I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but that kind of attitude shouldn't carry over to customers. There were 7 of us, and I will say the food came out quickly, which we all appreciated because we were starving. We ordered the whole boneless chicken, chicken shawarma sandwich, fried kibbie, rice, hummus, and salad, and everything was absolutely delicious. The food never disappoints here. The only downside was... where was our server? She was pretty much nonexistent throughout the meal. Thankfully, I asked my favorite server to take over, and he stepped in without hesitation. From that point on, the service was amazing, exactly what I've come to expect from this place. Despite the rough start, I'll definitely be back. It's esthetically beautiful. There's lots of parking; and the staff is always wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant is family oriented, but also great for business lunches, dining with friends or solo. They also offer catering. The food is top-notch and always fresh. The menu boasts lots of the Mediterranean favorites, such as raw juices, smoothies, breakfast, flat bread options, various salads, schawarma, burgers, appetizers (the roasted potatoes--yum), and healthy meals such as vegetarian options, chicken and lamb entrees. Don't forget a yummy side of warm pita bread. I usually order as I did this time, a Fatooush salad with extra garlic on the side.
