I love they have the option of curbside pickup. Each time I've ordered my food has been made fresh and esthetically pleasing to the eyes! My only complaint is concerning the curbside pickup area! Particularly the landscaping. If you park in the 2nd parking spot your vehicle will be obscured by trees! I have waited over 10 mins for my curbside order! This is all due to employees not seeing my vehicle! I would strongly encourage whoever owns the property to remove and/or trim the bushes please! I brought this to the attention of a team member and she mentioned that it's up to the property owner! Property owner please, DO BETTER and have your landscapers trim those bushes!! They keep forgetting my drink and not crediting me for it on combo orders in their app. When I call them back they seem not to care that they've stolen money from me by not delivering everything ordered. This is twice in a row now that I've paid for a bottled drink and not gotten one (both curb side and home delivery). Also, their orders take over 90 minutes to deliver to a five minute away location... they seemed not to care about their mistake when I called in. Wouldn't be a big deal if there was less attitude on the phone and they corrected the issue. It's about time management steps in and corrects the poor service attitude on the evening shift--they've effectively stolen from me twice now. Let me just say the disappointment is real this is the most sloppy sandwich ever! Another case of people not caring about the quality of the work. Today on Sunday May 7th between 1:30 and 2:00 pm approximately, I almost called the police on an employee at Jimmy Johns because he kept barking at my dog intentionally trying to distract her and was making the environment over stimulating!!! He would have been fined for it but thankfully he stopped and I didn't have to say anything and McKenzie and I could continue our public access service training while my husband was getting his hair cut and I was able to avoid taking the polices time away from more important matters. We then went on to have an amazing training session and she performed wonderfully everywhere we went. "We are short staffed, your order is on the way". Delivery guy shows up shortly, is super apologetic, and so friendly. We have been there 3 times since they opened last month. On the first VisitI jumped 2 feet in the air when they all screamed "welcome to Jimmy John's" at me as we walked through the door. It was ridiculous, like the Awful Waffle. I tried the Big John (roast beef) and I was a little stunned by the fact that you have to pay $1 extra for a paper thin layer of provalone. It was cut so thin that I don't even see how they sliced it so thin. On the second visit I got a California Club. It was pretty good but the sprouts tasted strong and I had half left over for lunch the next day and it was nasty and wet when I opened it up. On the third visit I got a Country Club and same thing happened to this one it was water soaked the next day for lunch so maybe it was not the sprouts, maybe it was the lettuce? Or is it the turkey meat that makes the sandwich so soggy by the next day? The sprouts still tasted weird. The husband seems to really like the Tuna so maybe next time I will try that. I hate that they lay your sandwiches up on the counter and it's up to you to reach over for a bag and bag your own food. I mean REALLY? at least tell me what the process is so I don't look like an idiot when I say "oh ours was to go" and you look at me like I am crazy and tell me the bags are right there. ** UPDATE*** I have been back 5 times since the previous reviews it is still not my first choice but the husband seems to enjoy this place so I am stuck. Today I asked for a number 6 no mayonnaise. What I opened up was .... no mayonnaise, and it was cut in half. ?? why was it cut in half? I asked because at first I thought it had no avocado either since it had such a small smear of avocado. She said " I do not know why they cut it. The avocado is supposed to be put in between the cheese." My reply " why is my sandwich cut in half, but and his is not?" "I don't know, maybe it said on the receipt to cut it". ====OH I see... so now I know when I go in there I have to say... "a number 6, no mayo and since I do not eat cheese (Vegan) can you put the avocado on it maybe on the bread? and please resist the urge to cut my sandwich in half I am not a toddler." Looks to me like you are about to get whatever the person making the sammich likes. I came to this Jimmy John's 2/14/23 at 2:00pm. The two gentlemen that helped me behind the counter were so nice. My daughter had a hard time deciding her order, and the young man at the register was so kind and patient with her. THEN I accidentally got the water button stuck in the on position while filling my cup. I could not get it to stop dispensing water. The other man behind the counter came over right away, fixed it, and somehow made me laugh about the whole situation. I asked them for a veggie sub and typically it comes packed with loads of good veggies, but this time it literally looked like a sub with a couple pieces of lettuce, two pickles, and two slices of tomatoes. I have ordered from this specific location multiple times before and have always generously tipped. The turnover rate is crazy here... there's always someone in training. I ordered a veggie sandwich and they put three of the smallest cucumbers and pickles on my sandwich. Nothing else. The sandwiches are made super fast and they're consistently good. There's a wide variety of sandwiches and ingredients to put in the sandwiches. I'm up for any sandwich with guac! Day old bread is $0.45 so that's awesome for people who like stale bread or need old bread for croutons, bread pudding, etc. The music is a little loud so sometimes it's tough to hear the cashier. The establishment is clean and the staff are friendly, so that's great. Parking can be a hassle especially during lunch but overall, JJ's is a great place for a really quickly made meal. read more

I have gotten subs delivered a couple of times since then and they have been pretty good. More meat than when I went the first time. And, they just taste better than what I had the first time. I still wish they would toast the bread on their sandwiches, and they need to cut the sandwiches in half. On-line ordering is very easy. I can't believe how fast they have gotten my orders delivered! I love the subs here. They are very flavorful. And just like their radio ads, they are "freaky fast." I usually get my haircut at the great clips right next door and then come to Jimmy Johns. I paid cash for the sub and the sub was almost ready before the teller gave me my change back. I ordered 7 sandwiches for my entire family and I asked specifically for 5 #9's on wheat sandwich bread, 1 giant #16 with avocado. When I got my order I told the sandwich maker they were to be made on wheat sandwich bread, but if it was wheat sub rolls it will be fine and he said ok as if they were made with wheat sub rolls. When I got home none of my number 9's were on sub rolls they were all made with white sub rolls, and the avocado that I paid for was t added to my #16 and nor was it on a wheat sub roll. Jimmy John's has been the go to spot for my family when we are craving a Jersey style sub. My personal favorite is the gargantuan. Even though they only offer one size sub, they are sure to fill you right up.
