I can never say anything good about this location. The other day I ordered Jimmy Johns to work, I work in the same town center. Once I received my sandwich my kick-in rach had exploded all over the inside of the bag. Once I called to ask if I could have another, the manager claimed that he sold me that last one, and that I'd can have free kick in ranch the next time I order. But when I go to Jimmy John's I'm looking for a quick yummy sandwich and that's exactly what I got. I went around noon on a Saturday so they were obviously busy, but everyone got what they wanted quickly and with courtesy. I get food delivered on my lunch breaks, and have for a while. The last month, it has taken at least 20 minutes for then to deliver my food and I work in the Town center! This has happened multiple times and I have 30 minutes for lunch. The other day the driver even forgot my drink in his car. No apology, no exolaination for the wait. I tried Jimmy John's for the first time last night 1/7/18. I placed an order for dinner to be delivered at my workplace. I ordered the porker and what I received was a huge disappointment. I paid nearly twelve dollars for hard bread, discolored lettuce, and very skimpy meat. Each half had one piece of ham and a quarter piece of bacon. I called the store to let them know I was unhappy to give them an opportunity to fix rather than jumping on Yelp, which I've never done. I was told I would receive a refund and that a manager would call me on 1/8/18. I did not receive a call, so I called back. I was told that refunds are not given and the manager was sick. Maybe when a manager comes in I would be able to receive a credit then. Even if an attempt would have been made to bring me a new sandwich tonight at my work would've fixed the issue for me. I find it very upsetting that no one took it upon themselves to try and make it right for me in a manager's absence. Needless to say I will never order from Jimmy John's again. I'll continue to be satisfied with pizza and Chinese. read more
