For the past two days this restaurant has provided approx 25 meals for lunch participants of our work event. Setting up the food choices, payment and pickup was not only easy but professional. We set up a pickup time and the food along with condiments and napkins in each box was done automatically. The staff is always pleasant and take pride in being customer friendly. Our office will definitely continue to work with this restaurant from here on out. The only negative is the entrance entering and leaving the parking lot. read more

Cashier messed up my order and made me pay the difference after I showed her the receipt and explained the issue. Also tried to charge me for the fork that I never received in the original order. Also didn't seem to care from a customer service standpoint at all, as she worked very slowly to "fix" the issues and spent time chatting with her coworkers about non-work related topics. read more

Other reviews complain about limited menu. Far from my experience. Menu seemed comprehensive to me down to the kale crunch side salad. I opted for salad with berries and apples. I swapped grilled chicken for nuggets and blue cheese for cheddar. My salad was made to order quickly and was delish. More fresh apples, blueberries, and strawberries than I'd expect. 3rd stop on the chicken biscuit tour-wow this Chick fil a has it going on! Crazy line set up like an amusement park- it must get super busy here- plus awnings for the cars and workers for shade! Two stars because the interior is nicely decorated, and there's some really good quality lotion in the restroom. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and they gave me vanilla and argued that it was strawberry . I know what a strawberry milkshake tastes like because it's the only one that I drink . Even if you DID give me the right drink if I bring it back and say it's not strawberry then your response should be "I apologize" and then simply fix the mistake . read more

What happened? I have always found Chick-fil-a to be a consistent and comforting place to dine regardless of the location. However, I now find my home base Chick-fil- a has become just another fast food restaurant. A 90 health grade, slow service and just not up to par. I have watched the health grade gradually slip from the high 90's or 100 that always offered comfort. I waited in the drive up line for 10 minutes last evening to buy 4 orders of chicken strips. Once I finally got to the window I was told that I would need to pull aside and enjoy an additional wait. I got my money back much to the surprise of the staff. Someone holding a Chick-fil-a accountable.......No Waaaay! This is the fifth bad experience at this location in the last 60-days. Last night was the final straw and cancelling my order hopefully gets their attention even if it is for a moment. I appreciate the Chick-fil-a culture and the family environment. Ultimatley this one needs to focus on the core mission which is a quality customer experience. This operator has been associated with the franchise a very long time. He should be able to recognize the problems and correct the situation. His good fortune is that this Chick-fil-a location is in the retail center of a fast food town. read more

I've only been here once but I give them a 5 star. We were traveling in a large truck and trailer and never would have made it in the line, or parking lot with all the traffic. A young lady walked by and we asked if there was another way to order; she took our order right there and it took no time to get it back out to us. Mind you we are a large family of 5. This place has a play land!!! Which was such a blessing to see when we were staying in a hotel and it got dark at 6PM. Part of our order came out wrong and they gave us the corrected item without question and let us keep the wrong item. Staff was pretty efficient, especially considering this place was hopping!! I was in the Chick Fil A on Skibo Road in Fayetteville NC and I noticed that an employee was very abusive to staff. Her name is Madi and she is a Senior Executive in the store. She is very rude to those at the front of the house and it appears to me that she has allowed her position to get to her head. She treats those at the front of the house like they are beneath them and is very condescending when speaking to them. She doesn't care about the overall mental health of those that work with her and is not friendly overall. I cannot help but feel sorry for those that work with her because they all seem to be miserable working with her. If you have someone that doesn't value their employees and respect them then I don't see how this store will be able to maintain quality employees. I've noticed several people have left the job after years of working there once she started working there and I question her ability to lead a team with her attitude. I know the director Cody knows her on a personal level and I wonder if that personal relationship plays a big part in the way she treats others. read more

I visited Chick-Fila on Skibo road today to grab my usual meal. A chicken club with coby jack cheese. I gave the young lady in the drive through my order and my food was brought to me about 7 mins in as I was waiting in line. Upon checking my bag I noticed several things that were requested were not there. I informed another young lady in the drive through and she promptly brought the items to me (ketchup, bbq sauce & mayo) I waited in line another 7 or 8 minutes stuck because there is no way out unless the people in front of you clear. I decided to check and make sure my sandwich was fresh because the last time I ordered this very same meal from the same restaurant on Skibo rd my wheat bread was stale. While checking my sandwich I noticed that it was not a club sandwich but a plain ole chicken sandwich. I notified the young woman at the window and I overheard her manager Ethan Hess say she would need to pay for the additional charges for the bacon and cheese. In most cases I would not have an issue if this issue was an oversight in my behalf. I explained to the young lady that I don't think that is very good customer service since this was not a mistake made by me. I also explained that this is an inconvenience for me and I have already been sitting in this like for 15 minutes. She basically said we'll my manager above me Ethan Hess said I couldn't do it. I decided to go inside and sort things out because I didn't think it was very good customer service that they were telling me I needed to fix a mistake they made. Another manager Jonathan Mcneill greeted me and basically told me the same thing, I proceeded to explain again where is the customer service, he replied we can only give you what you pay for. Like really. My time and inconvenience isn't worth you all to correct an issue that your employee made. He repeated sorry we only can give you what you pay for. I explained to him it's the principle my time is with more than $2.00, I would have gladly paid any price that young lady told me with no issue. Why as a so called valued customer should I be inconvenienced and then told I have to pay for that inconvenience. Seriously!! Final resolution I asked for a refund received my refund. Collected names and here I am writing a review instead of eating my chicken club sandwich and fries. I never thought I would have to write about our beloved Chick-fila in this manner. It's very ironic that the Owner Operations Cody Hopper's mission is "It's my full-time job-and really my passion-to make sure your visit is always a great one." I have to say Cody this was the worst customer service I ever had at a fast food restaurant and that says a-lot considering other fast places - it's giving Mcdonalds. read more

Managers were quite rude and condescending. Food was cold, I complained about it and the managers said that I was lying because there was another manager making the food in the back so it had to be perfect. I left a google review and they deleted it. Lol. Thanks to Yelp, they wont be able to delete this one. Also, the employees looked very unhappy. I said one looked like she needed a break and she said that the managers refused to give her one because there were too many people in the line. So, they treat customers AND their employees terribly.
