We have always been JJ fans. But tonight, four people were working, we went through the drive-through. It took an excessive amount of time to get our food. But the bigger problem was, our meat tasted old, and our sandwiches did not taste anything like we usually get. Ordered 3 #1 Pepe regular subs, got home opened them up and very disappointed to see 1.5 slices of ham on one of the three subs and barely 2 pieces of ham on the other two. Save your $23.18 unless you want to pay for bread and some lettuce. If i did not live so far away I'd have brought them back for a refund. The service here sucks, they make your food wrong almost every time OR forget something, the person running drive through has an AirPod is and says "HUH" every time you say something, if you took out the AirPod you could hear. Jimmy John's is no longer freaky fast they take 15 minutes sitting at the window to get you food that ends up wrong. read more

Georgetown Jimmy John's has great subs. I frequently get delivery but also eat in on occasion and both are fairly efficient. Delivery is typically freaky fast as advertised. I'd actually rate them a 3.5 because of two service related beefs with this location but because i love the food rounded up to 4. First, I have been ordering delivery from them for years (since the location opened). On random occasions they decide they cannot deliver to my area. It seems to last for a couple of weeks, then call for delivery and BAM! Suddenly they can deliver again. Second, if you eat inside and order water there is a charge. I have no problem paying but they tell you that the only option for water is to purchase the 32oz cup even though they sell other sized sodas. It is only like $0.50 but seems like a really tacky way to just make a few extra dimes. read more

I completely forgot this place existed -- it's not been on my radar of places to eat. I used to order Jimmy John's for lunch (from another location) for years, then moved here and forgot about it. Then earlier this year, I was driving near Lowe's, saw this, and decided to get a sandwich. Something different from the monotony of fast food. And. Well. It's just a regular Jimmy John's. The bread is yummy! So are the cookies. Everything else is OK. But gosh, a bit expensive for a basic sub sandwich. Would I drive out of my way to come here again? Probably not. But if I'm at Maurices (nearby store) or something, and super hungry, I'll try to remember this is here. read more

Not as fast as most Jimmy Johns but very good and always helpful on the phone. I love the app and how easy it is to use and customize. The drivers are always very nice and call when they are close. I always get the unwich to be healthy but today I splurged and got the Italian on French bread! I was not disappointed! Been placing the same order 2 to 3 times a month for over 4 years.... today suddenly, I'm out of delivery area, when I live approximately 2.4 miles from the store. This is like a regular Jimmy John's sub joint. I will start out this review by saying I am not a fan of their food normally, but have ate here on a few occasions. I do have to say their bread is what makes them anything. That bread is to die for. They sell jimmy john chips and cookies. They are suppose to makes subs so fast i will freak. By that if they mean I will have time to find a seat, get a drink, sit it on my table, use the restroom, wash my hands, come back and refill my drink. Then they are correct. LOL. A super fast and very yummy sub place, I enjoy the Beach Club sandwich. Great for when you are running late to work and need to pick up something to eat later on your lunch. They are faster than most fast food drive thru and carry out places and also have a small dining room inside. It's always super clean and the staff is nice and know the sandwiches by heart. Worse than bad! I would give it zero stars if possible. Stopped on a road trip I-75. It was a new shop, my sandwich wasn't what my wife ordered. When She took it back and showed them on the receipt that she ordered wheat bread the owner leaned across the counter with a wild-eyed look that said "I'm going to lose my shirt" and started to argue. He refused to correct the order and denied they made a mistake even though it was obvious from the receipt. At best, the quality is sub-subway. NOT a gourmet sandwich by any stretch of the imagination. The only thing halfway decent was the hot peppers. Bathrooms were clean but the food is overpriced and service is awful. We were traveling through on a 9 hour drive, had great service and meal, and accidentally left a billfold there. Five hours down the road we realized billfold was missing. Tried to place order for delivery, the person who answer the phone was rude laughing in the background when I explained where I lived which is in a 2 mile radius (which is only their delivery radius) informed me that I live 4 miles away from the restaurant. I call this restaurant about once a month from my place of employment. Sometimes they deliver and sometimes they tell me I'm out of their service area. They can't even keep their own policies straight. Even better, their so-called policy doesn't allow delivery to the downtown area. There's one Jimmy John's in town and they won't deliver to our downtown. How stupid! Where do they think most of their calls might come from???? BAD management and inconsistency leads me to believe that all aspects of this establishment must be bad. read more

I love the sweet aroma of an amazing sandwich as it enters my nostrils and I can't contain my mouth from watering until saliva is almost dripping out of my mouth; which is why I decided I was going to try Jimmy John's for the first time. As I walked up to the counter a small girl greeted me and I ordered a sandwich that I wanted pickles on, and she distantly and rudely said that they didn't put pickles on their sandwiches. I don't understand how you can have a sandwich place where the pickles don't go on the sandwich, but that is besides the point. So, annoyed I asked if she could cut the pickle into small slices so I could do it myself and it didn't seem like it would be a problem since there were six loafing workers blobbing around behind her. That apparently was also too big of a feat to handle and she rolled her eyes full of teenage angst at me and in a mildly louder volume than speaking voice she said, "No, you can only have it whole so I can shove it up your bum hole." But other than the dispute about the pickle, the sandwich was made fast and tasted very nicely. I got a Slim 1 and it was to die for, I just wish it had pickles on it. read more
