This is by far (and consistently) the slowest restaurant of any other Einstein similar service restaurant. Ordering online won't help you either. Whatever your online wait time is, add another 10-15 minutes on top. Even worse if it's the weekend. read more

Been to plenty of Einstein Bagels before. Stopped into this location yesterday morning for a quick breakfast. They didn't have the cream cheese my wife asked for on her bagel so I winged it.. on my way back to the car my wife texted back saying what cream cheese she wanted instead. Since I was still there I went back in and got back inline to re-ordered my wife's order. The manager then realizing this was a reorder from the one I took a swing on and missed, just gave it to me for free. Super nice service to do that. First time customer and last time customer. I made an online order that was paid at the time of the order. When I went to pick it up the girl said it wasn't paid for. I showed her my receipt that I received from them on my phone and she said that I didn't pay for it. So I gave her my card again to be charged. When I got home and checked my account it showed two charges of the same amount. So I had to drive back to their store to correct it. I showed her the two separate transactions and she said it would be back in my account in three to five business days but she didn't do anything but look at the transactions. I asked her how's that going to happen when she didn't do anything to correct the transaction. At that point she said that's all she can do and turned her back on me and wouldn't speak to me. I'll have to go back again and talk to the general manager to get it straightened out. Very frustrating that's for sure!! read more

The farmhouse egg sandwich was really tasty. The whole team makes you feel like family! Always friendly and outgoing. Of all the stores the Powers and Constitution store is by far the best. I think I might've ordered the wrong thing here. Had the sandwich with avocado, turkey and egg white. The nice gentleman said we could customize any sandwich but I think my order was just not that good. The egg white was too mushy with the tomato and avocado. Bagel, however, tasted delicious! My husband had the everything bagel with cream cheese. They give you the bagel with the cream cheese spread already on it so if you don't like it caked on, make sure you order it on the side. I had a bite and the bagel was chewy with a little crispy edge. Tasted marvelous! Will definitely just order a bagel with cream cheese on the side next time and not the sandwich. I was impressed with their cold brew, too! It actually tasted way better than Starbucks! Service was great but there's no seating inside. I hate that this location is so close to my house and I end up going here out of convenience! Every single time we go our bagels are covered in ingredients that are not included in our order so clearly their workstations are not kept clean in any way! Usually it's avocado or tomato or bits of bacon. The thought of cross contamination is just disgusting! Once you get your sandwich, expect it to be a total mess and made unevenly every time (why not put two sausage patties if you're only going to put it on one side of the bagel?!). Ordering on the app is very limited to the customizations your are able to make. I order a green chili bagel with veggie schmear, turkey sausage, and tomato. There is no way to build that on their app to order ahead. Which might be a good thing cause they ALWAYS ask me, "so you want one egg or two?" and I always have to say multiple times, "no egg at all please" so if I could order by app, I wonder how many unwanted eggs I may get? Currently they have a sign on the door that masked are not required but preferred. People, they are in the food service industry and come face to face with tons of people a day, be a good human and wear a mask for their sake if you can. read more

We visited during the COVID crisis. They have very clear instructions to help encourage social distancing in their facility. Such as designated enter only and exit only doors and a sign that says only 5 visitors in the store at a time. They have very friendly service! The young lady at the register was very patient with us since we were at first unsure of what to order since we don't frequent Einstein Bros often. The wait for our order wasn't very long either. I ordered Bacon, Avocado, and Tomato egg sandwich on a plain bagel. (You can change the bagel flavor if you wish.) This was very good. Everything tasted fresh and went well together. My daughter ordered the cinnamon sugar bagel with plain cream cheese. The sweet cinnamon sugar bagel goes so well with the tart cream cheese. Delicious! read more

This is a follow-up review from one that was posted about a month ago. Things were greatly improved, I felt like the manager here is really trying. The person who helped me (Ely) did a wonderful job in following the directions of the manager for a replacement meal and it was such a better experience. Yes the wait on a Saturday morning is kind of long at the bakery, but it was better this time, and the bagels were much better made and much fresher. The food and service at 2848 N. Powers location in Colorado Springs,CO is top notch. The Manager, Natasha, really runs a great store and the team is always very welcoming. Natasha goes above and beyond, pitches in to help as needed, yet makes a point of saying hello and ensuring the customer gets what they need and are enjoying their purchase. I am and part of a group of ladies that love to frequent this location because we get great service, tasty food to order, and feel a sense of community while we are there. Frustrating to wait 45 minutes for your food, only to get it and it's wrong. They ran out bagel flavors by the time they made our order, which we could handle. Repeated my order to the employe/manager and was rudely interrupted by them shouting for other orders as I was explaining what was in my order. Have been visiting this location for about 2 years. I really only ever order coffee. I'm not a huge bagel person, I really love egg bagels & unfortunately they're hard to find. I did have a bacon, egg & cheese once there & it was quite tasty. Overall, most of the staff seems to be attentive. Anyway, ended up ordering a sesame bagel, it was ok. Also ordered a mocha, it was not good. Very generic coffee with no flavor. This is your typical Einstein's, but the service here is great. The reason for four stars is because they've shut down their dining room because of COVID mitigation. I understand being cautious but most restaurants have their dining rooms open and CDC guidelines aren't recommending in person eating. read more
