Freakishly Fast, Freakishly RUDE! From ordering at the speaker to picking up at the window, my experience was disappointing. The team member taking my order was noticeably rude and short-tempered. After each item I ordered, she responded with a curt "What?" and followed up with "What else?" in an impatient tone. When I pulled up to the window, it was clear we were still interacting with the same person, who seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than assisting customers. I asked to provide my loyalty account for points, and she responded, "Is this for the $5 off $20 deal?" I said I wasn't sure but wanted to ensure my points were applied. She sighed, grabbed the device, and told me to "hold up" when I began giving my number. After entering it, she said, "You don't got any rewards," in a dismissive tone. I smiled and said that was fine, then asked if I could still earn points for this purchase. Unfortunately, this attitude has become a pattern. This is now the third consecutive visit where I've felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Freaky fast (not) Freaky good (not) I walked inside to order since I had to use the restroom. I think I would have gotten my food faster at Applebee's or Chili's. There were 5 people working there, 2 of which were on their phones the whole time even when I walked in to order. I waited to be greeted and for someone to take my order. Wasn't asked about the rewards program until I asked about if after my credit card was inserted. Apparently that's too much work to assist a patron in that regard. I waited inside for well over 10-15 mins past ordering plus my simple sandwich which I didn't even alter was incorrect. This is not up to any national standard for JJ. Run y'all. read more

Never order from this place at all. The guy that answer the phone had the worst attitude ever. I placed an order on DoorDash, big mistake cause the time it took to deliver wasn't accurate and I had to contact them because they do not have a connection with DoorDash. Which if you don't have access with DoorDash to edit things on then don't have a DoorDash page. It's that simple anyways I had to do all the reaching out. There was about an hour and a half delivery time that no one notified me of on the app. Save your self respect and don't order from this place because the people that work there are especially rude and treat you like you're stupid because you don't know the logistics an ordering system you don't work in. I normally enjoy Jimmy Johns but I highly suggest you don't come to this one. I travel to College Station every 2 weeks and order here. They never get my order right. I kindly ask the manager why they never ask if I am a Jimmy johns rewards person to earn points. He stated they are not allowed to do that through the drive through lane so in order to get your reward points you MUST COME INSIDE to have them ask for your number. I guess this is okay as I read Jimmy John's SOP which doesn't state that. They forgot our 2 bags of BBQ chips and as I backed up to request it , I saw and overheard the Manager complaining about me to the employee because I questioned about the freaky Friday rewards program through drive through. Clearly that shows me how they feel about customers and customer service and loyalty. I should spend my 19.00 dollars per visit 4 times a month as I go every other weekend somewhere else. That is $988.00 that will now go somewhere else a year. As a level 8 Google guide, you can expect thousands of people to view this review. Learn from this review and go to another franchise or another Jimmy johns restaurant in college station. I tried this place a while ago and was pretty disappointed. I thought I'd give them another chance as I have been pretty burned out on my lunch options while at work. I ordered a giant veggie sub with a few "extra" options in hopes they would load up the sub. Not only did they forget to put half the toppings on my sandwich, they put so much mustard that it made it almost inedible. Apparently "Freaky fast" means stoned college kids throwing random stuff into bread and calling it a sub. I called and am supposed to be getting a refund but the guy had me wait on hold and then just hung up on me. So, needless to say, I won't be going back. read more

My volleyball team orders from Jimmy John's all the time. A lot of us have ordered the #12 turkey avocado and have opened our sandwiches to find NO avocado. Today we opened our #12 for the 5th time this season, and guess what we found. That's right, NO avocado. At least don't lie to us. Just tell us that it's a turkey and cheese sandwich and maybe it would lessen our disappointment. There was also a complaint on a different sandwich about too much mayo, but we shut her up real quick because we are big supports of mayo on this team. Also, someone said the bacon looked like dog treat bacon so that's not really a good thing unless you're in to that stuff. I thought they had forgot to put it in my order, but I opened up the sandwich and found evidence of the smallest amounts of acovado spread conceivable. I love Jimmy John's, but this location seems sub-par. The last time I went in, they had just cleaned and the store REEKED of cleaning chemicals. Not even the good-smelling kind. Later when I was eating my sandwich on the road, my sandwich tasted like the cleaning solution! I had to throw it out because it was so foul. Well, since I've ordered JJ's about 5 times in the last week, I can honestly say that their food quality and delivery service are consistent. The delivery is scary fast, like I wonder if I'm the only one ordering because it takes the exact amount of time I think it would take to make the sandwich, hop in the car, and drive over to my house. This is ONLY for the delivery service. I eat at Jimmy John's regularly and my first experience with Jimmy John's delivery was last night. They require you to purchase at least $25 in food before taxes in order to have food delivered. We continued to add items to our small 2 sandwich order until it was over $25 and allowed us to place the order online. The order was submitted and about an hour later we get a call asking if we're going to pick up our order by a not overly-friendly person working there. We said it was a delivery order and he asked the address which they already had. I gave it to them again and apparently 3.3 miles away (also right off of University) is outside their delivery area. He spoke to a manager to see if they would make an exception and was told no. I enjoy Jimmy John's food, but I will not bother spending money at this location again. read more

Here is the issue I have with jj's, it is very good but dam it's expensive! I ordered 2-pepes, 2-chips, 2- cookies, 2- Billy clubs and 2- pickles and it was $45.40 with a tip, ridiculous!! We can eat at Olive Garden for a lot less, granted it's not jj's but it's 4-hot entrees with a salad & bread sticks and drinks for about the same or less. The staff working inside the store are completely incompetent. How difficult is it to give me a sandwich, chips and a drink. So I deal woth it and just give them to my husband instead of having her make a new one. My allergy to them is mild enough I can just take a benedryl. I'd rather do that than ask for another. My husbands sandwich is marked as hot peppers added. They weren't on there. When he goes to ask for peppers she argues with him and says she put them on there.
