I just recently moved to the area and have always loved Jimmy John's back home, so I was really disappointed by this experience. The bread was rock hard, completely stale, and honestly disgusting. It tasted like it had been sitting out for who knows how long, and the sandwich was basically inedible. I ended up having to get a refund because I could not eat it. When I went inside to get my refund, one of the workers looked at the other employee and said, "Yeah, that's what I thought." That interaction was honestly so strange and made the whole experience even worse. The employees also seemed extremely out of it and unprofessional. I'm sorry, but I genuinely wondered if they were under the influence of something based on how they were acting. I've always had great experiences with the multiple Jimmy John's locations back home, so this was especially disappointing. Hopefully this was just a bad day, but the rock-hard, stale, disgusting bread alone was enough for me to never want to come back to this location. read more

Updated: 02/26/2026 Was in the mood for a sandwich and decided to try out the Toasted Club Tuna sandwich at Jimmy John's. This was a great sandwich! I only had a few items, which was what I needed. It came with provolone, lettuce, tomato and the tuna salad on an 8-inch toasted french bread. It was simple and tasted great! This location has great sandwiches, so if you're ever in the mood for a sandwich, head over to Jimmy John's! Customer service has always been great. The Restaurant was clean and organized as usual. I hate leaving bad reviews but first and last time I'll ever go to a Jimmy John's. Maybe I was expecting something on par with a Publix sub. Tiny sandwich, barely any lettuce and costs extra to add cheese. The sandwich was totally bland. Employees were friendly and the store was clean. read more

The food is pretty good. The workers are pretty good the cleanliness is pretty good. But I was very disappointed today. I wanted a little John which is a small version of their sub sandwich. They wouldn't sell it to me because they were out of that bread. But by my line of reasoning they should've taken the regular bread and just cut it into a smaller piece and filled the order. They would not do that so I had to pay three dollars more to get extra food I was going to throw away. There's a jersey Mike's nearby I'm going to check their policy on being out of a particular bread. When I grew up if you were out of a product that you advertise you gave the person something similar at the same price even if it was on a different kind of bread or something. So basically today I lost three dollars my alternative would've been to drive to Jersey Mike's. They have a lot more business than Jimmy John's. So possibly I would've had to wait. I wonder if I had ordered the little John online and paid what they would've done today.??? Would they have asked me for more money? read more

I placed an order shortly before they closed and gave them specific instructions on how I wanted my sandwich. I picked the sandwich up right before closing and by the time I got back home they were definitely closed as by their listed hours. The sandwich was awful. They gave me items on the sandwich that I didn't request. They didn't give me what I did request, and they overdid one of the other items that I requested. I called back the next day and couldn't reach them because of a recording saying their telephone was not working. I called early in the morning until that night and received the same message. The next day, I was able to reach someone and told him what happened. He was empathetic and said he would do what he could but he had to speak with his manager. After waiting almost 20 minutes the worker told me that he was unable to do anything to rectify the sandwich that I had to put in the garbage because it was so nasty. The manager said that was final and that I should have called back on the same day. I informed him that the manager was not professional because they didn't deal directly with me, the customer. I thought it was in poor taste that they would expect me to call back to a closed restaurant where there would be no one to field my complaint. My advice to everyone is, don't go to this establishment. read more

This was previously one of my favorite places for subs. Unfortunately, Jimmy John's changed their menu. Kids Menu The kids sandwiches are $4, but you cannot get any toppings, such as lettuce or tomato. You can only get meet and bread. If you want lettuce, I was informed you have to get a regular or giant sub. The drink and chips are an added cost with a kids meal. Regular & Giant Subs The regular subs cost around $5.25, and the giant subs around $12. These come with lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. (Not a vast topping selection as other sub places) The subs taste really good. However, do to the lack of toppings, you tend to taste more bread and sauce than anything else. However, on the flip side, that makes it different than other sub places. read more

Worst Jimmy Johns I've ever been to there is 1 other person here and 2 sandwiches still took 30 mins with 2 employees sitting in their ass.

We ordered 3 of the 16" sandwiches. Two we asked for wheat and one white bread. I think the ladies here are color blind and had a 50/50 chance of getting it correct but failed. All white bread. The meat tasted dry. To be honest. Dominos pizza makes a better sub sandwich. I'm giving two stars cause they didn't screw up one of them. I ordered a white bread one. I will never go to this location of Jimmy Johns again. I went there the other night at 9:42 and was told that they were closed by one of the five people cleaning up. I thought it was weird for them to have been closed with the doors unlocked, but left anyway. I drove less than half a mile down the road, got a sandwich from Jersey Mikes and was home before 10:00. As I was eating my delicious sandwich I looked online to see when Jimmy Johns closed, and it was 10:00. It's basic business sense to have consistent hours your customers can rely on without feeling their patronage is a burden. I love Jimmy John's. I order delivery from this location at least twice a month. Always fast, friendly, inexpensive, and delicious. I love the Vito, the Turkey Tom, and the salt and vinegar chips. My company ordered frequently from this location for delivery but we recently moved 1/2 block from our old location and now we are told that we are out of their delivery area. I have called the manager and tried to get them to expand their delivery area and they did as a courtesy to us for a while but now they say their regional manager will not let them delivery out of the area anymore. I started going to Jimmy Johns in 2009 once week after my Tai Chi class (yeah, it's good even for Bikers) because they were the only thing reasonably healthy on the way home. My wife put me on a low-carb diet and now these guys are the ONLY sub shop that offers lettuce wraps. They do it well here and always have. I've been to a couple of others in the greater Columbia area and they don't wrap theirs as tight. I'd give these guys five stars if JJ's offered lemon juice for their tea or water or jalepeno peppers. That's a company issue and not this JJ franchise. Love the music no matter what JJ's I'm in. Several of my riding buddies don't mind dropping in with me after a ride because they can always find something they like and we can all go outside to eat and smoke a quality cigar while discussing our latest or next ride together. Outdoor seating is a vanishing feature with many fast food chains that actually used to feature such...ala McDonalds back in the day. read more
