As I've said before I eat here all the time because I work nearby. I've discussed a lot of their stuff before but there's a new gem to discuss. That would be the Nashville Hot Fish Sandwich. It's a pretty basic looking sandwich with the bun, fish, tartar sauce, lettuce, and pickle the latter two I left off. The tartar sauce is fine but the awesome is in the fish breading. Lemme just start out and say this place fucking sucks. I've been to a lot of Arbys and this one is by far the worst. The cashier was rude to me and they shorted me on my roast beef and then the manager denied it completely. The only employee that was nice to me was the extremely tall one with black hair. He was very polite and understanding the next day to dispute the mess up. The lobby floor was filthy and the tables were just as dirty. the one with the purple and green was very friendly and they talked to me while I waited on my fries. Went to Arby's and ordered 3 medium roast beef, got back to work and there is no way these are mediums, call and talked to the manager and she said I could bring them back and they would weigh them. I explained I could not come back because I was at work. So she said to bring them back either tonight or tomorrow. I asked if she was serious and she said what do I expect, they will not let me have the food and give me a refund. I love Arby's but not this one. Food is always cold, the service is sketchy depending on what management you have working there. Usually it is slow but today takes the cake. I didn't want the ancient cold fries that the manager scolded the crew for as she was handing them to me. She then gave me an annoyed look when I said I didn't want those. I guess this meant I wasn't getting any fries because after I again got up for the 3rd time to ask about them I was told by the only available crew member to go talk to someone at the​ counter which was full. Well I am giving the lower rating not because of their food but because of the service I received. I ordered a normal combo and asked for Potato Cakes instead of a fries. So I pulled up to the window and he handed me the food. Not thinking I took the car out of park and started to pull forward. As I start to pull away I notice my drink is not there. So I parked, got out of the car and went in to get my drink. They looked at me like I had two heads when I said you didn't give me my drink. So finally they brought me a drink after a few minutes. So I go back to my car and check the rest of my order. Well they gave me fries instead of potato cakes. So I go back in again, they again gave me this look like why is this guy here. So the manager comes up this time, I told her I asked for potato cakes instead of fries. She grabbed the bag from my hand, threw away the fries and put a large order of potato cakes. She did offer me a cherry turn over to "fix the problem" but I told her no thanks and I left. The manager did "try" and make it better but the rest of the employees didn't seem to care or know what was going on.
