We had a very pleasant experience when we stopped to grab some food on our way to Tennessee. The cashier was very nice and our food was fresh. As we were leaving another employee held the door for us as we walked out and told us to have a good evening. The dining room was clean and actually open. My spouse and I both made a comment as we were walking out about how it was such a friendly staff and atmosphere. Seems like so many places have employees that seem to hate working anymore that it makes you do a double take when you have a friendly and polite experience. This location is on my way to work I like to stop here as much as possible they have a great chicken cordon blue. Their staff is very friendly I have never had any kinda bad experience when I came here I mostly go through the drive through but I have been inside and the restaurant is clean all the restrooms are clean and the dining room is very inviting. The manager is very friendly and easy to get along with I am a dad so I always show her dad jokes which she laughs at, but I really would recommend this restaurant if you are in the Hamburg area doing some shopping or just driving through the prices are a little on the steep side but I don't mind paying a little bit more because they use quality meat and don't get skimpy on the portions. read more

I'm not a huge fast food fan and my experiences here have been based solely on the drive thru. Now that we have that out of the way, I'll explain about my last experience here. I was in the area yesterday and need of a fast lunch. This Hamburg area located Arby's is one of many fast food options in the area, but it sort of sits out of the way, tucked back from the other options. So I pulled right up, no other cars in line, and I immediately placed my order. I will say that the drive thru seems to be backwards and seems redundant to have to make two laps around the building to complete a drive thru excursion. It's a one window simple experience, but it was quick and painless. They recently started serving and promoting their new gyros. I spotted the big "2 for $6" promotion sign on the window of another location and I've been thinking about trying one every since. In this case, I was alone and only needed one gyro, so that was $3.99. There is no way that I could stop by an Arby's and not order a curly fry, which is one of my all time favorite foods. Both my fry and turkey gyro were hot and excellent. At first I thought the turkey portion was a bit shy, but after I adjusted the sliced turkey around, and even distributed it evenly across, I was impressed. I think they used at least two sauces, one that I recognized as one that they used one their turkey sub that I was addicted to years ago. This new gyro could be dangerous! read more

Arby's is one of those fast food places I've always loved but end up only going to once in a blue moon because I either forget they exist or there's not one convenient to my standard migratory path. After discovering this one nestled next to Taco Bell and around the corner from the secret Outback in Hamburg, I decided to stop in for a quick bite. Arby's has always had a rep as being one of the cleaner fast food places, and this one didn't disappoint; the lobby, floors, counter, restroom, parking lot -- everything was pretty much spotless. Service was good, I got my food promptly and everything was hot, albeit somewhat disappointing. Instead of sticking with an old-school roast beef sandwich favorite, I tried one of the fancier newfangled ones: the Smokehouse Brisket (smoked beef brisket with "Smoky Q" barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, crispy fried onion straws and smoked gouda cheese on a star cut bun). The "Smoky Q Sauce" tastes like sugar mixed with cheap ketchup and ruins the whole thing. Not surprisingly, I later learned the first three ingredients of the sauce are high fructose corn syrup, water and tomato paste (in that order). Putting that garbage on good meat should be a crime. Aside from that one abomination (we'll blame corporate), this is easily the best Arby's I've ever visited. They have a really nice and inviting lobby with an elevated center section, free fast and secure Wi-Fi, and plenty of things on the menu I know I like, so I won't fault them too much for the corporate test kitchen pushing out one steaming pile of fail known as the Smokehouse Brisket. Another thing I love about Arby's is their website provides full ingredient information for every menu item and sauce served in their restaurants, so if you have any food allergies or sensitivities you can easily figure out what items or components to avoid. Got our initial order wrong left off three fires. Went back had to sit in line again. Told them I wanted the entire order redone because it was now cold. At the window, they were pushing me to the curb and I refused to go. I checked the order for fries and as I pulled out realized they had NOW left out a sandwich. I called them to report it and to their credit offered for me to sit in line again for the sandwich. Maybe if they would have wales out the door with. No. Done with Arby's. I drove up to the speaker to order and placed one order, as I told the lady to hang on a second so my wife could check out the menu and order too. She gave her about 10 seconds and then said "anything else?" Super hateful. I would understand if they were super busy but I was the only one there. I rarely eat Arby's because I just feel like it's one of these places that's only good to eat at every once in awhile. Anyways, we were in town and decided to grab a bite here. We went through the drive-thru as we were headed somewhere and didn't have time to eat in. It took about 8 minutes to get through the drive-thru and once we got our drinks and food we pulled up a bit to make sure everything was right as it's possible to have human error. Anyways, the first thing that was wrong was that my extra side of cheese wasn't in bag, so I went in and got my cheese, got back in the car and realized my husbands sandwich had the red ranch in it that he asked to not have on it so I took it back in, came back out to eat my food and realized that they gave me a regular chicken slider when I asked for buffalo. So I got my sandwich and came back out and my daughter said she didn't get fries with her kids meal...in for a 4th time. Probably after the second trip I should have triple checked everything. Anyways, I apologized to management even though I felt like they should have apologized to me, and they didn't. I really feel like we should have even been compensated. This is one place I seem to stop by when they add some new stuff to the menu. The power of advertising works for them. I wanted to try the Italian as it looked really good. So I ordered it with no banana peppers due to an allergy or onions because they overpower anything when not cooked besides a hotdog with mustard. I get the sandwich and open it up and it was cold snd supposed to be toasted. So I looked through it and between the layers of meat you could see where they had made it previously with banana peppers as they meat was stained with yellow circles where the peppers had been. I'm highly allergic to them so I took it back and showed the manger and told her that I was allergic and they wasn't cool to just take them off an already made sandwich. She gave me a really mean look like I had called her a name. She remade my sandwich and threw the other in the trash and when I came to get it she refunded my $ without me asking otherwise I would give this visit 1 star. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. My young daughter likes to walk around the live tree in their lobby. My family visits this location near Hamburg at least once a month. I do not believe there has ever been an error on any order placed, and we have been going there for 6 or so years now. Their management must be doing something right because we have never had any issues with anything at all. Food is good, but the service has always been exceptional. Thank you! read more
