Got a big arch yesterday 3/24/25, woke up with food poisoning around midnight! Absolutely will not back to this location!!!

I was very disappointed with this Mcds last night I used to work there and things were always moving fast to get a better drive thru score but now? My Wife and i came here at around 11pm and placed a curbside pickup order due to the drive through having a long line and curbside is typically faster. well not at this location it's not we sat there waiting for the order for 25 mins and nobody ever came out. they marked it as completed so it didn't ruin their times and they never brought it out we sat through the entire line until it was empty and then ended up having to go through the drive thru to get the food. when we got to the speaker they acted like they never knew we had an order and had no idea when they probably saw us sitting there the entire time read more

Left a review on Google. Just trying to make sure every corner sees this. I've been visiting this location for almost 15 years, and within the past 6 months this place has gone from my first choice, to what is now the last place I'd choose to dine.. The food remains the same across the board. It's hard to mess up a burger that cooks itself. The staff walks around like a bunch of zombies, they look miserable. 6 months ago these same people had a smile everyday. I've witnessed management not doing a thing but standing around giggling and cutting up, and then the same management, yells at the other employees for the same exact thing. What a wonderful atmosphere. No wonder every time I go through the drive thru, I'm waiting an extra 10 to 15 minutes for a bagel. The employees are probably just waiting for the whistle to blow. I have been going to McDonald's for many, many, many years. And have never been disrespected or show disrespect, ever going into a franchise of McDonald's today? I went into McDonald's with my family. My 2 kids to be exact to go get ice cream on this hot day. Striked up a conversation with A Off duty employee setting at the counter and stood there for like 15 minutes. Waiting to order food so I popped off and said, I guess I just have to you. I didn't receive my fry and hot mustard. had to order twice because they messed up not ONCE but TWICE. are these people idiots? because that's what I think. how hard is it to read 2 words of hot mustard and MEDIUM FRENCH FRY. only idiots at McDonald's would mess this up. Used to go to this place almost every day and while the wait can be long they're fairly efficient! Always kind staff and good food, I cant remember a single time they got my order wrong. Why have a drive thru if every car coming through the line has to pull to the side and wait? I ordered on the app and it was for a Big Mac, fries and a Coke. Waited for what seemed like an eternity! Literally every parking spot on the drive thru side of the building had a car parked in it with a customer waiting! Just recently they went back to being open 24 hours at the drive thru and having to pull to the side and wait is pretty much a common occurrence nowadays. Lured by the appeal of an adult Happy Meal, I barely achieved satiation, let alone anything resembling happiness. Using the mobile app, I customized my order. Alas, while the app delivers instructions, it has not the power to actually have them fulfilled. (This is one place I welcome robots replacing the human workers who are unable to fill a simple order.) I also opted for the curbside pickup, as I have had trouble with both drive thru and in restaurant services. This was a mistake. After nearly 30 minutes, I finally received my food. On returning home, I discovered why - the order was obviously forgotten about and no one involved could be bothered to determine if the food was still up to McDonald's low standards of quality. They have three drive thru windows yet they are constantly sending people over to the curbside spots to wait. This time my husband had to go in and ask for our food. Had to speak to a manager about older women with dark graying hair about professionalism. I ordered an iced coffee and they made a mistake of making it hot. That's fine no big just fix the mistake please! Well apparently the loud woman was extremely upset about it and was screaming so loud I heard every word from the drive thru. "She did not say iced. I'm pretty sure she even said hot. She needs to know what she ordered. These people". - exact quote. The younger girl at the window apologized and fixed it. I just wish I could have done with out the old woman screaming. The manager did say they would speak to her, however, this wasn't the first time she's been unkind and unprofessional. Staff is slow with orders and when a guest has an issue with their order, the staff is very hesitant to acknowledge them or anybody waiting for a carry out order. Needs improvement! read more

This mcdonalds is the worst you will ever go to. It is clean inside that's the only thing I can say for them. The customer service is very rude. Cold fries and somehow their credit car machine is always magically down. The people at the drive through will not say thank you or have a nice day. Nothing. Just look at you with a blank rude stare. I pulled in to the drive through and ordered a "#11" (a club chicken sandwich and fries), and I asked the woman at the speaker for a large iced mocha for my drink. She replied, "I'm sorry, but that machine has been broken all day (it was now 1115)." So I ordered a sweet tea. I pulled around to pay and I casually said to the woman taking my money - "You know, I'd been looking forward to an iced mocha all day (heavy sigh for dramatic effect). She said, "Sorry, the machine broke at 0700 and its been down all day; it might be fixed tomorrow." I said okay and paid, then I went to the pickup window. Again, to the manager at the window, I said, "You know, I'd been looking forward to an iced mocha all day." And again, the MANAGER said, "Sorry, the machine is broken." At no time did it occur to either woman that the fact that their machine was broken wasn't my fault. That my expectations weren't being met MIGHT be an opportunity to give great service. Any sort of tangible gesture would have been appreciated by me, a free shake, a coupon, a gift card, a comped meal, ANYTHING. But no. Nothing. McDonald's is apparently perfectly fine with disappointing a guest, and having that guest deal with the consequences. Incidentally, the bun was stale, the chicken was rubbery and WTH was with the "bacon" on the McD's Club? It looked microwaved. Discolored, dehydrated and tasteless. I literally threw half of it away. The manager and staff here all always accommodating, but they never fill soft drinks full or even close to it. Most of the time they are close to an inch from the top. Please don't just add ice to get it to the top either. We pass this McDs up a lot now and go to the next one. They fill up the drinks. read more

I am a vegetarian and ordered a egg and cheese McGriddle, but there was miscommunication and my receipt said sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle. I opened the McGriddle and it obviously had meat on it BUT I went inside and told them what had happened and the employee was extremely helpful and listened to me the entire time, apologized, and fixed my meal immediately. I seriously don't know why this particular location has so many negative reviews? I have been to this location many, many times. We go frequently here when visiting my parents who live nearby (because all the grandkids love to eat breakfast here). I am not as familiar with the lunch and dinner crew, but the breakfast crew here is consistently outstanding. They keep the restaurant clean, they are also friendly, and we always get served quickly. In fact, we cannot even think of one negative experience here. When lined up with other McDonald's (especially the locations in Florence and Erlanger), this McDonald's is a million times better in almost every regard. read more

They are among the best-trained, friendly and responsive employees one could ask for. Occasionally, they put chocolate on my caramel frappe, but that's minor. Okay, normally, I would never write a review of a fast food restaurant, but this one is run so well. I pass it on my way to work and the drive-thru there is so good my husband and I refer to it as "the world's fastest McDonald's". The restaurant itself is always clean (especially the bathrooms) and the employees are always friendly. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to in my entire life! The service is awful most of the time, the employees take your money and give you food without saying a word to you, they have a complete lack of social and customer service skills. More than 75% of the time, if you go there after 10pm their credit card machine is ALWAYS down the entire night (I believe they do this because they don't want to work). I understand that it is a fast-food restaurant, but that is no excuse to do a horrible job at everything. I hate to write bad review, but this place is a joke. I live about a mile from this place and have been there dozens and dozens of times and have a bad experience more than 50% of the time. I refer to this McDonald's as "My McDonald's". The staff is always so friendly from the drive-thru folks up to management. In fact my last trip through there I was offered a free carmel mocha because someone made an extra one. Not being a coffee drinker at all, I can't stand the taste, I was hesitant, but I realized my husband would probably love it. Well I was wrong, I LOVED it!
