This place is back to being disgusting, quality is terrible and employees are lazy, nasty place. Just went and waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, no biggie but its every time, to then get to the window and it was obvious my food sat there most of the time. Large nacho fries barely half full, cheese cup I kid you not had a quarter inch of cold hard cheese, that was enough for 2 fries. Almost like the employees get kickbacks for not giving you what you ordered. Oh well at least the cheesy double beef burritos should be good, nope, hard tortillas, tasted like mulch and only had beef, rice, and the hard tortilla pieces. Probably tasted like mulch because of the employee who kept going in and out while working on a van in the middle of the parking lot that I had to drive around. I literally spit out the burrito it tasted so disgusting. Never can just get what I pay for, even the easiest menu item was cold and disgusting. Don't waste your time, money, "make a sandwich" or go eat the literal mulch in front of your house because it'll probably taste better, and you can eat as much as you want. I recently broke my ankle , didn't bring my crutches and thought as usual I could go through drive thru , nope they refused me my food . Officially done with this particular Taco Bell, I'd avoid this location if you want food or if you don't like long waits. This location use to be amazing up until about 2016, I don't know if it's new management or what but it has definitely gone down hill and keeps getting worse. LIARS AND THIEFS. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. They claimed their Credit Card processing was down and could only do cash only. It seems they were just incompetent and wanted to make sure that customers couldn't charge back their money. Fine whatever though, but they proceeded to mess up my order that I had to go back to fix. However, after I went back, I found out they messed up more of my order. I called and nicely asked if they could deliver or I could come back the next day to get compensated. They said they would deliver in 10min to make it up. Great I'm satisfied. 30min go bye and nothing. I call back and check on an eta. They say the delivery driver would be there in 5min. Sure. I wait another 30min. This is now a hour after I originally called and 1hr30min after my first order. It's 1am and I'm going to sleep. I call back and ask where my order is as this is the 3rd time I'm calling. The person on the phone tells me she needs to put me on hold for a drive-through customer when she's already on the phone with me. At this point I knew they never sent anyone out and they were lying to begin with. I call out there bad customer service and the person on the line tells me I'm being rude and says the food was already delivered. I never got the food lol. They were just hoping I never called back and would forget about the food. This Taco Bell is AWFUL. It used to be one of the better Taco Bell's in the area but over the last year it has seriously had some issues. Between super long waits in the drive thru to not even being open without any closed signs posted anywhere during normal business hours. Even if you are lucky to get food it is never good or half the time correct. I went though tonight and ordered and got 3 wrongs items not even one was what I ordered. It wasn't even busy and there was one car behind me. Ridiculous honestly. This Taco Bell's seems to have staffing issues even before COVID hit. I'm giving 2 stars only because when I have had interaction with the people working they have usually been really nice and I can tell they are trying to improve the overall quality of this store but thats where positive reviews end. This seems like this place has a really hard time staying open, I assume they have a difficult time finding employees like a lot of other places are experiencing lately. The bigger issue is that the order is NEVER correct, ever! I really cant remember the last time we ordered here and actually got everything we ordered and it being correct. Just a week or so ago we open the bags and missing 2 items, other items didn't have Sour cream that we were charged for, we ordered no tomatoes or lettuce on a couple items which were loaded with both and I could go on and on about other orders that have not been correct. The forgotten sour cream has been somewhat a rolling joke at our house bc I order a chili cheese burrito and pay the extra cost to add sour cream every single time we go and it has probably been at least 3 years or so since the sour cream has actually been added, at this point I think they are just f'n with me or something because it makes no sense at all. Steak And Potato Boss Wrap What Is It: A very large wrap filled with steak pieces, potatoes, cheese and chipolte ranch. Presentation: It comes in its own "Boss Wrap" paper which is cool. The wrap itself looks average. 7 out of 10 Taste: This thing is impressive. The steak and potatoes are not only tasty but extremely filling. The chipolte ranch sauce is very good but even with my asking for extra sauce it was still dry. Still really good. 7 out of 10 Final Analysis: Boss Wrap is an appropriate name for this. The other day I was in a small drive thru line of maybe a maximum of 7 cars, but it took about 25 minutes to get my "fast" food from the drive thru. I went back today, and stayed in the drive thru line for about 30 minutes until I realized that we hadn't moved at all! I've lived in this area for a little over a year and with this place being close to my home, I've stopped in here more than a handful times for a quick lunch/dinner. This location is always painfully slow and the younger folks they have working are usually very disinterested in their work and don't appear to take their jobs seriously. The quality of the food preparation shows. Yesterday, I stopped in to grab my son and I a quick bite to eat but it was anything but quick. I quickly noticed a number of people standing around in the dining room and soon found out that a gentleman had been waiting close to 30 minutes for his dine-in order. Good on him for waiting but I opted for a refund and made my way down the road for something else. The employees did not offer to make it right, instead argued with us about how it was correct. We knew it wasn't. Never offered to make another one. Nothing. This is my favorite Taco Bell location. I go around 1 o'clock during the week and the food is always fresh. The lines can be a little long, but again I go during prime lunch hour. I've visited this place about 5 times since its opening and have never had a good experience. I keep thinking it will change, but it doesn't. They rarely get my order correct and they typically put a lot less meat in their items than what the picture shows.
