never received a W-2 (even though our address is the same as it was all last year). The location is illegally refusing to offer pay info so my teenager cannot file his taxes. He has called several times and now I have as well - and NO ONE will offer the EIN (Employer ID Number) so that he can try to file with the IRS. This is ILLEGAL!!! read more

I can get in and out of this shop with my food faster than most drive throughs and the quality is consistently good. The staff are courteous and patient. Everytime I have been here everything has been clean and in good order. I had them deliver to my home multiple times and they have always been fast and accurate. The sandwhiches are not the best you can get out there but they are above average. If you want a decent sub and you need it fast, this is a good place to get it. read more

Every single time we select "cut in half" they never cut in half. So today I thought I would screen shot the order and see what we would get. Well, we received several magical surprises. Not only did we not get them cut in half they screwed the pooch on two of the three sandwiches. No tomatoes...no problem! We got extra tomatoes, which is awesome for someone who is allergic. These folks really wanted to kick up the allergic reaction by adding guacamole to the sandwich with tomatoes. Way to go above and beyond team Jimmy John's. The "Beach Club" was some type of vegetarian crapfest with Lettuce, Cheese, Mayo and Guacamole and Cucumber. I was thrilled that the Italian Night Out was actually correct, minus the cut in half part. So my question is why offer to cut in half if they don't do it? I mean given the state of the world this is truly minimal and why I'm not calling to get a refund. We tip very well and appreciate the effort of the delivery driver. This is my second bad review for this location. Last time I waited over 30 minutes for my sandwich but I gave them another chance today. This time, I waited 20 minutes. That is freaky slow for 1 sandwich. As I waited for my order, I saw them give other people their sandwiches that ordered AFTER me so that doesn't make sense. When I finally got my sandwich, I said "I've been waiting 20 minutes" and all I got was a "Sorry, we're kinda busy". I hate posting bad reviews but man. I placed a DoorDash order. After about half an hour with no progress on my order I decided to call and cancel it. They didn't have any drivers which is totally fine but the man who picked up the phone was very rude. I tried to be polite and understanding. I know COVID has taken a huge toll of businesses. He snapped at me telling me he didn't have any drivers and he called me. I informed him I was at work which was why I ordered online and he said he was cancelling my order. As a former employee of that store and the driver that took that delivery to you I am disappointed that we didn't serve you accordingly. I'd like to apologize that we only gave you one napkin per sandwich since that is our corporate standard, I realize that it must have been difficult to eat your sandwiches without making too much of a mess. It must have also been a hassle in the morning when you had to take a shower because it seems that the hotel you decided to stay in didn't have towels in the room. Visited this location for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I was extremely impressed. I walked in, was greeted by a very friendly cashier, and was asked if I had been to Jimmy John's before. I said that I hadn't, and the cashier concisely explained the menu. I asked him for a recommendation, and he gave me a few and explained them. I ordered, paid, and grabbed my cup for my drink, and by the time I walked over to the soda fountain my order was completed. The service was jaw-droppingly fast, and the sandwich tasted great, not sloppily made at all. The ingredients were fresher than Subway's, and the restaurant was nicer looking and cleaner than the average Subway as well. Would definitely recommend. read more
