They didn't have a delivery driver that day (6/5/21) but the website still took my delivery order, made no mention of the delivery issue, and made me wait an hour or so until I called them. The explained that they had no driver and offered to cancel the order or I could pick it up. I cancelled the order. This is an unusually unreliable store. I'd give zero stars if I could. I called to order three subs for the kids. The guy who answered the phone and asked me for my order and then had to put it in again, which is fine. Then the manager came on and said we only have four sandwich breads left. I said fine pick whichever bread you have left. She yelled into the phone "you don't have to be rude" and hung up the phone. That comment was unwarranted and out of left field. She should be fired. I will never buy Jimmy Johns food again. That was unprofessional and totally uncalled for. This will probably be my last time ordering from here. We don't order very often, but once in a while my kids really want it. I've consistently had items missing, the wait time is always closer to an hour (which really isn't a huge deal unless you pride yourself of "fast" delivery) and there is a blatant disregard for delivery instructions. I asked for the food to be left on my porch for contactless delivery & instead, my doorbell was rung and my door was knocked on for me to only answer to someone without a mask on and standing way too close. read more

AWFUL SERVICE!! Ordered a delivery today, an hour goes by still haven't received my order so I call the store. They said that the driver was on the road. So I decided to wait thinking my food would be there shortly. Nope I guessed wrong! Another 35 minutes went by so I called back. I got yelled at on the phone by an employee and then he hung up on me refusing me to speak to a manager. I called back and was able to speak with a manager and told hil about my bad experience and he said that he would void my order and my money would go back on my card in 4 business days. First and last time here. Ordered a roast beef sandwich to go. I paid and took it home to eat. Opened it up and see a salami and cheese sandwich instead. Big problem because I don't eat pork and it was too late to go back and exchange it. Called the place hoping they would deliver the correct sandwich to me but no, the teenaged manager said their driver had 3 more orders to deliver and I'd have to wait until closing to get mine. Awful! " Never " been to a jimmy Johns and received a fb post about $1 sub.. Went there .. Total bait and switch.. I showed the post .. But was told .. I should have.. Blah blah blah.. This is my normal jimmy johns and I've never had an issue with them! Their delivery is always quick. Recently I had an order delivered and they had forgotten a bag of my chips. I'm not a huge complainer and hadn't planned on calling the store (especially on a Saturday afternoon). However, about 5 minutes later, my delivery guy came back and brought the chips! He said they fell out of his bag and he figured he'd just bring them back cuz he was right by my house! He had mentioned in earlier conversation that he had also made my sandwiches that he delivered! I've only had a great experience with this location and will continue to order from them. read more

I love Jimmy Johns. I always get a Beach Club on wheat bread. This location is a little disappointing though, as the sandwiches are sloppily put together compared to other locations. They also forgot to put turkey on my sandwich on several occasions, and almost no lettuce. read more

i don't understand how you can screw up jimmy johns but okayyy. i ordered online and picked up my sandwich in shop. the workers were nice but upon being rang up i noticed that all of the freshly baked bread on the shelves were a dark brown, like they were cooked too long. this worried me but i figured my sub wouldn't be made with the bread that i was looking at. i got the sandwich home, and of course mine was made with the over-baked bread! now i am not picky at all, and if something is wrong with my food as long as it's not too crazy i usually just eat it anyway. and in this case, i did. but i should have called and complained. the bread was so hard at the bottom that i hurt my gums biting into it. i have never had bread that hard from jimmy johns! i know their bread is not as soft as other sub shops, but it is also not crisp at the bottom! i hadn't had jj's in a while so i thought maybe the bread had always been that way and i never noticed. but nope, i ordered from a different location a couple weeks later and the bread was like it should have been. i could understand if i just had one bad French bread out of the bunch, but they had at least 10 shelves of this over-baked bread just waiting to be served to other individuals! no way, jose! read more

Don't eat here. Just went into and ordered two sandwiches and watched the girl making the sandwiches constantly wipe here face with the globe on and then continued making the sandwich. She did this three times just on a two sandwich order. Then the other employee said I guess we shouldn't touch our face and continue making food. Like really? So I went here Sunday and I had a girl take my order she got up from being on her phone then after taking my order made my food didn't wash her hands put gloves on. Then a little kid was running around in the back and was touching food. Went back today and they took my order wrong when I said it clear and were super slow and took 10 minutes to make my food were more concerned talking about basketball then getting me taken care of. They always give me my extra mayo packets, but always forget napkins. They are super fest at delivery though.

I keep returning to this location regularly, so that proves it's become my favorite place for lunch! Heck even dinner! Excellent sandwiches, but # 14 is my favorite, at an excellent price! Eat hardy without taking to much of a dent in your wallet. Plus, it's a lot more healthy than all those fast food burgers & fries I use to eat. read more

Just ordered a #12 and a large drink..... the girl comes over rings it up and says that will be $12 something.... I said for 1 sandwich and a large drink... she said oh he thought you said #12 and #3.... understandable it's loud in there... Rush back to work to eat it, open it up, it has lettuce, not sprouts on it that really make the sandwich!!! Freaky slow, freaky useless. Everytime we order thru their online app, the order always takes any where from 45mins to an hour for delivery. This is the reason we have been ordering from Jimmy Johns less and less. The delivery problem is not due to the delivery driver, but the manager who is running the store. Issues like this need to be solved by management. Every time we call to find out what the status of our order and the excuses come out. The person on the phone, is never sorry for the inconvience, asking any way we can compensate for the delay, or any kind, polite words. This is what we would like the call customer service, which this Jimmy Johns does not have any clue what that is. After we get our order tonight, I will not buy any food from Jimmy Johns again. I am deleting the app and never eating their food again. Thanks but no thanks. I advise other people to not use this Jimmy Johns location again. read more

this is our go to spot to order from at work when we are starving and in a hurry. never had an issue until today. i ordered online because nobody would pick up the phone, it just rang busy. the driver brought my food and it was missing the chips (i prepaid) i wasnt going to fuss because, things happen, not a huge deal. however, the reason i decided to write the review is because it has been 2 hours since this happened, and the phone is still busy!! all i needed was for the manager(who i was told put my order together) to simply refund the $2 back onto my card. its only $2, not the end of the world, but to not answer your business phone for hours is just ridiculous...so now that has me pissy. answer the phone!!!!! read more
