I was able to eat half of the burrito but couldn't make myself continue. I ate 1 tater tot and half of the small burrito. I went to pay the bill and was only told "sorry", with a plate full of food. Tip guilt is real because regardless of the inedible food, I still felt obliged to tip eventhough she should have taken the plate of salt off the bill. Oh well... live and learn but BUYER BEWARE... don't eat at this place.

The outlets were not very busy as it was getting on in the evening, but my sandwich, "The Italian", was loaded with cold cuts including ham and salami pressed between two fluffy, toasted slabs of tender white bread. While not haute cuisine, it was exactly what I wanted and very well executed. I would love to sample some of the other items on the menu on my next trip through Cincinnati. Recommended.

Professional and polite. The food is consistently good. I have been through the drive through twice recently and while the food is still good, the woman taking orders and delivering the food is rude. If you ask a question, she is short and very clear to point out what they CANNOT do without any apology or concern. The biggest issue with her answers if that they are not consistent with the Jimmy Johns website. Not going back until she is no longer customer facing!
