    Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

Came here for the first time with my wife. We ordered the Habanero Pork Belly Breakfast Fried Rice, Snooze Classic w/ chorizo, Corned Beef Hash with a side of regular and cinnamon roll pancakes. The fried rice is pretty weirdly good considering it had pineapples in them. The Snooze and Corned Beef Hash were delicious, but nothing special. The pancakes were super delicious. Very warm, fluffy w/ a slight crust, and packed with flavor. We also ordered the mocha drink. Overall, decently priced for the portions we get and it's a delicious classic breakfast. The staff were fast and very friendly. Lots of clean tables in and outside to dine at with a full bar as well. Lots of parking.

We stopped at this place while in the area and needing a bite to eat. It hits you as a retro spot and it is that. The parking lot is pretty good sized. The retro vibe starts the minute you walk into the door. Think morning lunch type spot. It is that-- brunch? Hence the name Snooze I suppose. Anyway -- walking it it is a fun vibe. I immediately saw that their pancake special was a creme brulee which would be amazing for many people in my life, but too sweet for me. We were immediately warmly greeted and sat at a booth. Our server came very shortly after we were seated and offered drinks. I just got water but saw on the menu that there were quite a few fresh fruit juice choices which is kinda cool. A lot of drink options on the back side of the menu -- don't miss it like I did. Anyway we got the Corned Beef Hash which was pretty good but I like mine a bit more salty. The meat was tender and had good flavor, and the egg we ordered was cooked over medium like I prefer. The hashbrowns were a bit light for my preferences. We also tried the cottage cheese bowl. I almost think that this would be a great appetizer. I don't think I would be able to handle this as a main entree by myself. The cottage cheese is smooth and actually had a sweet hint and then the toppings made the dish Mediterranean in flavor. It was excellent and definitely unique. The star of the show was their specialty bacon -- I cannot remember what it was called but it was a fun name and it was FABULOUS to eat! Definitely give this place a try.

All time favorite place for brunch! We came here two different times! Friendly staff! I finally tried the new porridge, since the Golden one was replaced. It was different! Can you bring the Golden back? :) Large portion and topped with fresh fruits. Try the lavender latte with oat milk. It's good! So, if order two different flavor pancakes, make sure you ask if there's extra charge.

Everything was really good! From the service to the food! Food was delivered fast and fresh! Eggs were cooked perfectly and the cheese grits were on point. Took off a star for the pancakes. They were not fluffy and were missing something. Overall a very good spot and would definitely try them again!

Well let me start off by saying this was my first time to a Snooze Restaurant. There are many options for breakfast and an assortment of drink choices. (Adult and Regular kind) I decided on the Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes and a side of bacon. Now our server Charles asked did I want the bacon crispy and I quickly said No. I have to say these were by far some of the best pancakes I've ever eaten. They definitely weren't too sweet and spot on with the flavor. The bacon was cooked perfectly and it was a great addition to my pancakes. I definitely recommend the location to anyone in the area. The restaurant has a 70's theme but the food is out of this world. I have to give a shout out to our server again. He was very patient and knows the menu very well. He recommended Gluten Free options for my daughter. Sit in his section, you won't be disappointed.

Always amazing!!!! I love snooze. It doesn't matter where I'm at, snooze is always consistently good. The keto breakfast bowl and the protein bowl! So good. The new spicy Bloody Mary and the strawberry martini mimosa. Yum!!!!

My third time in 7 days. I might have found my Sunday after church place. 1. The service here is kinda stellar. People actually look like they want to be here. Chris was here two of my recent times, last time he even gave up his seat at the short side of the bar so I could sit w some friends. (I can't do bar chairs.) Keyla stayed busy but had a genuine smile the whole time. Daina was the cool vibe to enter in the restaurant. Today the amazing Madeline S got to spend time with me-lucky girl. Last time I was here I got the Basil and the Bee Burrata toast (my mouth is watering thinking about it......). Everything was perfect on it. Almost got it again BUT Today was the day for the Bravocado Toast......just yumm. Eggs and prosciutto and avocado....plus a kinda perfect salad. I'll be back--aren't you excited?

Service is great and attentive. Ticket time to table is quick. Quantity of food to eat is lacking. I just don't get enough food for the price. I'm not a big guy but to fill up I have to order 2-3 things. Maybe it's because I'm not drinking alcohol but only water I'm not sure. The flavor of the food is great. They have awesome "healthy" options as well as specialty items with enough sugar to give anyone diabetes. Worth the visit for sure. Do yourself a favor and order 2-3 things so you leave full.

Food was amazing, restaurant was very clean and waiter was very fast, my pancakes were also gluten free and they made sure to carefully cook them without cross contamination.

That is hash browns in there!

Slightly upscale Denny's like experience, open until 230 pm, but breakfast menu only. (I went for lunch and was surprised there were no sandwiches.) Coffee is just okay -- medium roast diner coffee. Used summer menu for a weekday special, Juans Breakfast Taco plate, with no upgrades. Corn tortillas, so you can tell they are not from around here. Eggs were way undercooked and were "egg beater" eggs or mixed into some kind of batter on top of hash browns. These are breakfast Tacos made by people who have only had breakfast tacos described to them, with something lost in translation. Maybe it was my bad for choosing a Mexican entree, but an egg place should be able to do eggs better. And should have better eggs. Service was fine.

My nearly expired avocado put on scramble. I expect fresh avocado for a $16 entree.

After the fourth time eating here I think it's time to leave a review. I've dined here and ordered door dash. Both experiences have been sub par in some degree. From ordering a coffee to go only to throw it out because your latte was just gross drip coffee. To having to use pieces of the container as a utensil to eat my food on the go because they did not include utensils (yes I clicked the "add utensil" button). You can't leave special request to remind them that you chose jelly since they forgot it last time. So now you have to eat your toast dry as hell. My order is over $40 each time just for me. That's not including if I order my daughter food. So, to spend close to $100 for two subpar entrees is ridiculous. They already hit you with the infamous "vegan food tax" only to charge you extra for avocado that is rotting. A grill separator for a flat top is less than $30 to separate grill spaces to avoid cross contamination for allergies. Now that I'm finished complaining about my experience. On to the food. The "plant powered" food menu options are ok. Every dish is always served super bland, or over cooked. I understand during peak hours and times the grill can get full and things can happen, but this has been the case every time. Instead of putting eggs and cheese on dishes labeled "plant powered" how about removing and having it as an added option you pay for, you know like we have to pay extra for tofu scramble. If you are going to charge us $15+ for a an entree please ensure your underpaid cooks understand the difference in cooking plant based foods vs the other.

Food is good but wait time is terrible with a 2.5 hour wait on waitlist and once you get there, we still waited an hour to get a table.

When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the views over Bryan/College Station, they are truly amazing. We were there not only for a birthday but to watch Texas A&M kick off their season. They had the game on several TVs around the rooftop and with lots of comfortable seating, watching the game was almost like watching it at home. Credit here goes not just to the setting, but to the exceptional team on duty Mattie, Georgia, and Jordan. Their service struck the perfect balance: attentive without hovering, genuinely enthusiastic, and clearly invested in making sure guests felt welcome. It's rare to find staff whose energy elevates a night just as much as the food or drinks, but they pulled it off effortlessly. Speaking of drinks: Reveille's bar program is worth lingering over. We sampled a variety of their specialty cocktails alongside the classics, and not a glass disappointed. The food followed through with equal strength. Chef Keith Snook deserves applause for a menu that blends Texas heartiness with elevated execution. The Short Rib plate was rich and tender, the Texas Charcuterie board felt both rustic and refined, and the Pork Belly Burnt Ends were smoky, indulgent, and perfectly caramelized and were the kind of dish that lingers in memory. Reveille isn't just a bar; it's a destination. Whether you're there for the food, the cocktails, the football, or simply the view, this is a spot that delivers on all fronts. We'll absolutely be back, and next time, it won't just be for a special occasion

This time, I can't leave College Station without trying the 1791 Old Fashioned. All I can say is this particular drink is in my top 3 hands down and I had many old fashions in my time working at my current job (on my day offs, of course). They put a teaspoon of brown sugar to tone down the strength of the Whiskey (Buffalo Trace) but not for the Whiskey to lose it's purpose. I will most certainly get it again. They also have a food menu just in case you want to order something to eat. Next time I'm in College Station and staying at The George Hotel, I'm coming back.
