I occasionally go thru the drive through at this location. Up until about a month or two ago the experience has been very good. The people and service has been helpful. Professional and polite. The food is consistently good. I have been through the drive through twice recently and while the food is still good, the woman taking orders and delivering the food is rude. If you ask a question, she is short and very clear to point out what they CANNOT do without any apology or concern. The biggest issue with her answers if that they are not consistent with the Jimmy Johns website. Not going back until she is no longer customer facing! read more

I usually love this place and I'm still willing to go but.... They put brown lettuce on my sandwich, which can give deadly viruses to people or food poisoning. Coming from Cincinnati towards the airport, Jimmy Johns is one exit west. Great place to stop for lunch or dinner on the way to the airport. The staff are friendly and very fast. The sandwiches are great and worth the extra 5 minutes to drive past the airport and back. BTW: Jimmy Johns delivers in the area, and you can order online too. read more

This is the 3rd time I have been too this location too get turned away after ordering because they don't accept higher bills. Confused because I came here 10 mins no more than twenty closing and just wanted one sandwich. I had my twin infants with me and they were asleep, they asked if I could come inside because their drive they closed early which I do not think is true. I think they were mad that I came shortly before close and wanted me to not come in because they instead wanted to scroll through Facebook on their cell phones. Food is always good, quick and well made. This comment is not about the food. The music is also "good" - but it's just TOO LOUD. When you can't hear the person across the table from you, then it needs to be turned down. Last time I checked Jimmy Johns wasn't a nightclub. I asked the "guy" behind the counter if they could turn down the music and he shrugged his shoulders and said "maybe"..... -- really? The music was never turned down. wow. and I guess I mistakenly thought that I was the customer. In case you think that it's just us, there were other customers that came in (during lunch time) while we were there - NONE OF THEM STAYED TO EAT! It's almost as if the *employees* want to hear the music, but since the speakers are in the eating area, they turn it UP so "they" can hear it -- and too bad for the customers. Definitely lives up to their promise of quality food fast - even when not a delivery. I went through the drive-thru one night and placed my order and watched them make the sandwich quickly, neatly and with expertise. I would recommend to anyone needing a good sandwich, fast! read more

Fast service, good sandwiches, didn't even notice any music the one time we ate our sandwiches (reference to other Yelp review). It can be tricky to get to (coming from the south you have to drive past it and come in the back), but for us, it's a great place to swing in and grab some lunch to take home. read more

I was staying at a hotel 4.1 miles away, under a 10 minute drive, and they wouldn't deliver. Kind of odd for a Jimmy Johns....

Went through the drive through for my children. After arriving home and back to work, realized that our order was wrong. The manager admitted that he made the sandwiches wrong- must have read it wrong- but was unwilling to deliver the correct sandwich. I either had to return or get a credit. I asked why they couldn't deliver as it was their error and I was back at work already. He said because we didn't pay a delivery charge and came through the drive through, that was the drivers compensation. I asked about my compensation for having to drive back for THEIR error, and he was unable to respond. I will no longer visit another Jimmy Johns if this is their corporate's way of treating customers. read more

This review is for today's experience only. I've been ordering from this Jimmy John's for a while because I work in the area and they've messed my order the past 4 or 5 times straight and I've never given a fuss because the crew was extremely nice, very apologetic. I've never asked for anything free, never had an attitude or became upset until today. Today, they gave me the wrong sandwich, so I drove to the store just to have the sandwich replaced after spending almost $30 (because I order for a group of 3 or more) the lady wouldn't replace the sandwich because I didn't bring the right sandwich back, I don't know which was the right sandwich because they all had salami on them. I've never had this issue in the past, but I have a beef allergy and all the sandwiches had beef on them. So instead of doing what everyone else has done, including the manager, she didn't correct the mistake, didn't offer to give me my money back and the situation was turning into a back an forth, so I just gave her the sandwich anyway and walked out. I love the people in the store typically, but will no longer order from there nor recommend it if that particular associate is working. I don't know what the store policy is on returns, but it has never been a problem in the past to get it corrected, it shouldn't have been one today, and now I've wasted my money on something I couldn't eat. read more
