It's some racist gentlemen in that branch that did not feel like making a sandwich for a customer who is not white! the Turkey was stale, lettuce and tomatoes did not taste fresh at all. When I returned the next day, a manager told me I "probably shouldn't come at night because the girls were scared." Scared of what? I was doing nothing but sitting outside. It's hard not to feel like I was treated differently because I'm BLACK!!!!! Locking doors and potentially calling the police on someone who is simply sitting outside charging their phone is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to people of color if this is how customers are perceived and handled. Management told me they had no reason to call police but I shouldn't come back to restaurant. Racism still exists

When it finally arrived, the quality was bland and disappointing; the chicken on the flatbread was served stone-cold, making it clear that "freshness" isn't a priority here. To top off a bad meal, the restrooms were filthy and smelled terrible. To make matters worse the restroom required a keypad code to enter, and the cashier gave me the wrong code twice, forcing me to walk back and ask again. Spending over $20 (including tip) for a "quick lunch" that was neither quick nor quality is unacceptable. Between the lack of basic cleanliness, the cold food, and the disorganized service, I won't be returning. It's a shame to see a place with potential turn into such a letdown.
